  1. I would like to see whatever you've got, regardless of what kind of story it is, action or Dreadnought based, wouldn't matter to me. At the very least, I think a story about the Mercs backstory or what they've been up to would be interesting. I'd definitely give it a read and enjoy it. It's also great to see you back and actively working on things.
  2. Woo-hoo! That'll be a very nice read. Glad you finally got some time to give us SOMETHING. You have a very nice way of rewarding your fans devotion. I'll be drooling to read it when it's finally up. Good luck continuing the flow and I hope life is going good for you.
  3. I'm currently running a monitor with a native/Max res of 1680x1050. I'll be adding another monitor in a few months with a native/max res of 1920x1200 Hope that helps and I look forward to seeing whatever updates you make to anything on the site.
  4. Yeah, that's great! Chibi Ultimus come to watch this thread. How long did it take you to do that, anyway?
  5. I would like to see everything, but after seeing some of the juicy fic tidbits in recent months I'd love more story first and whatever you can cook up along with that. Great work on the Chibi Dreadnaught, Matt!
  6. Hey, Allen, WB! I'm sorry to hear about your financial situation and the fallout. Hope everything is stable now. Since you moved, what part of Kansas are you in? Are you directly in the path when tornados hit? As for what I''d like to see, it'd go like this: 1) W'Kar 2) GWOTG 3) FOAA Congrats on getting back, however late and breathing some more life into the fic and site. In a wacked economy that's happening right now, every bit of happiness is needed to distract from things and this is just what we needed.
  7. Hot damn, Allen's back! Very interesting preview and I can't wait to see more. Is this a WG world fic or does this take place in the GWOTG universe in the past. Glad to see you back and with goodies. Hope everything is going ok, too.
  8. Woot! Glad you got your money situation straight and are going for your job. RN, huh? Is that what you planned to do from the start or are you going for Dr. XT later? Glad you're getting back to the fic as well, 9 pages and over 3000 words is impressive. I can't wait to sit down for about an hour and immerse myself in the long awaited update. I'll also be watching for more on everything this weekend. I hope that if you get thrown another curve, you can easily drive around it. Good luck!
  9. While these are interesting senarios, don't you think this post would've been better suited for the general fanfiction and science sections? This particular topic is for the Warrior Guyver Fanfiction data file requests for characters from that line of stories.
  10. Dunno about the Guyver Zoalord, but the guy Dreadnought fought in W'Kar's universe is named Nano Xetel. And I don't think they do cross data files, but since W'Kar is listed as well as the Jy-Taki and Orobouras, along with XT, you can't tell but will enjoy anyway, eh? As for my requests, for starters, mine would be: Gilgamesh Aptom Omni W'Kar Warrior Guyver Natasha (Her merging with those Matrix shards should be interesting and how it effects her powers.)
  11. According to his DF, Jason still has the Aceaer unit in his possession, but has little use for it. See here: -Special Note: Prior to his merging with a Matrix, the subject had acquired an Aceaer Unit. Though the Aceaer Unit is a none bonding type Creator armor and normally only adds its power to user's, the Aceaer appears to have partly bonded itself to the Warrior Unit and taken a more streamlined design. This analysis is further strengthened by the fact that the Warrior Guyver's powers where increased by 40% instead of the estimated 25% that using the Aceaer should have caused, but now it is thought unlikely the subject will ever use the Aceaer again, now that the subject can transform into Dreadnought, except maybe to pass on to an ally in battle. And if I remember right, it is possible to use the Gigantic and Aceaer units together, but I think it was Zeo who said it was redundant and wouldn't be done in the fic.
  12. Mwahahahaha. Exactly why I voted WGC. Ahahaha! Even I didn't vote for him... since the unfortunate thing about WGC isn't about the unit, but the host. Of all the WG's, he's easily the worst host of any of them. Maybe that's why the Matrix granted him such an attack. No need to think, just ram everything Wouldn't his not thinking be solved by putting him through riggerous training? As for his attack, does the Matrix really take into subscious thoughts about using attacks and everything? If so, that little toy has a hell of an edge.
  13. Well if sully is Alk, then does make Zeo Balcus and Matt as either Shin or Imkarium I think you're on to something. Zeo is all science minded and so is Balcas. Very nice comparison. I'd vote Matt as Imakarum or Kron. Where's Andre and Allen fit in? Or Mike? Do I smell a poll coming?
  14. Yeah, he would be proud...if he wasn't locked and chained in his basement, being subjected to Allen trying out new goodies to put into the story... Ya gotta wonder where Allen gets all that twisted imagery and how his torture devices would work...
  15. Ooh! Anubis knows all Greg knew. If that's really true, he could be thinking back to that Chess match! Nice one you got going, Allen!
  16. Hot damn, it's good to have you back! Hope you can put those two hours train time to good use and give us some long awaited goodies to read. A new computer is always something to celebrate. Congrats! :
  17. I vote Starfire as well. As was said, she could take a WG for a bit until she tired out. Not to mention taking all those Grakkens on when she, Sai and Scott were beamed to that mothership and with very little prep time, the duo were running, jumping and dodging blasts, even running along the walls like it was a Matrix movie. The monk training the duo had helps her case as well.
  18. That was very amusing. It showed a very different side to Greg then all your loyal reads are used to. Greg actually sitting back and thinking out Chess and explaining it to him. That's something you'd probably never see from W'Kar today, except maybe where Cassandra is concerned. Amazing work so far, Allen and I look forward to reading the whole finished product.
  19. That was a hell of a story so far. But a question on my mind is if Apophis has a Pretorian Warrior Unit, why hasn't he activated it for the trip through the barrier, wouldn't it have been far less damaging to him to have activated it, went through the barrier and then healed up when he got there? Still, I'm drooling over this and would love to see more.
  20. Personally, I hope you guys either finish the fic to the end, tell us what you were going to do as Matt said, or pass the torch. I have seen a few of my favorite sites die and only one or two came back. I don't wish it to happen to this place. I've followed it since 2001 and hope it continues for a few more years at least. I get much joy from reading all of the fine work everyone has put into everything. The drawings and the DFs especially, but most of all, the story. Here's to WG fanfiction getting back on it's feet! And if that means waiting a while longer, so be it. Good luck to all you fine authors.
  21. The Creator in the story was named Lar'cass. In my opinion, he did quite well against the W'Kar, seeing as after he got out of that cell, he would've opened his MS plates and destroyed Lar'cass with a 20x blast to the face. He might have survived due to his WG2 unit escaping to Hyper-Space, but his ship would've been blown to pieces or destroyed all together. Wonder if we're gonna see anymore reaction from WG2 Lar'cass about W'Kar in the future?
  22. It's from Allen's W'Kar fiction story: From the Shadows. He was fighting the Warrior Kavzar Commander in the WG2 world. "The Commander launches the attack! He calls out a war cry and flings the massive vortex towards W'Kar, combined with his mega-smashers energy. W'Kar plants his feet, and the weapon slams into his cupped shield. Swirling and striking into it. W'Kar feels incredible pressure. Both his knees shatter, followed by his spinal cord under the intense strain. The nature of his unit however, allows him to stay upwards continuing this suicidal move."
  23. You know... wiritng is not something I love to do. It can be downright tedious sometimes. Finding time to do it can be frustrating. Artwork really has always been my main focus. My fic was always ment to be a small side story to that main fic. What I do love however, is creating. But that is the easy part. It's the fleshing out that takes the time of course. BUT, for the last 3 years, I have been working a midnight shift job. More recently I have switched to a day shift job... and quite frankly, I am finding that I have a lot more energy, and am finding out that I need less sleep to feel rested, and now have more time during the day to do things. So... I am not making any promises... but I HAVE writen 3 pages in ther last week. Is it a good sign? We shall see. I call this progress. Three pages is better then none at all. And you're 3 pages closer to completion of the story. Good luck, Matt. I'll be rooting for you.
  24. But, one thing that you're forgetting. Even if Zertax did kill himself to prevent Anubis from getting his hands on him to use him against his friends, what's to prevent Anubis from reviving him as he did the dead Cassandra before she became Yaksha?
  25. It would be a pretty good fight, but Eliminator would have her as she does have an HSL, but it's limited to feeding her armored form indefinitely when not in battle. He could probably feed off that and not to mention if he got close enough to inject his poison into her and weakening her. Though, she does have that ability to make clones out of herself, so if she made enough of them, she could stand a bit of a chance. Let's see what Zeo has to say
