thanks for saying so BK. if you want a more advanced program and want it for free, Gimp is a free software that I believe is (almost?) as advanced as photoshop. of course there are ways to get full copy of photoshop without paying but you know the score with things like that!

yeah chainmail is actually quite straightforward. you need a pair of hand bolt cutters to separate an already existing chain (if it is welded) and a pair of pliers to open the link and close it after you put it in place. that loom sounds pretty straightforward too. i guess all you really need is a frame and some pegs.

i dislike the line art but the overall feel of the piece is good. thanks to the colouring. you're doing some good work with lighting, from the thumbnail, i thought it could have been a CG render.

certainly. it makes for a much more interesting and engaging read. but really, if it is what you want, then that is good. if you are not writing with the intention of people reading then just ignore me anyway, that loom thing sounds completely awesome. it is so cool to make such things. handmade stuff is the best. I have tried my hand at a few crafts in the past. chainmail, tailoring, crochet and knitting, carving, more. but never actually made fabric.

personally, i don't think it fits takaya's universe. when he goes for this sort of soft armour, he would fit it with an appropriate soft tone or colour, usually light and not terribly saturated. for a guyver design, I feel your contrast is too stark and jarring. but good work nonetheless.

dragonball z must have been insanely annoying. I mean, if they have cut down on the excess for DBkai, then i can't imagine how it must have been before. the fight with freeza really went on WAY TOO LONG. but now i know what a super saiyan is. I have to say it is quite cool, but it would have been much better if they could get a clue about pacing. as such i'm feeling a little disappointed. well lucky for me the follow up was a bit more rewarding. when that guy who i have heard of before but don't know where he came from came along and did something surprising to some guy who we thought was gone for good. to be honest I am looking forward to getting dragonball z/kai out of the way. the pacing is terrible and not enough character development. the original dragonball series was much better.

in naruto, fillers are bad. because the manga is quality. the story is engaging and has a good pace. but in something like dragonball, i actually think they could do with cutting down the fighting and adding some filler material for the sake of character development.

i haven't been watching the anime either. I have episode 179-184 on my computer unwatched. i'll let them mount up, hopefully the canon material in those episodes will eventually amount up to one full episode. I can't believe they are still doing fillers. --------- checking the filler thread from that other site --------- wow, so they've stopped putting good stuff with a big pile of crap, now it's all filler. that's good. I don't have to waste time downloading them now.

i had a tooth removed. it's not too bad but mine wasn't too far back. i can only imagine that wisdom teeth must be more difficult. i would not like it.

no please do not do that. i asked you to remove them, not repost them in separate posts. I also said that you could post them in your own thread about said band. what you just did could be considered spam. that is why i have now deleted those posts. I don't know how many wants to view those videos, but those people who do not appreciate the same music as you do, will find it very frustrating to see this thread getting flooded by that one band. i repeat once again, this is a thread for sharing outstanding music videos, not for overkill on one band that you just so happen to be a fan of. I could post 50 videos of the beautiful south in here and i guarantee there would be a lot of unhappy people.

no, the proportions are obviously different. see how i did a different emoticon for exceed, because even that will be different lines because of the different scale changing the perspective. i could perhaps work from a movie still, and create my own linework for it. that would mean more work though and to be honest I'm unsure if I will even get round to doing val. although the intention is there.

can you stop posting so many in one go please. if people don't like one song by a certain band they aren't going to like the rest of them. and this is a music video thread, not a band appreciation thread. can you please go back and edit your post removing excessive clips. we want to share, not overkill. please by all means, make a new thread to appreciate your respective bands.
