Note that the Kavzar Commander that the control crystal came from died during that process. Also note Prometheus is not a Kavzar, he has some Kavzar abilities and powers but he can't be controlled by the Creators. True ability!

Meanwhile the OOA opens a pony burger snack bar that turns out to be very popular with the local lycanlord population The burgers are even still kicking when served.

I think the little kiddies will need therapy after Anubis is done with their little ponies *steals fic when Allen isn't looking.. replaces with my little ponie fanfic* Then BloodStorm reads the fic, only to find the word RedRum typed repeatedly on every page... He then here's someone knocking on his door

Also there is already a Creator fleet in the solar system... Why would they send another?
-
Well, Alkanphel is a supposed to be a multi-talent Zoalord. Possibly possessing all the abilties of the 12 Zoalords combined. And even in his weakened condition in the Manga he could still redirect Mega Smashers a full 180 and even pilot the Ark all by his lonesome. It's even stated he could take on all 12 Zoalords and win. So he definitely would have the potential to produce a psionic energy draining ability and Anubis does have enough knowledge about Zoaforms to possibly replicate the energy draining system that way. It's a possibility anyway and would make your character more unique.

No, the origins of the Darmon effect haven't yet been revealed in the fic. And yes, it wasn't named after a Creator. And the WG's only have a backup power system BASED on the Darmon effect. Like I said before a pale comparison of what it was based on and no, just having the WG2 and WG3 unit doesn't mean Anubis has full knowledge on how WG unit's work. The technology is basically encrypted, which is why the Creators in the WG universe are having such a hard time rediscovering the technology. As to what Darmon actually is, "No Comment"
-
Actually that makes it kinda cool, you could always have it that the energy draining system can potentially create a melt down overload and cause your character to literally blow up Perhaps have it as a possible kami kazi feature that would allow your character to sacrifice its life to take out an entire planet or an entire fleet of opponents in the name of the Order But otherwise, like Zagam, using too much power can damage your character and require regeneration time. But for more reasonable power augmentation it can still give your character an edge as long as not over used.
-
Even if the reproductions have similar tech? Anubis did give similar energy draining abilities to Zagam after all and it only has to be a more primitive version which since Anubis does have the knowledge of the Creators in GWOTG that it should be within his power to impliment? . . . Well, in any case if you need an alternative I can suggest other similar systems like using the Zoalord gravitational powers to produce a virtual event horizon to produce a similar energy draining ability like demonstrated by the Black Nova Guyver? At this character's power level it would be almost childs play for him to maintain such a field with just a subconscious effort on his part. Not to mention it could be combined with the brain washing to make it an instinctual reaction on his part. Similar to his telekinetic shielding that can warp most attacks around him, except he would allow him to absorb some of the energy.
-
You could just change it to the regular energy draining system and just say it's inferior version to Anubis's?
-
Nope, the Darmon effect is unique to the WG universe just like the W'Kar technology is unique to the GWOTG universe. Zagam was originally Dreadnought from the WG universe, which is the only reason why he has it. And consequently he is the only one in the GWOTG universe that has that technology. Besides the Darmon technology is not something that can easily be reproduced. Even the WG's Darmon based backup power system is only a pale immitation of what it was based on. The Crystallite entity from 7 DOH, which as you should know was created when just a single crystal shard from the Hunter infected Psi-Guyver, should emphasis how dangerous that technology is. While in most realities the Creators were afraid of even the possibility of creating a Guyver Zoalord, so the idea that more than one reality version of the Creators would be crazy enough to try to develop this technology is very unlikely. Not to mention if your character did have a Darmon power crystal then since he's organic he would have eventually turned into a Crystallite entity and given his already high power level he would have become an extremely powerful version as well. For example Psi-Guyver was at her maximum, which she could only maintain for a short period of time, only a 8x character. Yet as Crystallite she was able to give even Dreadnought a tough fight and he only defeated her because of his Matrix. But even with that she easily had the potential to kill him and came close to it a few times. A Crystallite version of your character could well rival Anubis himself. So this is not technology you would want in the GWOTG universe. Not to mention it would pretty much shorten your character to the gotta destroy it quick category. But worse still even if Anubis manages to destroy your Crystallite infected character the crystals could easily infect Anubis and create the ultimate monster. Ultimate Power with Ultimate Hunger

It's a good data file, but there's one problem. . . how can he possibly have a Darmon energy draining system?
-
Chronicles is a seperate project so will not be effected.

During the early parts of the war he did have one but as resouces became strained the Aceaer units were given to the weaker Guyvers to help compensate and allow them to stand up to the Bio-Titans. Remember the ACTF only has a few Aceaer Units to go around.

Hi, Guys I am going to be here infrequently. Here is why.

Yes that does suck, but have you tried checking for alternative or new clinical trial treatments? You can check this link to see if he qualitifies for any existing clinical trials that may help. http://www.virtualtrials.com/serchfrm.cfm And though chemo may be ruled out did they say anything about radiation treatments like this one? http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/ ... /704230394 -
1 ton of TNT = 4184 Mega Joules So 21 Tera Joules is equivalent to 5 kilotons of TNT! The 420 Giga Joules is equivalent to about 100 tons of TNT. Which means in the GWOTG universe the Mega Smashers are as you surmised only 50 times more powerful than the Pressure Cannon. But that's because the Pressure Cannon is just more powerful than you're figuring. Which was probably to keep consistant with the previous power scale in the GWOTG. Of course McAvoy may have taken into account that the Pressure Cannon is actually a form of compressed black hole, creating an unstable event horizon and firing it. In other sci-fi a weapon like that would be called a single point singularity cannon. Basically using the principle of a black hole to make holes in your target But that would basically mean the weapon was a lot more powerful than previously interpreted.

Basically it barely made it to her so only managed to land in her general location. So she had to fly towards it.
-
Yes, though her new unit is a combination of GWOTG and the WG2 universe Creator technologies. Basically they took a WG2 unit and added GWOTG Mark II tech to it to produce the Praectorian Unit.

Well that's the thing with free will and all. If you believe in free will, I'm assuming that you do, then God can't be controlling every aspect of our life or even our environment. Otherwise there would be no choice in life, we'd just be puppets. So if there is any one mocking us it is mother nature, which is an unfortunate price for free will. But consider that without suffering there would be no change. Also without suffering we would never appreciate the good, as then we would not have anything to compare the good to, to know it was good. Never mind that without suffering the human race would never have evolved to begin with. Every single aspect of our nature and physiology is based on conditions in which our ancestors lived through that have shaped the course of our evolution. Of course evolution never stops so we are still evolving and unfortunately some us will suffer more than others. It doesn't mean god is laughing at us or taunting us any more than a parent would taunt or laugh at their child if they are hurt. But just like a parent god can't always step in and make things better. Aspect's like free will and evolution means god has to let things take their course. Ultimately the universe is what it is, the seed for our creation and the world we live in was planted at the very beginning of creation. So to change it god would have to destroy everything and start again. Though on the plus side, unless you wind up in hell, suffering does not last forever. Which is one of the plusses of believing in a god as then you also believe in a heaven. But that's just my opinion. Then again I also believe I remember being born and what heaven was like. So you don't have to listen to me.

That is correct, Jason doesn't want to lose his humanity. And if you look at his data file you will have your answer if you just think about it

Marvel Characters vs. the Guyvers
zeo replied to Weltall2's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Trust me when I tell you all comic companies have a history of making mistakes on character stats every now and then. It's usually something small but it does happen. They're human too and humans make mistakes. Which is why it is good to keep a history of the stats and see how consistent they are over time. For example Spiderman was originally only able to jump up to 40 feet straight up but this figure has varied every now and then as whoever prints the stats isn't given the right info or something as I got trading cards with different stats and this was long before the Queen or any of the other new story arcs. Also consider that reflex speed is usually directly proportional to how high a character can jump. If Spiderman can leap extremely high now and can even sprint to over 100 MPH for short bursts then his reflexes should be faster than 18x. More than likely they probably got confused with his base level reflexes and the old Spiderman was rated as 5-40x. So if his old base was 5, which explains how ordinary guys occassionally got the drop on him if he was over confident, then the 18x could be his new base level but not his max. Also remember Marvel has changed their power scale, the old scale went from 1-7 but now it's 1-12. So there is also the possibility that they calculate reflexes differently now and the 15x could have been 40x under the old scale. Which could have come around since scientist have found that athletes can increase their reflex rate to higher, nearly double, than normal average. So if they are still using peak human ability for their scale then that may have been what happened. But it seems doubtful. -
Yeah, the Bible was created what? About 400 years after Christ's death. And the Dead Sea Scrolls shows it was an edited compilation in which the church picked and chosed what they wanted included in the Bible and what was to be excluded. Not to mention the translation errors as the Bible got converted into different languages like the Reed Sea got converted to the Red Sea, etc.

Marvel Characters vs. the Guyvers
zeo replied to Weltall2's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Spider strength varies from one species type to another but the stronger ones can lift well over 50 times their own weight. Similar to ants. Though considering Peter's weight it seems he can lift over 100 times his weight. -
Marvel Characters vs. the Guyvers

Wow, they made him about twice as powerful as the old traditional Spiderman. Though his reflex rating was 5-40 times normal, says so on the old trading cards and some issues of the comic in which he shows off his speed. But I've seen stranger errors in those marvel database files before. -
Sorry, I was up all night. Actually I've been up since Friday. Anyway, the Data File has been corrected and reposted. The Data File is also linked to the F-WG Data File so you can switch back and forth just by clicking either the related image or name within the Data File of each.

Don't worry, it's in their contracts. We can't make them dance while in Armor.
