  1. I was told by Steve yesterday that there may very well be a new film in the works.
  2. many thanks to all involved with the translate, much appreciated.
  3. A Guyver fighting game would definitely work, especially in the hands of Netherealm. Tons of characters to choose from.
  4. I seconded that. As I like the idea of Platinum having a tackle at the Guyver Universe, there hasn't been many mass battles to justify it IMO. Netherrealm could easily make a fantastic story mode for the game, and I think a fighting game would be a better match up.
  5. Translation is up. Not many answers. Good trans though.
  6. I always figured Guyver would work in a few ways in a game... - Hack and slash game - Like Dynasty Warriors or like Transformers: Devastation ( also by Platinum Games). I say TF:D simply because there is less overall enemies on screen, which would be a bit more accurate to the way the Guyver fights. 2-3 Zoanoids at a time, rather than 5-10+ like in Dynasty Warriors games. - Turn based Strategy RPG - Like Super Robot Wars, Shining Force and others. While Guyver may not be quite big enough for it's own game, it would be cool to see it including in a game with other like series. But it's a great way to have a lot of different enemies, without worrying about scale and such. Would make using thing like the Draglord and Gigantic Exceed even easier. I think essentially, as long as normal enemy units died fairly easily, since the Guyvers can really tear through normal Zoanoids easily, and a lot of Hypers still don't give them much trouble... I would be mostly ok with it.
  7. I actually prefer the 05 Hyper voices except for Thancrus. I really liked Thancrus's voice in the OVA. But I also liked Genzo's voice in the OVA as well. I liked Risker/Lisker's 05 voice better, but Murakami and Aptom are tied for me with both. But everyone else, I enjoyed in the OVA better. I don't know. Many of the OVA Zoanoid voices sound too weird/whinny/highpitch. But the 05 Zoanoid voices sound more aggressive and monstrous. I always liked Guyot's OVA voice though. Just so sinister and sadistic!
  8. I think that if a Guyver fighting game came out, then I can't think of anyone better than Netherealm. They practically invented gory and violent games like Mortal Kombat and Injustice: Gods Among Us..
  9. I have ordered my volume 32 and it should be here within a week or so. I also ordered all of the volumes of the current Japanese versions so I have a uniformed set. I have some volumes in Chinese, the original 15 Japanese ones and the 7 viz English ones. The collection grows!
  10. http://cinemaquette.com/elite/guyver-dark-hero-bust It's also being advertised on Steve's own Facebook page
  11. a little far fetched, their purpose of using earth is to create bio-weapons for their war efforts. They had no qualms about squashing a failed experiment, ie the dinosaurs and they have plenty of time to let their experiments reach critical mass. they had assumed that the experiment with homosaepians was successful but discovered that free will is dangerous thus decided to cut their losses and squash the experiment again. if they did come back to earth or to this galaxy again and discover that their abandoned experiment has endured they might take a interest in finding out how things has progressed without their supervision and intervention. But helping Archanfel cos one of them felt bad isn't going to be high on their list of things to do. If the ark's launch gave off an energy signature that alerted them to this galaxy, the first response would to be observe and then launch the meteorite attacks again. Nothing in Chronos' arsenal besides the Ark can defend against a wave of meteorites. Two "ultraman" or not. That apocalypse is not cancelable.
  12. Aptom makes reference to "that technique" which is previously used by Archanphel on his first encounter with him and then by Imakarum at a later time. It is then used again by Apollyon on Aptom and he recognises the attack. I don't think it is as simple as being one clear person, bit obvious, especially as we see Archanphel with Segawa's recently.
  13. Aaagh! My OCD is kicking in and I control it anymore.... It's ApollYon!! Let's get his name right please!! I reckon Apollyon is Sho's older brother that he didn't know about.... or something equally as wacky!! Haha!
