Well the bioweapons function differently for both. Obviously the Zoanoids have the advantage at first due to grunts alone being able to mop the floor with most of the umbrella creations, but remember, Umbrella bioweapons function by infection. If they could somehow infect and control a few Zoanoids, they may very well be able to reverse a few fortunes. Though in the end, Chronos would win, after all, they have scientists that are superior to Umbrella, and can probably create T-Virus Anti-bodies down the line.

We can speculate on the females, but I always figured it was for the same reasons males fought in wars more often than women. 1. men on average have 5% more body muscle than women. They are capable of shorter bursts of greater energy than women, who tend to have a more regular output. 2. breeding, if a lot women are killed in a battle, and there is only a handful of women left. No matter how big the population of males, there is a very short reproduction cap. If it's a lot men killed, and a few left, but a large number of women left, you can easily repopulate the numbers with a much higher cap than the previous situation. 3. Men have more stable periods, less emotional strain, less sanitation issues, meaning more combat stability and less likely to have infections on a field. 4. Men don't get pregnant, so they don't have to be pulled off the field for maternity. 5. sexism, yeah I put it out there, seems Chronos is sexist, and I'm calling them out on it. Seriously, almost exclusively made up of men, and in the years I've seen Guyver I can only think of two female Chronos staff: Guyver II female and Barcus's female assistant. As for Zoalords and there sex drives. I'm pretty sure they either have their own... hobbies, or have rules against sex or some other issue. Consider how old they are, they either have a harem, or got bored of women. One of my friends always told me about his plot device for a sex doujin between Barcas and that lone female staff employee. Stupid idea, though the idea of Barcus suddenly exhibiting qualities of Master Roshi... is strangely gratifying.

Well, we do know that Zoanoids crossbred with humans in the past. So that is my understanding as to why they all have genitals and depicted lack of them in the manga is due to artistic and Japanese laws. Though you are right, Salkafar, in that since there is a lack of actual appearance of the, we can't back it up as a fact, however, you can understand the basic reasoning as to why they likely have them. Chronos would like nothing more than to have as many Zoanoids as possible, and removing their ability to reproduce would of course limit that goal, not to mention cause serious problems in the event of a war, such as targeting none Zoanoid populations in order to bring the species into extinction, if you build a strategy around killing base humans and avoiding combat with Zoanoid units, you pretty much have a fast win. It's the same principal as targeting supplies. Wipe those out and your army can't feed. resupply, or replace units. If the Advents with all their brilliant thought for war, would overlook something that simple in billions of years, than they deserve to get wiped out by Humanity!

One of the older theories was that there is no universal Cycles. As a child in grade school, I read one theory in which our galaxies will continue to gain further and further distance from the center of creation/big bang. Eventually as time and distance pass, the matter around them will start to fade, destabilize everything until everything returns into subspace. I guess this could be caused by some form of energy exhaustion? Another more recent theory was that all the galaxies would rebound until they kept colliding, causing black holes to keep combining until reality itself was confused. In all honesty, I don't worry so much about this. It's far beyond our time, and I'd rather we focus on the energy, food, water, and ecological crises on our foot steps. We still have to deal with the upcoming loss of our magnetic field.

I'm more curious about his abilities. We know Imakirum has his old abilities, and Guyots, and they are stronger than before too. But know he can mimic other abilities, that's a Power only Alky is supposed to have. Also, lol at that nice edit Cannibal made. As for reproductive organs. All Zoanoids and Zoalords have them, the creators made them with the intention of reproducing to breed, evolve, and replenish their army ranks. Also, when they talk about Lost Numbers losing being unable to reproduce, they aren't talking about the sexual function, but instead, replicating their battle form. You people don't think Aptom can just... you know...? Grow one?

Thanks a well written reply and analysis. along the lines of my thoughts. Agito in the past used to predict and manipulate Sho with ease, not to mention intimidate him. Seeing Agito's expression as Sho continually performed unexpected counters to his attacks and even that data transfer at the end surprised Agito to the point that he was in shock. I haven't seen Agito so wide eyed in ages, not since his encounters with Guyot. I think, that even in this fight, he thought he could win because Sho wouldn't kill him, or that if Sho would attempt to kill him, he would know how to manipulate him. He got neither, instead he got a generous and very forgiving Sho. I think that was the biggest shock top Agito. He's not used to dealing with kindness or generosity from others except Shizu and her late guardian, let alone an opponent he was trying to KILL!

Whenever a fan (especially fangirls) points out a nude Akly, I can't help but think they want a scenario like this... Mizuki: Dear Sho, I recently met a pretty-boy golden-elf-demi-god. So Kuwai, sorry, gotta dump you for him!

Ahh, those street pavements are moderately bad, not as terrible though as the run down areas in my city. But looks looks like at one point they really went all out with the refined touch on that side walk, but didn't keep it up over the years. In these types of trips, I would hope to bring in a translator of some sorts. Preferably the digital type, even heading to my native Portugal I at least carried a bilingual dictionary to help out. I always learn more Portuguese when over there, more so than in some language school in the US. I don't know how I got around before we had things like Bing Translator to help out Sorry to hear about the job issues, I can imagine some of the communication problems, but different cultural work routines can make it worse too. So they are better English communicators than the Japanese, that's pretty reassuring. Also lack of interest in foreigners, sounds like they are pretty damn used to it, must be partly because of all those years the US has had troops stationed there. About the christian thing, I was always curious about the large number of christian imagery used in the TV programs. So it was due to a revival? Never knew that.

It's not that easy recording in my basement, both due to my loud PC (that background noise you noticed) and my neighbors chaotic screams stomping on my ceiling. Funny enough I was doing the David Hayter voice immitation, both my cat and the neighbors dog freaked out and started making noise, so I had to make a few takes in between their noise. I'm just glad no one is around when I do my voices, they'd think I was nuts. The third one was one of my other voices that I can pull off way easier, so when you need dailogue I can do it for you, I have other voices that can be used too. I was thinking of doing my take on the Guyver OVA introductions. Just have to have it written down and read out. I suppose I can maybe hook up a new mic to the laptop I fixed and use that from now on. That should fix the background noise issue from the PC at least.

Sorry if that's the case Durendal. I learned of the strange dowry case from a documentary on modern China's work and marriage culture. Your right about the traditional dowry customs, but it doesn't mean one will not find unpleasent greedy families in place of the mutual good ones. I suppose the same thing can happen in other countries. I suppose I should take PBS documentaries with a little more reservation from now on.

I think Korean society is a little different. They aren't as obsessed with Dowries, and good jobs aren't as hard to find. Still, good point to watch out, and there are a high number of Chinese living in Korea, so I suppose this actually does apply. XD China is a migrant working country, people migrate to cities to work, but their family stays home, used to be that only men would go out, but now women leave too and leave raising kids to other relatives. So most months out of the year they aren't home, instead just working and working. it's understandable why women want a foreigner, they tend to make more money for less work. The further away from the coastal manufacturing cities, the worse off they are. Also, the Dowries in China are strange, the family would approve a wedding, only to then refuse the wedding unless dowry demands are met to new terms. Literally some families hold their daughter hostage against a groom until they get their wants, like 40 Cartons of cigarettes (And no, the 40 cartons is not a joke I made up). Korea, has it easier, it's an industrial base with most farms around the inland, but like China, they have to rely on food imports. Originally the North was the industrial complex of Korea, but after the split in government philosophies and war, the south had to develop it's own industry. It's thanks to the US financial support that it was possible, while the north's infrastructural strength is mostly a hollow shell of what it used to be, it's population unable to feed itself, and the highest supplier of jobs is the military. Oh, try to avoid talking too much about the North and South, it's a touchy subject, just ask and listen, but avoid opinions unless asked. I'm curious about YoungGuyver's experiences in China too, since I lean more towards Chinese culture and history over Korean as a hobby.

try googlingwith the Chinese, Korean, or original Japanese name. The results are more diverse.

It takes a little time, so long as you don't rush, you'll be alright. And yes, following TV only gives you an eye into their culture, but TV is regulated, so you are not going to see the cream of the real Koreans until you make a few friends... or occasional enemy.

Just a note to anyone who does Guyver voices. The Zoanoid voices are all done through a "G Minor" for the voice effect if I recall. Set up a list of what you need as far as Dialogue or voice work, and I'm sure I can scrounge something up, I'm sure others can contribute too.

Korea and games are famous, though they are more famous for their players dying in gaming sessions instead of their MMO's like in recent years. Their strategies players are considered the best and most hardcore, some even selling DVD's highlighting their tactics and capabilities, gameplays, even against other famous players. Tourney video's are easily the most popular. Star Craft, Warcraft, are the biggest names, but you see a few others strategy games mentioned. Of course MMO's are also damn popular, but you don't see that same level of hardcore following, but their level of play is in another level and they are indeed the leaders developing those type of games now, along with free2play games.

It's styles are similar to japan and the US, right? Artists who perform there also tend to perform in china and in Japan. Just like in Japan, the singers regularly have their own shows on radio, tv, animation. One of my favorite Korean shows is 2 Days 1 Night, and that stars a number of Korean Singers and other celebrities, but the singers are more famous since they are regulars, and it's helped to save/revive their careers. Maybe I'm off, maybe it's changed in 4 years, but there was a time when the Korean channel was on regular digital TV, and had become my favorite channel. My favorite TV program aside from 2D1N was the TV program based off of Yi Soon-Shin

You're animation is still looking good, the Power bar looks alright too, though I would suggest changing the color to something slightly brighter. If the bar empties and it's black, you can see how loss of health wont be as obvious, a slightly brighter green might do the trick. As for the control metal gmaeplay, I do have a suggestion. Out of all the characters in the Guyver series aside from the G1 VS G2, only elegan has actually caused real impacts to the control metal (no the movies don't count) His electrical attacks would stun and short out the Control Metal. So my suggestion is that you at least have elegen as an enemy that can stun the guyver for a few frames of animation before you can regain control. Maybe this doesn't work for your game design, but it's something to consider.

For those interested in the theory: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_astronauts I must note that the wikipedia is incomplete, though extremely well put together since it can't list all the possible theories. My own original edits to the page have long been rewritten and vastly improved on it.

Reminds me of that other two times Russia has gotten an insane impact. One was the 1908 Tunguska region event, which sadly we have little record due to the chaos due to Russia's wars, an even older one was in Helsinki between Russia and Finland. There have been other explosions in the past, but due to their nature records don't point them out now as such and we can only speculate.

The effects can be done, best program for that is Any video converter. When I need to rip a certain soundbite, including sound effects, I note down the episode, scene, and time and take that video file into an editor and trip it down, once that clip is trimmed down, i convert it to MP3 format. Now the real trouble is going through all those video scenes to actually find the clip you want, and often more than not, some music or audio chatter gets in the way, I am unfortunately, not any good at cleaning up audio. You cna sometimes get lucky and find a silent scene and just have a silent setting with sfx bits for tension an drama and build up. One of the better episodes on the new Guyver series was that bit when Sho was sneaking out to rescue his dad, jsut enough silence to hear some good clean sfx. There was a guy who was a pro at it on FFshrine, he took all the audio in the Batman tas series, and managed to rip most of the music off the series in every episode, and somehow managed to make some really clean audio despite everything thrown at him. it had something to do with taking sections of the sound files, playing around with the equalizer and increasing/decreasing left or right stereo channels. Since I'm partially deaf, I'm no good at that.

Well to be fair Bubba Fett's face is all scarred now, so he no longer looks like some guy slowly getting a beer belly. As for JJ, I'm indeifferent since he's a much better director than some of the other names out there, and he's a Star Wars fan, so he might actually do this movie more justice than Star trek, which to be honest, the newest star trek felt more like a star wars film than a trek film.

Well not so much the scroll, since it's seal for the chakra. Sorry for confusing you. What I meant is that naruto's always had access to half the Chakra of the Kyubi. After all if both the Yin and Yang were sealed away, than what the heck was naruto using whenever he used the tailed beast chakra... fumes, like that of a car hrunning on fumes. Obviously not. He's always had the Yang since it was sealed in him with the Kyubi. When Naruto unlocked the scroll seal to the other half, the Yin was released, thus we get that yellow chakra enveloped naruto now. Minato sealed it in himself but only to transfer and seal it, he didn't keep any of the chakra like we originally thought from the manga. Does that make more sense? Maybe i'm in the wrong, I've been proven wrong plenty of times before, hoping I'm not. Damn, I wish Naruto wouldn't be so confusing at times. XD
