The first thing I'm doing this weekend is updating the WG.com part of the site. This is main page of the site and has you can guess is basically what people see before you get into the rest of the site. Soooo here's the first thing. 1. There will be no new content for the update on this coming Sunday. This update to WG.com is all about testing templates and seeing what works and works well. 2. I'm only interested in 3 web browswers working. IE 6 (there are still poor sods using it but I'll not be overly concerned about it looking well just that it works) IE 8 and Firefox 3.5. So me and Ryuki have been the only ones editting for a few months now... And there were few others editors before that. How can we get others to edit? HOw can we make you guys edit? It's a little boring when no one else edits... Should we make it more clear that users can edit? Should we make this forum stand out more? ..

hello, I have been looking at statistics today and thought i would share the findings. we may assume on some occasions that the wiki area of the site is not as popular as the forum or as popular as we would like. a lot of work is put into it and our desire is for it to be viewed and appreciated. Can we please have a rule for spelling and grammar. It certainly detracts from the forum, not too mention, it's hard to read when people do not put forth the effort to use proper spelling and grammar. >_

We all know that Sully is working his butt off with editing all ~500+ pages of the main wg.com fan fiction site. It would be safe to assume that most of those pages are datafile's and most of the editing would be updating various statistics and some display formatting and other such laborious tasks. Something that is distracting Sully for his main responsibility around here...saying "No Comment " at every instance and writing more fan fics. So in order to facilitate Sully in doing his main job, I propose that using a wiki-style database would be an apt way of helping out in managing datafiles and even the fan-fics themselves. Over the next month I intend to have a new template in work to change the WG.com site. Simple question for the guys that visit the site the most. What is the resolution on your computer you like when viewing websites?

As you might have noticed I've updated the ole messageboard to a newer version. Porblem with this is older themes are now gone so will this weekend have to look for some new ones. Does anyone have any requests (something you've seen on another board for example)?

i dont know if this has been suggested before...but how about adding a shout box the the forum?
