I have a soft spot for the OVA. It was my first exposure to Guyver way back in 1996. Back then I could only find the first 2 tapes. It wasn't until relatively recently that i watched all 12. Yes, some were... sub par to say the least. But those first few episodes rivaled the 2005 series in its entirety to me. I now have all 12 of the US edition VHS tapes, complete with the trading cards as well as the DVDs.

Same for me. I will read it and re read it over and over. It is a passion of mine. I will probably be on the hunt for missing items forever with the prices they go for and the rarity of some of it. I read all types of comics and manga, but this is by far one of my favs. The good thing about the lag time in chapters is that if it continues, hopefully interest will pick up and another anime or even live action movie could be made. Imagine what a live action movie would look like today!!

LOL! Thanks so much!! Yeah, I have a LOT of influences in my art and characters. The red guy is Quadriplegic Man, he is Smiley's uncle and a genius. Smiley's feet are big like the Maxx and I like to say the book is like South Park meets The Tick. I appreciate you checking it out!!

Yeah dude, exactly what happened to me. Funny thing is I didn't even pose him all crazy, just standing. But as I was getting the cape attached the leg just fell off. Meh. LOL

Thanks! I will try that. I literally just got him and that same night as i was getting him set up, the leg just came off. I am extremely careful with these figures so I was bummed. He is all pretty and in place now though, so yay! LOL!

Mine did the same thing on the right leg. I have him in his stand and the leg is sort of attached, but can fall off at any time. I too would love any tips for this fix.

I just completed Uncharted 4 for the PS4. Pretty fun and great looking game! Now the wait for the PS4 exclusive Spiderman game begins...

I just picked up 15 max factory BFC figs for dirt cheap on ebay!! I got Guyver 1, Guyver 3, Guyver Gigantic, Zoalord Pluqstahl, Zoalord Guyot, Aptom and 9... YES.. 9 of the zoanoids!! The zoanoids are not packaged, but the rest are. WHAT an awesome deal! I will post pics when they arrive!

Hey guys! Just a quick update... Issue 8 was completed and published on time in October. We did the Tampa Bay Megacon and we had a lot of repeat and new readers pick up the books. Issue 9 is in the penciling stages now to be released in February 2017 and I am almost done writing issue 14 now! Productivity is a sweet, sweet smell!

I actually just got 4 new BFC figs from that seller. Solid deal!! Although they are technically a Christmas present from my fiance, so I can't have them until next month... sighs... she's the boss!! LOL

Agreed. I don't even drink coffee but I would get one for my fiance. She would dig it!

So a quick update on my book... I have fully completed all 22 pages of inks on the comic and have 8 pages left to color. The book will be completely done by the end of this weekend and then off to the printer and all for distribution! I then have a 5 page story to draw for another book in our publishing line and then a nice 2 week breather before I begin the process all over to get issue 9 completed by late Jan/Early Feb.
