we don't need to worry about that. just keep doing what we are doing. all scanlations that go out to each person are unique with a code affixed to them. it's quite a subtle technique and easy to do en masse, so it doesn't take me too long but it's easy for me to trace it. people know that if they leak any scanlations they will get blacklisted so it's not a massive worry in my view.

it really depends if you think you can afford it. we can already read guyver in english so the utility of it is really not high value. the main value is convenience of reading while holding it in your hands, and rarity of the book itself. the company no longer produces then so they are going to be quite rare. sales of them are quite rare because most everyone who has them wants to keep them. I wouldn't buy it myself because I'm happy with scanlations and this is not as valuable to me as an original first edition shonen captain copy would be. mine aren't first edition, the earliest I have is august 1990.

thanks for the spoiler tag, It's a good choice. I felt a bit upset when i opened it so I closed it right away. I don't think I broke a bone, but I might have a tiny fracture in my wrist. I have had a injury from a car accident over ten years ago and ti still hurts now and then. I'm going for physiotherapy soon so I'll find out what is the matter.

I don't see the point to be honest. the only mod I would play is one that adds more story or more areas. I don't enjoy a game if I cheated. it takes out the progression and that ruins the game because I feel rewarded when I can progress. when I get more crystarium points I can add more abilities and I feel like I'm getting stronger.

I see! so pretty much mesh editing. using torus' for the organic bits is a pretty good way to go. especially using deformations. I think it might be quite cool to use a smoke texture for a displacement map if you want to improve it. it would give a smoother and more billious shape. I'm not familiar with blender though so I'm not sure if the tools are there.

wow!! That was incredible!! I love that so much!! I'm definitely gonna watch that when it comes out!!! I wasn't impressed when i first saw it because I assumed it would be catering mainly to guys, but it so isn't. it's like ugly betty mixed with one tree hill, mixed with ... so many series i really enjoy. Yes, I have final fantasy XIII on pc. I am not a huge fan of XIII-2 though so I am in no rush to get it. I might pick it up in a sale.

There's been a lot of debate in private with melvin junko, and we've been talking about the name for Apollyon/Apollon. There was a lot of t- and fro about the different reasons for one over the other, but what it came down to was, the spelling that Takaya sensei used is very common all across the Japanese language. it isn't a special spelling, it is standard and it refers to the mythical figure known in English as Apollyon. So hopefully there will be no objections from anybody if we start using the name Apollyon from today forwards?

what technique are you using? is it simple mesh edit for the outer casing and an extruded shape for the organic bits? I had a number of tries at doing a g-unit, it's quite tricky to get it right isn't it? especially the organic bits. Good work, I look forward to seeing your progress

I like to play for a few hours each night. some nights i only get one hour. I don't know what the average is, maybe around 10-20 hours per week? mainly around 15 perhaps.

I went to see this in the cinema a few months ago. it was pretty good. it's quite creepy. it's not an action movie, or a horror movie, it's sort of a psychological thriller? it really makes you question stuff and puts you slightly on edge. I think it depends on what you want from a movie in hte cinema... it's not a hollywood style thing.

I don't mind if they just come up with good stories. I like capta and thor and ironman, so to see spiderman with those guys would be pretty wierd and interesting. spiderman sort of seemed separate to me, like he wasn't a marvel. now it will seem like he is a marvel. it'll be cool. I don't really care if he is in school, because we didn't see spidey in school. only some odd scenes like Matt said. as long as they don't have crap story like past films, it's ok. also the idea that he can pop in on tony and steve and thor, this sound awesome. I mean, amazing. I don't really feel like it's a 'reboot', I feel like spidey is weaving himself into the web of the marvel universe it is all new, but it isn't a case of "we suck, let's try again".

I agree with your sentiment but I also think there is another way to look at it. firstly, there is the enormity of such a fact, john connor being a synthetic life-form? well if the reveal was done well and if it was written well, it's not going to remain a secret for long. people would spoil it. so...in a way, they have engineered this to be the biggest non-spoiler in their movie. they can't 'own' the secret, so they are including this part of the story in their marketing. they are in effect, starting to tell their story before people have even paid their money. this could be quuite smart. there is also the thing to consider about teh last movie. a perceived protagonist turns out to be a terminator. at this point, the idea of 'revealing' john connor as a synthetic, is really quite crappy,. having it as a shock reveal would be very anti climactic and have people scoffing at the screen. in this sense, I feel that revealing this information now and not trying to make it a 'shock horror' moment, they have kept it classy and enabled the movie to tell the story without trying to be cheap about the story elements. I think the intersting parts of the story in this movie are the motivation of teh characters. why is john connor a synthetic? why is there an older terminator in hte past? what exactly are the stakes this time? it seems to be a much more challenging theme, rather than machines trying to kill humans, it's a question of humans becoming machines and potentially losing what makes us human. I think this is more in tune with our modern day world and far more respectful of our intelligence. it doesn't insult us by recycling the same old forumula whilst switching up some elements. it's actually written with hte intention of communication a message. whether or not it communicates this message well, is of course yet to be seen.

I think this is a problem because civil war is supposed to include all of marvel characters and I don't think this can effectively take place in just a capta film. capta is good, and I like his story in hte winter soldier, I just don';t think a marvel universal event can be effectively told in that format.

I read some star wars history. it seems that in hte long past, some dark jedi went to a planet that had a race of people called the sith. these dark jedi taught the sith their ways, as the sith had a natural affinity for the force. These dark jedi were the lords of the sith. this resulted in lots of war, the sith were a formidable force but eventually they were destroyed due to infighting. The infighting was pretty bad because the sith were also more naturally aligned with hte dark side. due to all of this, one particular lord of the sith made teh decision that there should be only two so that infighting would not happen. there would only ever be a master and apprentice and the apprentice would become the master when the master had died. this would end the infighting. all of this was a very very long time ago, before darth sideous eventually succeeded in creating teh empire. I think hte sith lord who created the rule of two was called darth bane.
