well to be completely honest, I am not too thrilled about any of this. I mean, not thrilled as in, It doesn't really matter too much to me. after season 3 of doctor who, I just feel that they have evolved this into something that it wasn't originally. I think it's too successful for it's own good in many ways. the finale of season 3 was a bit OTT in many ways and it got a bit full of itself in a lot of ways. I can't help but feel that this next series may come across as full of it's own hype. I think maybe they are trying too hard. I'll watch it, like i have watched all of them so far, but I am not about to get excited by it. especially considering they have got that catherin tate woman. season 1 - classic season 2 - well refined but not quite classic season 3 - more or less pure spectacle

hmm... I was thinking that we have a separate page for Guyver and Guyver the manga.. bbut maybe the basic 'guyver' page should be about the Manga because it is the original version?

you might want to check the history of files to see what specifically has been changed. you can compare different versions to see exactly what changes have been made without having to read the whole page. when editing, it is often helpful to leave a small summary of what you did. it doesn't have to be much. if you changed the plot for example to have a load of extra stuff, you could summarise by saying " plot, added loads of crap" or whatever. just so People looking at the history get an idea of what has been done. not always essential.. sometimes it can be a pain. no-one will execute you for forgetting :wink:

put anything in here to get the attention of editors if you need to make a message be known.

I looked at the Trigun page today and I must say I really lked what I saw now, this could be for a variety of reasons, I think the main reason is that I have not seen Trigun. The reason why I noted this page is because upon reading it, it made me want to watch Trigun or at least interested in it. this is what our pages should be about. telling People what we think of something and giving them a good idea what something is about. I hope that I can manage this with any of the writings I do. I do not know if any of the other pages have this effect, because I have seen those shows so I cannot really judge if the pages would make me want to watch them. anyhow, this page rang true to the very core concept of this website. promoting japanese media and making People more interested in it. I have to say GOOD JOB to zerreissen for that. I also say GOOD JOB to all the People who have helped on this database so far I am sure the other pages have the same impact and it is all shaping up nicely!! lets continue to build this thing, It is gonna be fantastic.

the infobox? there is a discussion thread about that as well. I want to get the information fields ironed out before we start putting it on all the relevant pages. or at least mostly ironed out. if you want to put what we currently have onto the Guyver page, just check the template and copy the code from it changing the relevant bits.

we need to sort out some criteria for this infobox. you can edit the code for it if you are confident, if not, just list the criteria here and I will add them.

I started by making the more general section for 'kamen rider' as we get more links on the front page, we can move these down into a more general section for whatever group it belngs to such as 'anime' or 'games' or even wider categories etc. this can be an organic process. we can just take it one step at a time.

what is the world coming to?

what is g3 and g4? it is kamen rider.. that much is clear... that blue one reminds me of gattack but it is obviously not... is it that old one with the police guy and he is a techie kind of Kamen Rider whereas the others are not techie, and i think there was one who actually transformed like a zoanoid.

It is an interesting way of looking at it... but I think you can look at it two ways and it depends on pessimism or optemism. the way you have presented it is that life is order... however, order being the loss of energy and things settling to a lower energetic state.. I call that dying. whereas life is the energy going into something. so you could look at it in the way that ... life is dying. you start off alive and you die. that seems like a shortened version. maybe i misenterpreted what you were saying, but thats what it seemed to suggest. say, I would take from what you said to say that life is chaos. because you start off with the big bang and you have a big explosion from that. most chemical reactions occur through the expense of energy .. burning... controlled explosions.. controlled chaos.. so I would say that life is controlled chaos.. and dying is order. well life is death anyway. things die do other things can live. it's inevitable. but yeah.. those are my thoughts on what you said. it was interesting!

bbdude, I friggin' LOVE that ending! the Animation just gets me every time, it's so beautiful.. It's a real shame the sound is teribly out of sync for that, it ruins the animators timing. I'd really like to see that version properly. I have the official version. but that has more of that awesome animation!! I can't get enough of it...

no, I really like your opinion! at least... in a story sense. I like the way it says about the bible changing.. because I do believe that the bible would have changed. the parts that you say have changed.. and the original versions.. I don't know how you couod find that out at all... but it feels more honest. beoss, I agree with what you say. I also believe that it is not possible for nature to be accidental. evolution is too clever.
