    Any Idea?

Thought so. Well, since I haven't any of those graphic novels in my possession, I'll take ur word for it. Be interesting to see who is doing the dirty work there, though, seeing as some of the Zoalords have bit the big one, and others are just barely around since the battle in Arizona involving Gigantic Dark, & w/ Sho as he transformed into Gigantic Guyver Exceed to fight against Khan. Let us know if anything new comes up.

    Any Idea?

Hey largo. I assume u r talking about the graphic novel, correct? Because, if it was WG.com that u were speaking of, the person who we all want to know about there is a certain "cloaked man" who keeps running around picking up pieces of Zoanoids, Guyver parts, and the like. Our suggestions are that it is Gyro, who we know survived Alk yanking out his Zoacrystal somehow, and who is trying to stay alive in one fashion or another, or another character that the writers had yet to introduce to us. If there is a person going around collecting Zoacrystals from dying Zoalords, I'll bet that our buddy Alk knows about him, or has him in his pockets. That'll be neat to learn about, though, to see where the story goes.

  4. I like both areas here, fellas. High pain tolerance is good, but not if it impacts what a person needs to do in the first place. It can allow you to perform tasks longer, but the overall ability to complete those tasks will soon suffer from the prolonged pain.
  5. Poor Apophis. Love the character, though. Still, it does not help when you r too arrogant to remember that u never, ever, underestimate the opponent u face in a fight when it is to the death, especially when the ref is Anubis. Looks like Rabid is going to get his kibbles and bits real soon . . .
  6. Maybe this is redundant to me, Juggernought, but if you have seen the original manga from way back when, you would remember Guyver 1's battle w/ Zerebubuse in the warehouse as the first indication of your question. Guyver 1 dodged between a few shots of Z's acid horns, but did get hit on the arm and he screamed out in pain when that happened. The host's nervous system is obviously connected enough w/ the bio-boosted organism to register information as it normally does, sight, hearing, etc., in that it is still processed through the host's mind, albeit with the armor, in a much more heightened fashion. Seeing something eating away at your skin right before your very eyes, as well as the nerves at that point reacting as if they were dipped in boiling acid, is still registered in both ways as pain through those nerves and internal muscular connections, and thus, is probably translated in the same way as before the host is bonded with the armor. That's my take on it. Any body else? Fire away w/ this one, guys. Could be a good thread.
  7. True, Juggs, Agito does have that train of thought, but the devotion thing from Shizu was there from the get-go from their childhood. Remember in the anime when she was there to comfort him after his parents'death, and promised to be w/ him, and for him? A bit misguided seeing how Agito manipulates those around him for his own benefit, but hey, that's just the kind of guy he is.
  8. Hey, who truly knows what goes through Agito's head, eh, McAvoy? Nice thought, though. It seems feasible more than others because in WG.com, Griselda did appear before the Guyver 3 armor became available for the Shizu clone to bond with. Helps to always keep eyes & ears open, doesn't it? Edit: Sentence mistake: Fixed.
  9. Sorry, McAvoy. Yes, it is to be Guyver related. I've created quite a few of my own characters ever since I discovered WG.com, just never had the time to send it over to here to get some views out of everyone here. What I intend to do with this storyline, if time permits w/ work & family, is to paint a world and time far into the future, slightly dystopian in its frame, but still better than what Chronos would have for the human race, and how the cast I created in the beginning may have changed if certain events shaped their future. One of the main people here started out as an accomplished scientist and researcher in the ACTF, albeit w/ sound military training to boot. He becomes bonded to a particularly powerful Unit, and also gains a vast amount of Creator knowledge. The story revolves upon how he sought to use that power to aid everyone, not taking very much for himself, and how that almost destroyed him in the process, changing him from a good man to a hard and proud warrior in battle, and a deadly tactician, once he truly understands all of the knowledge and power that has been passed onto him. Still working on a name for him, but for now, his working title is the Grand Minister of the Abyss (his armor shade is black w/ red biomaterial, hence the name.) W/ all good luck, it will be quite a good showing for me. Wish me luck.
  10. The new additions to the story that I read were really good, Shenzon. Keep it going; I really think that ur WG has got real potential. Hopefully, when I get in full swing for the series I'm working on (Dark Chronicles), it will have the same flair.
  11. Before I begin this thread of mine, let me just give another round of thanks to the members of WG.com who responded to my topic about Griselda. It was greatly appreciated, and gave me another area of respect for both our wonderful Mr. Takaya, and for all of the people who r involved in making this site such a wonderful place to visit. That being said, here is a little piece of imagination taken from an idea in the back of my mind (a very scary place to be, indeed). Prologue: "Many eons from now, when this scrap of history is recounted to the ages past and present, few will remember this sage wisdom as it has been handed down through thousands of lives, and along countless generations. In this dark journal of light and darkness, this feeble being's retelling of how such things as order and chaos fell upon the race of humankind, we will recall how so many of those whom we called friends, family, allies, lovers, and comrades wished to accomplish something so wonderful, so magnificent, and so hopeful in their individual steads, that they themselves fell to madness and insanity, and in doing so, embraced outright rage, destruction, and unending waves of pain and suffering to accomplish what they thought was the true path to enlightenment, peace, or whatever special task they placed upon themselves to achieve. Whether it was the path of ascension taken by he who now calls himself Avatar Ascendant, or the one who incredibly shackled the very fabric of the Darkness Forever to his will and whim to shatter its hold upon the will of man itself, these tales shall be spoken of here, within these Dark Chronicles, for it was only through the journey from darkness into light that our world now stands as it is." - Foreward of the Dark Chronicles, from the writings of Arias, the Wanderer of Time, Curator of the Aeons P.S. Tell me what you all think, k? P.S.S. When the writing begins, it will be done in the Fan-Fiction Section. Edit: Thanks to the mods for the move of my topic. Another annotation will be coming soon, I believe, now that I have my other notes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- "As I toil here within my Sanctum, marking upon this divinely-forged tome, and recalling the vast tales and numerous battles that have passed since I came into being, and the countless times when I bore witness as the ones who were perceived once as monsters, demons, and hellspawn by the people of our world, took their foretold destinies into their own hands, and transformed their very existence into that of truly enlightened beings, virtual angels of both deliverance and of balance, and the most feared warrior-guardians for the popluace against the darkness, I can still recall several of them as they once were, peaceful and truly unaware of the fate that would one day befall them. Men and women, both of them well assured of themselves in mind and body, yet never grasping that as much as one may want to defy what they perceive to be their path in life, it might just be that fate wants them to do exactly that, as it is the true way placed before them to fully embrace what the cosmos wishes them to be: their fullest potential, and the greatest expression of their being. They may now carry names that never would have described them once before, such as the Sacred Maven of Twilight and her lord, the Grand Minister of the Abyss. Soulmates eternal, long before their existence as flesh and blood beings, linked by fate itself as grand chess pieces chosen to maintain the ever-so delicate balance between order and chaos, no one could even see, nor barely even guess as to how a mere doctor of both science and medicine, as well as the innate mentalist who chose him as her mate, would soon hold the power to warp reality and chaos at their whim. It is these two beings who, with their stature, committment, and prose, aided their comrades and loved ones in finding that which has alluded some many others throughout the whole of time eternal: balance." - 2nd Foreward of the Dark Chronicles, from the writings of Arias, the Wanderer of Time, Curator of the Aeons WHEW! Comments?
  12. YOWZA! Someone call Sega and see if they can put ur version of Sonic up against the golden version of Sonic when he's powered up by all the Chaos Emeralds. Now that should be interesting.
  13. With warmest regards, welcome to the wg.com forums & the scary bunch of fellows that exist to cause mischief here & wherever we can.
  14. Sorry to have been away, fellas, but work calls (and darn, does it hang on for dear life for every moment of your time!) Anyhow, thanks again, McAvoy, for the input. I guess I'll see what other mischief and mayhem I can find to cause, as long as the mods don't mind me doin so just to ease the boredom of a work day.
  15. Okay, for all u happy headhunters out there, here's a recap from all the fellas on the abilities and power of Griselda: 1- Zoalord designed specifically to control Libertus 2- Hyper Metabolism, will die in a few years due to it 3- Telepathic Zoanoid control rivalling Barcus himself 4- Ability to share bio-energy w/ Libertus for instant regeneration 5- Flight 6- Hair/Head Flaps equal to vibrational blades 7- Classified as Lost Number, can't be controlled by the Twelve Zoalords I think that's it (?) Anybody know if Griselda can use telekinesis, or create bio-energy blasts for attack? If anybody does, hit me back and let me know. Thanks to one and all.
  16. Hats off to u, novaguyver. Can't wait to see them. Have fun.
  17. Ah, my dear Ulimate W'Kar, what destruction and mayhem u must have within those hallowed halls of ur mind. Have fun for us all who can't be there. Very nice pic.
  18. Again, many thanks, zeo1234. Quick add on for u: did u see exactly how many Libertus in that group were firing bio-weapon pods to equal that energy output of the Mega-Smasher? Be neat to hypothesize just how much power each one has by themselves. Also, what kind of hypers & normals were gettin their arses handed to them? Might give me an idea as to how much grip pressure and strength levels are greater than the Chronos boys. Sorry to be some what of a pain for the info, but hey: when u r the man . . . .
  19. hey zeo1234, just another quick ??? for ya: just how well did the Libertus Zoanoids stack up against the ones that Chronos had? Were they comparable to Hyper Zoanoids or Elites? And, if so, which ones did they really match up to (like Vamore, Grimmels, ZX-Tole, Zencrebe) in battle? If u could, a little info would be nice (working on some things in my head & on my computer @ home) to round out my research. If u have some data to send my way (like a possible DF format as before), it would be greatly appreciated. Edit: Thanks for keepin us on our toes.
  20. Hallejuah! Praise be to the masters of the WG universe! We, your humble followers, revel in your wisdom, and place many thanks (and later bounties, heh, heh) @ your door for this boon to come! P.S. I gotta get into theater for this stuff, I'm just too good for my own good.
  21. Consider the wishing well contacted, informed, & at the ready, novaguyver. Can't wait to read them, man. Thanks for the hard work in keeping things ongoing.
  22. Thanks for the post, largo. Now then, oh great Zeo, w/ your grand powers of deduction & story telling, could you tell us who thought up the idea of the two Shizus? And, if you have finally become inclined to tell us who is who, would u do so now? p.s. If I get a "NO COMMENT" again, hey, at least I tried. Keep up the good work, my Guyver allies, and keep making it sweet. Edit: If u find my satire too corny, blame it on late nights as a kid watching old black & white reruns of old comedies (the Honeymooners & the Three Stooges ringin any bells, kids?) Keeps me going.
  23. McAvoy, zeo1234, many thanks for the info. It is a nice addition to the DFs & manga info I have already, & also allows me an even better understanding of the story. It does make me wonder just how the Griselda version of Shizu ended up in that Zeus Thunderbolt bio-tube w/ a lot of damage and her Zoalord crystal cracked, while a second Shizu became Female Guyver 3 / FG3 Gigantic. Anybody have an idea of how that happened, or do I get a big, fat "NO COMMENT" from the higher-ups? Hit me back & let me know if u guys can, k?
  24. Hey, XT, no worries, man. Life can sure take up a lot of your time, but remember: good things do come to those who wait. We of the WG and GWOTG faithful have been here for a long time, and I for one hope that I speak for all of us when I say that we don't intend on going very far anytime soon. When the finished product is ready, we will be waiting with baited breath, and wide smiles of joy.
  25. Here's a little project possibility for all you happy campers: since Shizu has only really been active as Female Guyver 3 / Female Gigantic Guyver 3 in the fan-fiction, & not as the Zoalord Griselda she became to be the controller of the Libertus Zoanoids in the novels, except for the fact where Atkins sees her injured form @ a Zeus Thunderbolt base (while being escorted there w/ the dormant Zoalord Solufein & the Guyver Supreme Unit in his keeping), and even meeting FG3 while he was there, here's a little idea. I've not seen any real definition on her & the abilities she possessed as Griselda, although some of the sketches that I have seen from both the novels & the artists who frequent this wonderful site have been quite awesome to behold. Anybody who could whip up a DF on her, something like what one of the fellas did when some one asked about the DF for Atrahasis, would be interesting to say the least. Just some food for thought for the gang. Edit: McAvoy and guyverfanatic, I believe you guys were the ones I thought of when the DF for Atrahasis was mentioned some time ago. Edit #2: Had to fix my grammar; I'm OCD that way.
