I found it to be a decent movie, just not an overall great movie liek it could be. I did love the recent animated Batman/Redhood movie.

It's to be expected. Imagine One Piece without it's fillers. Tons of enjoyable stories would be lost along with the good. It's simply how things are. Not to mention you actually lose some screen detaisl for the HD conversion. They had to cut 20% of the actual original screen animation to fit it in. It's like watching the A-Team only to see each and every single close up of Mr.T lakcing his mohawk. Thus is the nature of these adjusted series.

Of course not. I'm not so blase to be lughing at a work like Hardon. No I'm laughing at "Large Hardon Collider", it sounds so much more impressive.

everytime I come back to this thread... I want to reply seriously... but I keep on laughing so hard at " Large Hardon Collider" That always gets me in a good mood. Also I have to point out no one would of editted that quote... it's too good to be editted. I mean... come on, it's comic gold. In fact, you should be proud of that and present it to the ladies as a subject of interest.

Bio-Boosted Dude, I saw that some 10 years ago on one of the UK channels while over in Portugal. It's connected to the writings of Mark Twain, but in all honesty I'm not too familiar with them depite studying him on my spare time because it's no longer a wisespread taught reading of is works in city schools. I always found this clip, haunting, but oddly envoking. For some reason, I can't completely hate Satan in that clip despite his disregard for life he created, but at the same time he's willing to avoid harming those children too. In a way, he's trying to educate them on the flaws of humanity. Which issomething we should all do to better ourselfs.

oh forgot about that. Usually when i do that, I do so wiht the entire picture. Oh *Slaps forehead* I forgot you can just use masks over portions of the pictre to do the same thing. Thanks for helping him Ryuki. XD

When you watch enough anime you start noticing those detials. I'm awfully sick myself from the backgrounds in the Naruto, when you see 5 stright minutes of only the characters talking, but every other person in the background with an unanimated face while just short of a close up, it really stands out, especially if they are pretty damn ugly. The old Naruto series didn't have that issue, but Shippuuden sadly does.

My expectations are reallly... really... rreeeeaaaallllyy looooooowww.

That's the thing, the Mass... well it seems normal enough for planets and asteroids to have mass and in turn have gravity relative to that mass, right? But we keep running into objects that no longer have mass like blackholes. You are spot on about it being dark Matter and Energy. Which brings us another problem... now we have two things that can't be properly measured, Dark Matter and Gravity... and they are both connected by some unseen variables. A few years ago we proved that Dark Matter Exists and reversed the judgemntal redicule people had on "Einstein's folly". It's stuff like this that science fiction writers love, because you can stretch out the truth and make things up along the way. XD

It's okay, used to happen to me all the time. Actually almost all my artwork I produced was done in one layer and manual with a few automatic effects by the program to ease things up. But I admit it, my method is a stupid painstaking way of doing things, so I too have to start using layers more often.
-
yeah, I watched up wtill episode 30 and then every so often I would spot the english dub version. But it's really a huge series.
-
Hmm, did you used layers? If you want, you can try and find the "color" or "color burn" option and just pass over the yellow to color it. If you didn't do it with layer though, it's going to have to be done by hand on screen and you'll have to color each section without coloring over the white. I could do this easily with my old coralpaint program, but that program no longer functions on my PC.

I haven't been keeping up with One Piece. Soooo many episodes and it would take forwever to catch up where I left. Oh and I'm shocked, this weeks Naruto filler was actually pretty good. it had it's flaws, but I actually enjoyed the 3 filler characters thrown in because they were badass. Also, Naruto only did one jutsu in the filler, and it only lasted 3 seconds.... That feels incredibly fresh.

Well gravity is for the most part a mystery. A lot of planets have varying fields of gravity, though the biggers ones tend to have more gravity then smaller ones. But when you try to apply the theory of relativity to gravity, math doesn't add up. So they have to make other theries to try and explain it. They believe there is an unseen force somewhere between the fiber of reality with ths untapped energy source, and that it's made up of tiny massless particles call gravitons that emminate these fields. But it's a theory and no one really has a means of measuring and understanding it yet. But if the Guyver's gravity orb and Guyot can generate these particles, then it would explain alot.

I figured you'd have no problems with it, did you have a similar problem with Metroidvania (castlevania games with metroid style maps) games? By the way, those who are still avoiding the current fillers, we probably still have 2 or 3 more weeks before we go into the main plot. So just hang on. I've been keeping myself preoccupied with Dorohedoro, it's bloody, gritty, weird, and overly optomistic despite this. Strangely enough, my friend in Washington directed me to it after getting her friends interested in it. He reasoning was that it seemed like a Manga I would write for. Turns out she was right, the characters in there are strangely similar to RP characters I created. Just a fair warning though for anyone who looks up this Manga, it is gory... not for the faint hearted, and it's humour is super bizarre, even by Japanese standards. I will examplify... One of the characters is a guy who loves mushrooms, and he turns poeple into mushrooms while running mushroom themed bussiness's, but at the same time always commands his minions to go about and do weird stuff to appease the devil's who are above society, which includes dancing in nothing but grass skirts...

Indeed, i have the OST from the first season. Compared to the original series score, the new Kai is one of the better improvements. The music was so unusual that the US version of Dragon Ball Z ended up having an entire new composer work on it to make it sound cool. I only half agreed with that, afterall, the original series had some fantastic vocalized music, but just wouldn't fit in America. I also have the videogame OST's, which is what the new composer for Kai worked on, they are pretty niftyy, I'm actually socked, the guy did 20 years worth of Dragon Ball related OST's but only now got hired to do the main series via Kai. Wonder what took them so long in selecting him.

Ryuki, i will reccomend Tekkaman Blade, it is a very damn good series. Also, despite the appearance, it is not a Mecha Anime. Tekkaman's suit is actually biological in nature, much like the Guyver. Poeple often confuse the Guyver for a robot too for some odd reason. There is also a Tekkaman Blade II OVA series out there, but it's a give or take series. But believe me whne I say you wont regret seeing Tekkeman blade in it's fullest. Oh and I have one more bit of comical trivia for you, in the UK version of Tekkaman Blade, the guy who voiced Evil Tekkaman (Evil Teknoman in the UK) was voiced by none other then Bulk from the power rangers. Weird...

Usually, when it involves large sea life, Luffy eats it... Kind of a cool change for once. Still though, would of been funny to see Luffy and Zoro eating that Kraken.
-
Hmm... who else did Luffy doodle that he wanted for a crewman, he correctly drew and predicted Frankie, and he got a Musician on his crew like he wanted. I don't remember if he mentioned any other type of crew member that he wanted.

yeah it's a tie in for the movie. While the regular arc continued in a seperate release.

I always thoguth of him as a great villian, even likable because of the pdeo jokes around him. -
Anime you are currently watching and/or Downloading
V Guyver replied to Toku Warrior's topic in Japanese Entertainment
wow, in Geass they never had that little bit with the lips... so he does live, my theory was correct! -
It's an interesting idea, however it's incorrect. Though there are some species that try to use bacteria to wipe out prey, they are in fact not all that common nor practical when compared to poisons, Also, no way to know if or which dinosaurs had such features. Since small creatures tend to need poison and other things to threaten larger prey or hunters, hunters tend to instead rely on their own size and natural gifts such as strength to down their prey. Exampled, all of the world's Cuttlefish except one are not poisonous, the poisonous one is the smallest one of them all. It's also flashier and unlike the other's it actually walks on the seabed.

ahh. just finished watchingthis weeks filler. THANK GOD!!! This one is actually not bad, I enjoyed it, they did several things right, this one was a Rock Lee based episode on his recovery and there was some actually heart behind it. Though it made no sense at all, the episode was still great. It was well animated, and there was some actually good humor in it... unlike most of the fillers where the humor is utterly bad. Yoo top it off, we only had a minutes worth of bad animation and character designs, where as usally it would of been an entire episodes worth of crap. Thank you for at least giving us one good Naruto filler after so many horrible ones.

Yeah, it means cutting a ton of material and coming up with a ton of new things to explain every change. It's like watching a Rambo moving, seeing someone write astory about Rambo killing people while in a Tutu, and then having the director of the previous movie try to explain that in the plot. It's just pure asinine thinking I tell you.
