April 1, 201610 yr I remember reading about it years ago, if I recall correctly it is from one of the old Japanese Wonder Fests and was released WAY back 20 odd years ago as an exclusive. I have the recast, it's going to require a lot of work to make it look good and most likely a hair transplant from a doll as the "hair" you're given with the model is shite.

Anything from old Wonderfest's tend to go for crazy cash and that is a REALLY old one to make it worse. All I know is after years spent looking at ebay and Yahoo JP I've seen the original of that once and didn't have the money at the time to go after it.
