I remember reading something about x-day being narrowed down to a specific year? I can't remember where i read it and I don't remember what the year was. if anyone else read that could you please help us out

I have to say I was really excited by the events transpiring in this issue. shin is suggesting there is an actual link between archanfel awakening, apollon appearing and gigantic XD? I had no considered such a thing, but that does sound rather interesting indeed! I also love to see shou actually talking about the management structure of Cronos. I'm not sure why but it is really cool to see it. It;s also really cool to see shin and barcas talking about the rebel zoalords. it looks like a fight brewing between the actual zoalords. it's all becoming so complicated and so intriguing. on top of all this, where the heck is Galenos?

how much is actually confirmed about this? I don't want to be teh cause of any rumour mongering, all I am aware of is that it is star wars ep VII and wikipedia doesn't have any information on premise or subtitle? have they had any writers on board, I think it was mentioned that there is a treatment so the basic plot could be decided on but that is just what i heard. well whatever happens, I am not precious about the existing franchise. I only watched each film once or twice so I think whatever they do could be good or bad merely depending on if they are a good director/producer etc. it's not like George Lucas did such an amazing job on them, I fell asleep the second time i tried to watch episode II.

were you a fan of alien? although prometheus is a very different style, it seems to have it's roots in suspense horror of alien but moving away towards a more gentle and creepy sci-fi. I'm not sure about the story myself, but I don't really come for the story with this one, more for the universe and the richness and detail of the culture. the atmosphere, the premise, the design, etc. (20 hrs , wow that is a long flight! my flight from paris to narita was around 12-14 hrs...)

I saw this recently. I thought it was enjoyable and fun but not much more of value. I'm not giving it a bad rating, it's just not outstanding. but I would like to mention something that irks me. The special effects are poor. I always held the original Hulk movie by Ang Lee in high regard. I looked at the special effects for this new hulk and it is still not as good in my opinion. the thing is, he just looks like a clay model. in the Ang Lee movie, even when he transforms, it looks like teh same guy and it actually looks like a living being. but in the Avengers, he looks like a clay puppet. when he turns round and transforms to punch that big space monster, it looks like team america.

Hey Salkafar , I am not sure if this is all due to a misunderstanding or if you just found huge problems with the entire movie, but I can respond to your points. he doesn't say "This galactic system has a sun", he says "This galactic system has a sun a lot like ours", the point of his sentence being that the sun is a lot like ours, not that it has a sun and that makes it like our system. because let's face it, if he had said that it would be monumentally stupid, so it couldn't have possibly meant that. I guess i can agree, his timing may have been problematic in order for anybody to misunderstand in that way. an acting weakness perhaps? the womans stomach wall etc, I can see that being an issue if we expect the director to hold our hand through the entire movie. I find it a very good point that Ridley Scott respects us enough that he didn't need to outright say that this is advanced medical technology and that the multiple injections she was giving herself have no doubt had some effect to bolster her body systems and aid accelerated healing. I thought it was left very open to interpretation, but the fact she was running around after major surgery led me to believe that there was some advanced regenerative medicine at work. the fact the engineers changed their plans... I think this was far more than a simple rash decision due to the failure of one ship, I think that experiments like these may have led to heavy political debating among their society but the fact is we just don't know, we aren't given anywhere near enough information to formulate any assumptions. I can't personally accept the description of it as a 'dumb flick' right now. I've seen it twice and i still love it. of course I'd love to hear some more of your views.

ah, well it is a very large popular series isn't it? I've heard of it for a long time. i might put it as a long term project. currently, my long term project is gintama so I don't have a slot for it, but perhaps once i've completed gintama, I might turn to sailor moon? thanks! edit: just watched a few clips from episode 1. really like it. that girl is so dizzy, her attitude is funny! it reminds me of other anime from that time so it'll be nice and nostalgic as well.

you are surprised? of course I know what sailor moon is... vaguely. just remember, I am a guy I like naruto and star trek and dragonball and farscape and doctor who and alien and etc. I'm pretty sure sailor moon isn't my cup of tea? by all means correct me if i'm wrong but I thought it was a girly thing.

wow, that does look completely different! I think the most significant difference is the shape of the light on his chest. on war machine it is round, but on that patriot is it square.

heh heh, that sounds pretty awesome! I would read it, if I read things. but I don't so I'll just have a cursory glance. the chapters seem short. wow, I remember fan fictions. a long time ago i used to read a lot of them but recently I don't have time for reading. I am unfamiliar with the sailor moon universe so I can't comment on that, but the cursory look I gave it looks nice. your writing style is very clear and comfortable. good job on getting lots of views!

I'm not sure how much longer i can take living in this house. last night the back door was smashed in and my bike almost stolen. just now, about 10 minutes ago, an explosion shook our entire house. a can of aerosol paint had been placed in a pan of water on the stove, had exploded and destroyed half the cooker.

this is a tough one, because all I wanted was to have an all inclusive resource for guyver fans. we have come a long way thanks to durendal and a few others. there is potential for much more but I understand that some other fans and web designers want to put their own spin on it. I'd like to have closer ties with the guyver solution but it doesn't seem to be possible. the way i see it, all it would take is a few links, such as a 'forum' link and a 'wiki' link on the guyver solution and the 'guyver solution' link on our front page. but that's just my own opinion. I don't want to meddle. good luck with it Guyver-Four. personally, I'd like to have some kind of notifier for when you place the guyver chapter on your site. with a forum, people check back periodically but with a more static site such as yours, people don't tend to check back quite so often.

question: which of the following is true? korean girl groups are infinitely better than japanese girl groups. korean girl groups are durendal's favourite and thus why I've seen more of them. japanese girl groups are just as graceful and beautiful as korean girl groups but the videos are harder to come by. ------------------- edit: just answered my own question by finding this video - it appears to me.... japanese sexuality is repressed. I've read about this in various places and is part of the reason for their population decline and ageing population. but koreans seem to be more in touch with sexuality and so the korean girls have far more appeal. i probably should have posted that last month when i first heard it ; it's very catchy isn't it? I learnt about it when some guy asked me to do a book cover design for a book he wrote about it. then about a week later i started seeing it mentioned all over british television. I was watching a video by qiranger and he was commenting on how PSY has achieved something all the kpop manufactured bands have been trying to do for ages. he said it really does say something for his dedication and experience. some trivia for any one who wants to know. most tv pronounces it wrong of course. the initial G is almost like a K. the ng is very soft with the g almost not being heard. the n after that flows from that. it's like the way many people would pronounce the first ng in singing. (been learning korean recently)

oh that is promising then. that is one of my issues assuaged and the other kinda placated. I'm not sure how important his ethnicity is in regards to the story so I don't know if it matters so much!

I might consider watching that then. I'm not really a fan of horror though. so I'm unsure. I'll keep it in mind. I'm watching a drama called papadol at the moment. well, I'm also watching zenkai girl, just got the last episode to watch.. but last episodes are difficult to get through. anyhow, papadol is about an idol who marries a woman to become a papa. this causes a problem since idols are not allowed to be in relationships as it spoils their appeal to fans.

I see, it seems a bit more interesting now but i have a couple issues. maybe the trailer is just really poor, but if the mandarin is from china, then i would have expected to see some recognisable scenes of china in the trailer. also, i would have expected them to get an actor with at least SOME sense of chinese ethnicity to him, rather than indian. The mandarin seems like a really interesting character but from that trailer, it doesn't appear as though they are doing him any justice. that 'extremis' seems interesting... although i wish they hadn't named him something that sounds like it was written in the back of a schoolbook.

good work dude. I think the way the different sections are separated works really well. I'd like to see this kind of thing done as a flash application. people could click on separate parts and get different information popping up. for delivering these files to the world, you could use picasa?
