That is the unfortunate compromise of freedom of speech and rights. It's not that the principle is bad, it's just that both idiots and villains can abuse what they have been given. So it's unfortunate that honest people can be ruined in reputation as well as in life due to these abuses, but it's a system that usually does good. Far better then being sent to an early grave because some dictator on a whim sent you to a deadly labor camp, or some monarch that would spend the treasury on jewels instead of relieve for hungry subjects. I just remembered something interesting, for thousands of years women have always received the short end of the stick when it came to anything such as believing their claims/ideals, to how they choose to live. These days those, if you go to court up against a women for whatever reason, such as child support, she will likely stand to win thanks to he being female. It's mostly because of modern day sympathies to women, a women who wants her children from a rich husband will likely win even if he is the better parent. I wonder if this view of women in society has effected how certain relationships function. I am of course not factoring into the negative sexist hiphop and rap images we see with diva's an "ho's".

oh well, he was 21, ended up meeting a girl in a rave, and they went on a couple of dates. She told him she was a high school senior and all. He actually wanted to ask her, but apparently he figured that you don't ask a woman, no matter how young she looks, their age. She of course didn't care for the minor detail either, but he had unwittingly broken the law. Problem with him doing this is that if it were reported to the police and put in court, he would of automatically of been put into the pedophile registry. Be unable to get certain jobs (most actually) be unable to appear anywhere where children may be, such as a school or even a public park. Basically, your life gets screwed over weather or not you are an actual pedo if you get convicted. You can marry the girl you slept with and even of been dating for years and never did anything, but once he crosses that border and the age difference is noted by law, then you would be in serious trouble.

yeah, it's kinda weird to have religious people who go around hating Jews but told to love Christ... who was a Jew. Then there is Muslims who hate none Muslims, but Muhammad was himself a pagan for the first 40-50 years of his life. Then he embraced christian and Jewish ideas and wanted to convert him to his version of God, yet instead many are taught to hate them. Also, it's kinda interesting that the life of a Cow, Rat (Yes there are rat worshipping Hindu cults out there), mocroorganisms, cats, and other animals... are considered more valuable then a fellow human being. There are people who would rather willingly kill another human being then harm some of these animals. I can understand why we worship them and all, and the laws forbidding their deaths. Yet, going so far as to kill a person who is similar to you in form over some animal you have no sentimental connection is incredibly unique.

I totally agree with you on this, it's just that Satan was created specifically as a Scape Goat for God and people. I don't think it was ever meant to be the opponent of god. The concept of Satan is broadly designed with many interpretations, and yet very central powerful views around it. They don't know Satan's nature, but are not open to any ideas outside of "Hate his evil ass because he hates God" or something like that. He's a boogeyman that does or doesn't serve god. If God does something bad in the world, it's not God's fault, it's Satan because he tempted man. If you you are weak of moral strength or give yourself into temptation or vile acts, it is either Satan's fault, or you denied God. In any case, Satan is usually viewed in an unfavorable light, but God isn't. Jews used to give a duality to God, that he was loving, but also strict and harsh to those who disobeyed his command and ways. If you ask me, this God is the one that makes more sense, but sure as hell confuses me as to why you serve a God that tests humans by telling you to sacrifice your sons, or will kill every human being in the world if he's angered enough, or instruct his people to commit genocide (Ironic that Jews wiped out entire cities of men women and children in the name of god, and left no soul alive.) That brings me to a point, some Christians blamed the Jews themselves of the Holocaust or claim it fake. They say that the Jews sinned against god for not accepting Jesus, so God punished them. As absurd as it may seem, it's how some people react. I can understand if people yell at me for pointing this out, especially if it's pretty insulting to your beliefs, I don't intend it to be like that. In my research and search for God I've come across this all and I find it very weird.

Yeah, when I first saw the new pope... he sorta reminded me of Emperor Palpatine. Though I don't think he looks like a pedo. In my opinion you can't judge one by looks. You may end up regretting not telling her that you like her, or ask her on a date. Now, I understand that asking to the beach or asking her at all would seem troublesome. But if you don't ask her then you are doing nothing, besides going to the beach is a normal thing. I doubt she'll think it a perverted method. It only becomes viewed as perverted if you come on to her like some pervert. Just be yourself and be honest, if you want to be more comfortable, then practice your delivery. It will likely work out if you just try. If she has a boyfriend, then don't fret. It's life, if she ever breaks up with him then she may think about you and end up asking you out later instead. Besides, I think she'll be flattered to have a guy ask her out in the first place. As for being part of the undying... hmm, to be honest I think it isn't worth it. You live long and all, but people around you die sooner then you, including loved ones. Also as you grow old you tend to suffer more and degenerate. As much as I would like to live a long healthy life, I certainly don't want to live a long life of pain and become incapable of sustaining myself. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah, also tanks tend to break down a lot. Take the German Tiger Tank. They were amongst the best tanks in the world, but they broke down a lot because they had so many parts. They'd have to be refitted and maintained every few miles. I think the average mentioned was that they'd have a breakdown about ever 40-50 miles of land coverage. A Stark contrast to the Russian who had too few parts in their tanks (needed to be maintained every 300 miles, but were noisy and clunky) while a Sherman can go for thousands of miles, but was easy to destroy (they easily caught fire) and were incapable of matching either German nor Russian tanks. One American tank pilot once commended on how his unit and his entire crew were killed by a single ace Tank commander (turned out this ace was the most famous tank driver in German history) and although he shot at it, evaded it, then flanked it, and then again shot at his Tiger 1, all that tank had to do was turn it's muzzle, and fire. His entire crew was killed and he was fortunate to survive. His own shots had bounced off the German tank armor, but the German cannon tore into his tank easily. Odd misconception about French tanks, they were actually superior to German tanks, but they didn't see much use in the war and so many were destroyed from Ariel bombardments. yet they managed to destroy a considerable number of German tanks and proved their own armor was superior. A shame really. The program I watched was either the history channel or the discovery. Problem with the tank I'm looking for is that it was never picked up or massed produced. It was only a prototype and it got chosen over because of the M1 Abrams, then the Leopard came out thus no one wanted it because it was slightly more expensive and harder to maintain. I've been going nuts trying to find it. I've been to tank sites, museum sites... no one has any info on this one tank. I guess this is what happens with prototype tanks, they just disappear from memory. Sort of like Canadian Jet fighters, you never hear of the weapons the canadians were making even though they were very impressive weapons.

I'm pretty sure this vid has it, granted it's been 3 years since I've seen it. But the video did go over it's competition with other tanks, right? Then again you may be right amd I'm sorry if it is in fact the incorrect video. The tank I mentioned was a very dark tank that when viewed you can see it's two treads helping to adjust the height of the tanks main body. It looked pretty rugged and not as sleep as the Abrams. I'm still trying to hunt it down and post any info or pics I come accross. I put aside what I was doing and been at it for hours already.

They had one Anime that actually did a cool redesign of how a Tank could be in the future. Looking at it today, it was a pretty badass tank that could take on mech's and exo-skeletal armors. Metal Skin Panic Madox-01 featured the that tank as the weapon of choice for a Psychotic Tank Pilot who hates mech designs and wishes to prove their superiority to mechs. So he takes a 4 legged prototype mini tank (each leg has tank treads and named the "Baby Turtle") and starts hunting down the kid trapped inside his robotic Madox armor despite his orders and the unnecessary and unwarranted destruction of everything along the way. Actually, the design and function of the tank is in many way similar to a real life Tank that was only made into a prototype for the US armor. It was beaten out by the Abrams tank, but this tank still had advantaged over conventional tanks. It could increase and decrease it's height and do some pretty nifty shots as a result. The tank in the Anime is able to do that and much more, but it's small so it manages to go fight in urban areas and enclosed spaces, as well as being incredibly fast and agile thanks to it's design. The flaws of course are that it's small size and open cockpit are a danger to the pilot. I can totally see a small single man tanks in the future being designed as Urban combat tanks that can support infantry and act like mobile artillery (thanks to it's methods of changing it's elevation) for shelling urban positions.

yeah, that is obviously true. What I really lack these days is resolve/will and confidence to do things. You can call it a lack of hope or whatnot, though it isn't that, just tiresome of people around me who don't change. So all I can do is attempt to throw myself back into the workforce. I often now wonder if I'm still mentally fit or just whiny/weak as a person. For example, they had a guy on Oprah (normally I don't watch, but they had bill Cosby and issues of blacks in society) who's mother and brother were murdered, and he was about to be shot until he begged for his life and for god. The killer was the mothers lover (not sure if he was the biological father) He was let go and ran into a house, and later ended up going to college and is about to graduate despite his past and proven statistics. Now that is a guy who did great things despite his tragedy, and me... well here I am acting like a loser. So tomorrow, I'm going to get my finances ready for the next months rent, get some supplies and rework my resume (I lack MS word, so I'm going to buy it tomorrow) and start posting it up on websites in hopes that a job finds me instead of me just hunting for what isn't there. I'm taking this guys example and going to ignore my moms promises and just work my life no matter how much my mom messes herself up. If my mom wants her boyfriend to live with us, he's going to have to chip in with rent and everything. I'm not paying for another freeloader.

Yes, the movie is a classic. They've had two other immitators over the years, G Gundam (goofy carbon copy of the plot in Anime form and Gundam brandname... and dare I say just as bad acted in english dub?) and Robo Warriors (live action movie) which triggered my memories from watching Robot Jox when I saw it in portugal (I was 4 at the time).
