It is certainly a Guyver and genre thing. It happened to Gregole in the first chapter, Agito tried to kill Guyot like that, Darzerb grabbed Guyver I in the OVA 6. I'm really not complaining since it is pretty cool but just once can't they grab the other's wrist for variety?

Hm starting off the same as the last Exceed battle. Gigantic gets smashed, Exceed pops in so cue hand gripping.

I remember someone thought long ago whether these two would combine or not. I'd like to think they didn't necessarily need each other and they said they expected more a straight up fusion. Kind of funny the giant sized Zoalords teamed up together.

I think there's about four or five big ones since each one seems near in volume. 1-8: Mount Minikami/start. 9-16: Chronos takes over the world/start of the Agito war. 17-25: Rescue Aptom and attack on Arizona. 26-: Final Arc? Appollyon arc?

And here I thought the colored picture in the early post was a really weird fan edit of Aptom's bio form so I was surprised to see it appearing right on the first page. That was pretty cool seeing some beam warfare.

I am excited but I am worried about having too many awesome characters. I mean there's at least four new ones coming in.

Guyver is that friend I still have after all these years. I worry it won't end properly sometimes I admit. Oh yeah I better order book 30 since I got paid.

I wasn't saying he was dead if he hadn't jumped, I just doubt he got any burns.

I got a feeling *spoiler* Guyot just jumped out of his vessel and used it as a decoy.

While it is is sometimes frustrating we have these short chapters, they usually make up for it when put back to back in a book. And there was a time Guyver seemed cancelled or Takaya was sick and from that I'm grateful for even a slow Guyver. I've just grown used to it, some times there is a month with Guyver sometimes not.

I am kind of hoping that Takaya seems like he is taking an obvious route but has a surprise in store.

Got mine. I wonder if this is where Valcuria gets her chance to avenger her pride?

It seems like that trick has become his default attack.

Aah at last and good for the wait. Not a lot but it was cool.

Oh damn Delcasse is a Zoanoid. I thought for sure it was a Hyper, looks like one and typically regulars have only one super power. Maybe that one. Oh I shouldn't be looking through my Guyver books there's so many really cool ones when Zeus Thunder is attacked.

Oh yeah and out of the blasters I like this really thinlimbed one in book 14 that looked a lot like what Vamore would evolve to. At least I think that one was a Zoanoid.

Too many choices, hard to go wrong with Gregole/gore because that horn is freaking awesome. I don't want to dig through the books right now but I got a soft spot for Broiz who I think is really cool and would go with that. I also really like the three that were chasing Sho and Mizuki at the end of book 5 into Takeshiro. No wait, I think for cool looks I'd go with the hairy one also at the end of book 5, which was something of a random curveball that no one expected. And for safety sake I guess Ramoith since I don't want to die during the process.

Also why the heck is Apollon after Guyot now anyway? He could have taken him down at the mansion.
