we came up with a theory on how the control medal works. the center dome of teh CM is an interface with the hosts brain and acts as a storage. the rings act as computational power and transmitter. the outer ring acts as pacifier and controller of the bio-booster organism. we believed that the ring is made out of the same or similar crystal as a zoacrystal and is capable of transmitting and recieving via a subspace network. the damage to riskers control medal showed problems with control of teh organism, but did not show any problems with his own genetic makeup or memories. so this further supports that theory. if the central dome contains data, that would explain why sho no longer gets visions of teh past when equipping the gigantic. the central dome of teh navigaton spheres is gone and is replaced by the guyer CM when he equips the gigantic. only the outer ring remaiins and that must then control the organism that makes up the gigantic armour.

if it uses dimensional shifting as you suggested, I guess that would make sense. that would place gigantic as normal height of Guyver 1. and the increase in height is not due to gigantic stretching the host, it is due to a magnifying glass effect? how does this interact with our environment? I can;t think of any way to proceed with this kind of wild idea! I like it though. maybe you could add more to this youngguyver? give us more of your thoughts and how we could work out how it might occur.

I think that's a really interesting concept. dimensinal shifting? are you suggesting a partial shift? because the weight is incresed. not as much as one might expect, but it is increased. normal gigantic is the same ratio as XD. I dunno, it seems to me that what this is suggesting is that the gigantic armour is simply extremely less dense than normal Guyver and perhaps uses some more exotic means for structural integrity. a means that doesn't need to scale like normal matter as we would expect.

thats a very good possibility and i really like that. considering that Guyver is all about tentacles... and that bonding with hte guyver... and also considering the well known japanese 'entertainment' with tentacles and women... it's actually not surprising that Takaya san would want to avoid having a lot of women in the manga. if there were a lot of girls in it, do you think it would have been quite so well respected? actualy I think it would not have been. one of the things i really like about Guyver is that it has no sexual connotations at all. the story is really pure. there is a tiny bit of female nudity but there is never anything that cheapens it, it is all pure.

certainly, I see where you're coming from. you wrote a lot and i apologise I am incapable of considering so much at once. but in responce to some points. what is happiness? well the way i see it happiness is not = pleasure or happiness is not = satisfaction. these are different things. happiness is a sense of peace and tranquility, a sense that everything is right in the world. I guess happiness is more spiritual whereas pleasure is more physical and satisfaction is more mental. so you can get pleasure but not be happy. you can get satisfaction but not be happy. in order to get a feeling of hapiness, you can't be bound by anything, you can't have any pressure on yourself, it's almost a feeling of utter freedom. total harmony. with pride, you cannot get this, because pride is like a chain that binds you to a specific ideal. even if the pride may cause a positive outcome in some situations, it is still a burden. and thus is not = happiness. it is a barrier to happiness. I must point out that pride is not the only way of describing self value, ego is not the only way of describing self value, you can describe self value with love. if you love yourself, you do not need pride or ego. pride is to place a value on one thing moreso than on other things. it causes imbalance. imbalance is disharmony. I understand when you say you have to work to attain happiness. I do not believe that is what I understood by your previous statements. I believe that at times you do have to take an action to attain happiness from a state of unhappiness. of course you have to take action to attain a state of being in hte next moment, you have to acknowledge your exhistence to move on, or you cease to be. I do not believe that it changes any entitlement. a person is entitled to breathe. a person is entitled to think. to create a state of happiness you can use your power of thought and perspective and this is something you have by right. so anyone is entitled to happiess even if they need to take some action to arrive at that state. it is of course very difficult to talk about emotional states though. emotions are by their very nature abstract things. If we don't reach any form of agreement or harmony throughout this discussion it would be hardly surprising

the energy creates the structural integrity? that's a really interesting concept.. yeah, this is what i thought you were driving at. well remember that Guyver is incredibly dense anyway. normal Guyver is 3 times as dense as a normal human being. anyway, he structure of the Guyver is obviously different from a human being so I don't believe that gigantic can be said to be light for it's size. rather it is lighter than one would expect for it's size. technically it isn't but then we're just mincing words now. since teh Guyver is obviously made from complex protein structures.. more coplex than our own.. it would have to be to be so much more powerful than us.. if the Guyver is so strong, then the structure is obviously stronger and so could withstand that enormous weight in a way our own bodies could not. I guess this does mean that the structure is under more stress though... I guess it would be like staying the same size and increasing gravity? how do you suppose teh XD would cope with hte incresed stresses on the body? how would we go about calculating the kind of stresses involved? it makes me think of the time when the cronos soldiers were pinned to hte ground at mount minakami.. the zoalord 12 were standing up with apparently very little strain on them.

just to clarify things.. from my perspective, vguyver, you are referring to actively passing knowledge on, whereas Zeo is talkig about information being passively passed on. the phrasig od 'passed on' does weight heavily on an active pattern of knowedge transfer. I think for the purposes of this discussion the phrasing sould be changed. 'transfer' would be a better verb.

hmm, if we incresed guyvers size and kept it at the same ratio.... well first i'll work out guyvers ratio based on a dummy cylinder. guyver height 174 cm radius 12 cm volume 78747 cm^3 weight 261 kg weight/height 261/78747 0.003314 that's 3.314g per cubic cm. so... now to figure out with the height difference.. i'll work backwards from teh volume of XD. XD is 2082880800 ratio * volume = weight 0.003314*2082880800 = 6902666 kg. that would make it 6900 tons why do you ask? edit: readjusting measurements to fit human density with the density of water.

actually i think maybe we could meet halfway as my comparisons were indeed grossly exaggerated. let's say it's more like a wolf and a bear. or actually.. how about this :- calling a chimpanzee 'human', would be like calling an Okapi a 'giraffe'. by all means fit it in whatever genus if it fits that genus' criteria.. but let's not call something what it isn't. i don't see how it is linked to spiritual convictions. I don't use spirituality to explain things, i use my own instincts and common sense. that's why i was referencing morphology. yes I do sometimes have a dislike of how some people/scientists like to over complicate things. it is an issue when you classify a genus according to DNA when it is impossible to classify other genus' by DNA. in order to have a classification system, you need to use criteria that all subjects can satisfy.

I changed my method of working out to try and get a more accurate value for the volume of the body. I used an estimated radius of the body and used a cylinder as a dummy object. i used my own midriff as a basis for the radius (20cm) then compared to height to get XD midriff as well. i worked out the rough radius of the dummy cylinder by taking the expected density of teh human body and the height of myself vs my weight and some maths stuff. me height 175 cm radius 12 cm volume 79200 cm^3 weight 80 kg weight/height 80/79200 0.001010 that's approx 1.010g per cubic cm. guyver XD height 5200 cm radius 357 cm volume 2082880800 cm^3 weight 2690000 kg weight/height 2690000/2082880800 0.001291 that's 1.291g per cubic cm. i'd like to work out the others with htis level of accuracy, but i have to go gym at this moment. p.s. i don't know about it being extremely light for its size. as far as weight to height ratio, as i worked it out, I would be 1.5 and XD is around 1.9. just so you know how i worked it out.. I actually used an abstract method so my numbers don't actually refer to any real world thing. the numbers are only useful as a direct comparison between the different forms of guyver. (and a human - me ) I can't use any real world data because i can't figure out the volume of a humanoid shape. so i took the volume of a cube that has the dimensions of the figure's height. so the actual number for each one, would be lower. because teh volume i was using is much higher.. only the compariosn would be ok because i used teh same ratio of cube for each figure. oh, and i shifted a few decimal places as well, because otherwise the numbers would be isane. don't worry i kept it uniform, I shifted teh same number decimal place for each subject. it's messy, but it's workable

actually. it's true. happiness can be found within even in that situation. usually when people have little or nothing to lose, they start to appreciate the simple things more. there is a book by viktor frankl, "man's search for meaning". it is about this persons life in a consentration camp and about how he turned it into a positive experience. people are in bad situations EVERYWHERE. Neither you or I could undestand everyones situation and we cannot fully understand how we might feel in that situation. the thing is though.. how we choose to view our situation is how we decide to feel about it. this is soething i have had a lot of experience with.. learning how to view my situation and how to control my emotions. I've got a long way to go, but i have turned my life around fro viewing my life situation with utter hopelessness to one of optemism and happiness. this also bleeds into what zeo has shared. I am happy at the moment. I don't feel that i don't deserve to be happy, or that i'm not entitled to it. I AM entitled to be happy. because hapiness is MY OWN EMOTIONAL STATE. nobody else has any right to dictate how i feel, because it is my own and nobody else. nobody can touch my emotions. nobody can give them to me and nobody can take them away. think about "the glass is half full" and "the glass is half empty". how i think determines how i feel and only i can choose to think one way or the other. I didn't have to earn my happiness. i chose my own criteria for being happy. people do that a lot. so if you feel that you have to work to be happy, that's your decision. that's your criteria for that emotional state. it's not always easy to create your own criteria, and the experience through our lives can get us into habits that can be so ingrained that we find it difficult to change our criteria for happiness. btw.. i don't know if this is truly what you were trying to say zeo, but pride/ego does not = happiness. pride/ego are blockades to happiness. because pride wil stop you from taking actions that will make you happier. like talking to your brother that you really miss but fell out with him. as human beings in full command of our internal state, we are entitled to ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. it is only ourself that can deny us those things which only we can give to ourself. to go into specifics... the man in guatemala may have seen his brother burned alive. that is only one aspect of his entire life! if you concentrate only on hte very worst things, the everything will seem terrible. but what else do we know about this man? he might have a very fortunate life. he may have people all around him who love him very much (there are many rich people who live in luxury who do not have anybody to love or who love them). his brothers resistance may have been an act that stopped the military from doing something worse like slaughtering teh entire family. his brother would have given such a sacrifice and the people would feel so happy simply to be alive although they would be sad.. that doesn't take away the gift he would have given them. if his last moments were to give them happiness it would be a waste to feel sad and desperate all the time his death would be wasted so they would look upon this scenario as the greatest of gifts and celebrate it. drenn happens to everyone. but if you concetrate on the drenn all the time, your entire exhistance will revolve around it.

a foetus goes through many stages. at early stages of foetal development there's not much to distinguish a human from fish. so it's hardly surprising that gender differences take a while to arise.

ok taking account of 3 dimensions.. i did some maths and my ratio is as follows - guyver gigantic is 1.95 height to weight ratio gigantic XD is 1.91 height to weight ratio. as a side note, I found it interesting to discover that Guyver 1 height weight ratio is 4.95. which suggests gigantic Guyver is incredibly less dense than normal guyver.
