i studied it and figured that there is no way for me to work on it quickly there is so much detail in some parts of the drawing. It turns out i ws kidding myself but certainly nice to see teh individual frames. very nice work.

they aired episode 3 first? WTF? what have they done... this was great news and they are treating it like they treated enterprise? this is going to destroy it before it has even had a chance?

bobby, i think we're gonna need more than a two word post to figure out just exactly what you are saying and who you are saying it to. I'm sure I've spoken to you about that before.

it really depends on how you define nightmares. but generally yes. if you are dreaming something then it is based somewhat in your subconscious or in whatever spiritual beliefs you have. I won't ask you to share, since nightmares are a possible sign of trauma, so it would be completely up to you. we all have trauma in our past and it can be difficult to talk about with others.

oh ok I will write what i was thinking. I ws thinking about, if i can look at your images and find a nice easy way of working to quickly do a vector image of what you have done. I can use these vectors to do accurate in-betweens and do a smooth, detailed version of what you have done. but i need to load teh images into photoshop to explore them first. to see if i can do it effieicntly, by which i mean "it won't take me a long time". I don't want to do a project that will take me 4 hours. i hate working so long on these things.

yes please, i'd love to have a look at them all. actually, if you don't mind, and if i can find an efficient way to do it, I'd like to work on an adaptation of your work.

i love it, very nice work but i have to say, your inbetween frames are so much better than your final frame. also, they don't line up to the final frame properly. I wish i had a program to cycle through it slowly, I resorted to using mediaplayer classic but it didn't work very well.

and that is what makes it so good!! I so loved that clip!! damn, this can't come soon enough! I even like the design of those new suits. i actually think it all works really well. it's dorky and that is what made it good back then and what makes it good now. what i have seen of it that is. the whole point is that it doesn't take itself too seriously. you can't make this type of thing cool. then only way you can make it cool is by acknowledging the embarrassing aspects of it. that's actually going along with japanese mentality. being able to laugh at oneself.

there is a lot of people in china, you're gonna get some good sellers and some bad sellers. that sucks. so you gotta wait even longer. I bought my camera from hong kong. i thought they had shipped late but it arrived the day after they told me they shipped it. I just think they were late with the email. also they put 'gift' on it and the value at £20 so the customs wouldn't open it and charge me tax. that was a nice touch.

i think things like headmasters etc, is anime. made by japanese for japanese. and the original influences of large eyes etc was said to be mickey mouse, betty boop, etc. interesting fact here... some cartoons that were aired when i was a child, are actually anime. a couple surprising ones for me, ox tales, around the world with willy fog.

i think it best if saban forget about a lot of series between this one and the one where bulk left. for me, power rangers was about those characters in angel grove. it's one of the main reason, I got upset with it and lost interest when a huge chunk of the original cast left. it felt sad after that, like each episode was mourning the loss of jason, zack, trini and kimberly. well this is new so it's a celebration to have any original cast member return! language... it evolves so much. well if i were japanese and SS was japanese then we would both call it anime. but we're not. we're native english speakers. that makes it a cartoon but we could say it's an american cartoon using anime footage? it's not like i want to argue about it... but the cats out of the bag now. i can accept if anybody want to say "it's anime" because it's animated in japan. that way is descriptive and expressing an opinion. but to call it a 'new anime' generally gives the impression it is being prduced by japanese, for japanese tv.

i respect your opinion, but i do feel the subtitle is misleading. I'd like to ask you to change it please. either change to animation, or put inverted comma marks round 'anime'.

no, they said they are using the artistry of anime. farscape used the puppetry of jim henson, but that didn't make it muppets. animatrix used that studio too, but was not anime. it just used anime artistry.the most significant factor in any production is the producers. in this case the producers are warner brothers, and american cartoon producer guys. the most notable aspects will be the plot, narrative, music and pacing etc.

what press release? i read all information presented here. It's being produced by warner bros, an american company, and headed by american guys who make american cartoons. and it's being marketed to the USA on CARTOON network. I think that's really enough to go by? am I purist? I dunno. when something is marketed towards western youngsters as opposed to japanese of all ages, i think that's a adequate reason not to like something. I wouldn't expect avatar fans to necessarily like the barbie CGI cartoons. anyway, I was surely a bit blunt in my post. please don't take offence, I'm not attacking anyone. just being very clear about my feelings. please feel free to celebrate new thundercats. i loved thundercats when i was little. and this will probably be very good. just not my cup of tea. (and not anime )
