Can't believe a month went by already. I think people who were annoyed with the last two chapters will find this one made up for it.

Cannot wait! I think the tone shift will work well from the pulpy first Captain America shift. Worked out well for Star Wars to Empire.

My impression of the truck driver was that he picked up a shady character just to try to get in on his shady business, at least in the manga.

I've seen it thrice so far, stayed for post credits every time and may see it for the big fourth tomorrow. Seriously it's like a movie made for me, why could Transformers be more like this?

I plan to see it as soon as possible.

I'm pretty sure the red one is supposed to be Zerebuth but the purple one has always been a mystery. We saw a proto-Enyzme. About the only things that actually look like themselves are Guyver I, II (aside from shape) Gregole, Vamore and Ramoith. A best they had about one book to draw work from and that Zoanoid doesn't fit any datafile ones from the first book.

Not that surprising considering Zoalords were being recruited hundreds of years ago.

The house too me seems very East coast, maybe even south. I'm pretty sure when the term plantation is used in the States it is typically pictured in the south. A lot of the south west was used more for cattle but that's not to say there were zero plantations there.

I think this is the first time where not a single scary monster appeared in Guyver.

I think we have to wait two months.

Bummer about the break but it was gonna happen sooner or later. I guess I see now why Valcuria could be so dangerous: perhaps her faulty control medal could show the way towards having a temporary army of Guyver. Heck I mean that's not too different from the Libertus or Enzyme IIIs.

We must have a pretty good amount of chapters for the next book. I think the first chapter of the next book is Mizuki and Testuro waking up on the island? How many do we have?

Hm she refers to Lisker as Oswald so I think that rules out him being her father so that leaves husband or brother most likely.

Since there is some kind of attachment to Risker after all then I would think Valcuria would have been wanting revenge against Sho after all this time. Maybe she was talking to Risker about 'we haven't fought Guyver I yet!'

Sweet, at least it sure looks like there are some answers. I sure hope Valcuria is able to stick around for a while. Also I still prefer the name Risker for Guyver II, I guess because Lisker makes me think of the American Guyver film. I mean I have a soft spot for the first Guyver film and I still re-watch it every few years because it was the coolest film to a nine year old but current me kind of looks down on it.

I sure hope there are some answers.

I admit I contributed to a lot of the Guyver tropes page, like some of the girly girl and tomboy stuff, but I didn't add the Tetsuro ho yay...just the Aptom and Hayami stuff :/ Anyway yes I was just reading the books past book 8 around that time I found tvtropes so I was going really crazy and excited for Guyver.

I think the Risker sister thing is a red herring but you never know.

I think I am. I do so prefer having a real copy in my hands along with a translated digital.
