at the end of the day he is wrong. none of us have ever or will ever charge for translations. we merely make sure people are paying for the manga. whole different story. also, we tried for years to increase interest in guyver and most people just don't want to know. whilst it is true that increasing interest in a manga is good for the manga's continuation as it helps the publishers,,, giving it away for free was clearly not helping in the case of guyver. it took us about 8 years to figure that out.

Thanks for clarifying. personally, I think dating websites are a mistake. anyone going there is playing with fire. you could get lucky, but for the most part, it changes your perception. for some men it is like being in a candy store. they are able to look at pictures of girls smiling and looking open and friendly. there is no body language and the woman is not able to remove herself from his gaze. this kind of guy can easily fantasize about the girl and in many cases reduced to an object. This has been the majority of my experience, I have been spoken to in shocking ways. men who have straight up asked if they could come round to my house. when I've only exchanged one message with them. the knock on effect from this is that any women on dating sites will become guarded. this can set of a chain reaction where the men who are actually serious can become very weary and then they will resort to the tactic of messaging scores of women at the same time with a standard impersonal message. just to get a bite. the women who are willing to read these messages can see that it's just a stock message and that there is no effort and don't see any point answering it. As I said though, you could get lucky. but luck is the key ingredient. honestly, I think I'd rather test my luck on the lottery. by the way, this is even before we take into account that these sites have algorithms to change how often they display real accounts as opposed to time wasters. they are playing their customers. sincerely.... do not go to dating websites. go out and carry on with your hobby. go to new places, start new courses, night classes, whatever. the best way to meet somebody who is genuine, is to keep out of the dating 'game'. because it is a game. and it is played by players. I should probably mention that I have never been in a relationship. you have. I know that doesn't help you right now, but you should use that as a bolster to your self confidence. self confidence is important. you just have to focus on something you are good at. when you are good at something and you succeed at it, you become filled with confidence about that thing. this is what will make a girl interested. let's say for example, the subject matter were.. maybe something that is considered very geeky. like magic the gathering. I don't consider it a bad thing, but it is seen as a geeky thing by many people. I knew a guy who was very good at magic the gathering and he knew it and he was very confident. he had thick glasses and his teeth were crooked. but his confidence made him very attractive.

I think, the fact we always cover up our bodies, is the reason pornography exists. if the naked body were an everyday sight, there would be less exploitation.

looking at this video made me think a bit more. to me this video demonstrates a well balanced relationship between man and woman. I can empathise with the woman in the way the man is her keeper, her protector.I think archetypically this is what most women want. It isn't true in all cases, but I think this is where the concept of consent comes in. in the type of relationship that I want, I would give consent to be 'kept' or 'looked after'. but of course in the past, consent wasn't sought by men. men took women as possessions and that is where feminism came from. feminism is a movement to remove the attitude that women are objects that can be owned. it is a fight for a simple system of consent. I would think that would be pretty straightforward and basic common sense but there are still outdated thinking in some parts of society. I think with regards to the provocative gesture... in most cases, women making provocative gestures, can assume implied consent, since most of the time, the men (and a few women) who are viewing the performance are looking for that kind of behaviour. at a hockey game though, people are not there to see a man behave provocatively. there is no implied consent in that situation. I think this is also why Miley Cyrus got such a bad reaction from her inappropriate performance. it was a very public show with all sorts of people there. I think she assumed implied consent but was wrong to. a large majority of people viewing that performance did not consent to being shown such a 'performance'.

but the point i was trying to make was that there is a different power dynamic because there is a actual difference in power. men are generally stronger. women are generally more vulnerable. I think if we were to turn it around and look at a female body builder who was stronger than the majority of men, if she acted provocatively, I think people would feel unnerved by it.

I can't really cover such a massive issue, I can only give my own thoughts of what is in my mind right now. Men scare me. They are generally a lot stronger than me, heavier and also have more aggression and power. What I mean by that is, even if a man was smaller than me, if he came at me, I would still cower. I don't have the necessary aggression to defend myself. maybe aggression isn't the right word. anyhow, the way I see it, if a woman was being sexually provocative, I would find that to be tantalising. but if it were a man, I would find it intimidating. (yes I like both guys and girls.) On the other hand, I want to point out that some behaviour by women is totally inappropriate. Miley Cyrus for example, makes me feel physically sick with her behaviour. Nikki Minaj too. Urgh.

There has been a caching issue, caused by the web hosts caching the site due to cpu usage anomalies. once the cpu anomalies were repaired, they did not uncache properly and this caused the security holes. I have therefore instructed them to rollback the site to a previous version and since you can read this now, it appears they have done so. I'm not going to assume everything is solved, I'll just have to wait and see if anyone comes back into this topic with any further issues. I'm now trying to figure out a way to repair the wiki. It was the cause of the cpu anomalies ( was getting flooded by bots and that is similar to a DDOS, it's just not done by people, it's sort of like malware) and i had to restrict access to editing facilities. at some point I can figure out how to remove the aberrant user accounts and remove the damage.

Thank you Guyver Four. I have removed all custom scripts and anything that may interfere with the software. It appears to have fixed it. I went away from the site and entered via the front page. that seemed to be a problem before and i thought i'd caught it but evidently not. this time i tried it and it all appears correct. this pretty much means the logins for the wiki are toast. it was messed up anyway. but now it's completely removed and I don't know how to get it back.

I've upgraded the software please let me know of any further issues,

our wiki here recently came under attack by vandal bots. it was due to some negligence when upgrading the software. account creation had been left open and so anyone could sign up and edit the whole thing. the damage that has been done, may be nigh impossible for me to fix.... so I think it might be a good idea for us to retire our wiki and transfer the information to the wikia site.

in his natural form, he was the forest. he could grow trees instantly and also grow those minions out of the trees. that is pretty much what i described. he would have needed a lot of energy moving around very quickly to spawn those trees and creatures so quickly. when in his zoalord form, he appears human and can manipulate his hair freely. it's pretty much the same as his natural ability except in a compressed form.

a zoacrystal is a super capacitor. it stores massive energy and can discharge very quickly. waferdanos' can shape and change his body, he can probably convert his body into energy in order to change his shape so quickly and grow new parts and diminish other parts etc. having a zoacrystal gives him a place to store all that energy.

i haven't watched past episode 1 yet. don't have a good setup where I can see the subs yet sit comfortably.

I like the original. and when I say the original, I mean the original Japanese. not kai, and not a redub. although i have to skip the stuff that isn't in the manga. I kinda liked what they did with kai, that was until I started watching the original and found it to be so much better. people say dragonball was bad for drawing stuff out.. but I don't agree. if you want to see a series that drags stuff out, that is Naruto. that anime is appalling. I understand that dragonball holds a lot of nostalgia for people who used to watch it as a kid and is used to english voices. but I grew up in the uk with standard terrestrial channels and that was if I was lucky to get control of the tv. (family of 7) There was no way I ever would have gotten to watch dragonball when I was a kid.

a full zoacrystal is a much much better super capacitor. it can hold far more energy. this is far more capable of sustaining life and shizu could be adapted to take advantage of that, I am sure.
