Personality: Dorian is very much his mother’s son, sharing her complicated and in many ways contradictory personality, although there are more than a few differences between the two. Dorian is less combative (but can still be quiet aggressive if provoked) and intimidating, but more subtle (compared to his mother at any rate where she would tell someone to piss off if she didn’t like them Dorian would instead make snide comments until they got the hint) and can be quiet manipulative if need be. Dorian has his mother’s cold and frightening temper.Like his mother Dorian very rarely shows anyone outside of family and friends the “real” him, using mask-like persona as a means of protecting his more sensitive side.

“The Mask”: Dorian gives the impression of being a very cold, distant, cynical and arrogant business-like person who prefers to keep others at arm’s length making both his distrust and contempt for most people quiet obvious. Dorian is normally very good at maintaining this persona to the point that someone could know him for years and never see a hint of the real him.

The real him: Dorian has very strong emotions and while certainly not fragile he is quiet sensitive. When among those he loves Dorian drops most of his defences showing the kind, warm and loving if rather cynical person that he really is. Even though he may subject them to near constant teasing and snarky comments Dorian has a great deal of respect for his loved ones and will always listen to their opinions and advice. Dorian relies on his friends for support as he sometimes finds his strong emotions difficult to deal with on his own particularly if he is unhappy or stressed.

Even though Dorian lacks some of his mother’s combative nature he is still very difficult to intimidate and after his other experiences has become almost apathetic to his own death.

Dorian’s very noticeable arrogance stems solely from his intelligence and independence, in Dorian’s mind he’s “better” than other people because he’s smarter and more able to look after himself than they are. When he talks to someone he doesn’t like Dorian tends to speak in a condescendingly formal manner.

While he is a good person at heart Dorian has a very nasty side to his personality that results in him having relatively flexible morals, as such he is willing to use quiet underhanded or even borderline evil methods the achieve his goals (anything from simple blackmail to ruining someone’s life via his manipulations), that being said however Dorian is usually able to stop himself from going too far although his family and friends occasionally have to reign him in if he is angry and actually out to hurt someone.

Although none of Dorian’s family were especially religious he is the only one who is an atheist, as he finds the innumerable contradictions that many religions are full of to be laughable, also Dorian’s fierce independence, intellect and simple desire to learn how and why things are the way they are means that he considers the very idea of assigning all creation to a “god” figure to be insulting and something that only weak willed or primitive people who have yet to develop any form of scientific understanding would do. This also means that Dorian doesn’t believe in an “afterlife”, and regards the concept of one as nothing more than peoples fear of their own mortality, to Dorian when someone dies they are gone forever.

Dorian can be very difficult to get on with, mainly because of his low opinion of most other human beings outside of his family and friends, also Dorian’s subtle and indirect nature means that people have to almost constantly “read between the lines” with everything he says or look for small hints, which becomes incredibly annoying at times, however Dorian is quiet aware of his flaws and does at least try to overcome them if only to make his friends lives easier, unfortunately this awareness doesn’t extend to his good points, if asked to describe himself Dorian will only state his least desirable qualities and generally needs other people to point out his better traits.

While Dorian despises Chronos for what they have done to him, he doesn’t hate Zoanoids and treats them the same way that he would a “normal” human. This is mainly due to Dorian believing that people should be allowed to make any changes to themselves that they wish so long as they are beneficial and of their own will. (Dorian is well aware that many Zoanoids were transformed unwillingly and actually feels some pity for them)

Physical Appearance: Dorian is a “pretty boy” whose looks strongly resemble those of his mother. He has slender shoulders and feminine hips, shoulder length hair, large eyes and overall pale and quiet delicate features, he is attractive but not stunningly so. Dorian cannot grow facial hair. He moves with a dancer’s elegance and grace.

Combat ability: Dorian’s mother insisted that all of her children know how to defend themselves and even though he was by far the least combative member of the family Dorian would be no exception, as a former professional boxer who had maintained her skills and strength his mother was the perfect if incredibly brutal teacher (basically her training involved bare-knuckle boxing in a “ring” made of gym mats). Dorian’s natural lack of physical strength and toughness even with regular intense workouts meant that he found the brawling style of his mother almost impossibly to use so began to modify the basics that she had taught him to create a style that favoured speed, stamina agility and precise striking, he punishes his opponent for every gap they leave in their defences.

While Dorian still prefers to avoid a direct confrontation and dislikes fighting, the harsh training of his mother literally beat some fighting spirit into him making him more than willing to fight if he needs to. Dorian is a surprisingly ruthless fighter as his dislike of combat means he generally wants to get it over with as quickly as possible.

During his time with a Chronos resistance group Dorian learned how to use a rifle and found himself to be a remarkably good shot however Dorian would rarely go on missions himself. When he joined the ACTF his shooting talents would be put to far more frequent use typically with a sniper or anti Zoanoid rifle. Dorian is at his best when working with a team.

Early History: (WIP rewrite section)

Dorian was the second child of Kelly and Neil Morden. As his father ran a small R&D business the family was always comfortable financially however Dorian’s parents made sure that their children were never spoiled and that they appreciated the things they had.

Dorian showed the first signs of his intellect and perfect recall at age 5.

By the time he was six Dorian’s personality had begun to very noticeably resemble his mothers, by seven he had begun to develop a “mask persona” and had it perfected by the time he was ten.

Dorian was always a pretty child, at school this resulted in him being bullied to a degree but that stopped quickly when his mother began teaching him to fight.

While Dorian seemed to have a large number of friends this was largely an illusion as most of the group of fifteen or so people that he would occasionally hang around with were little more than acquaintances to him, Dorian only considered five of them to be real friends.

Dorian would spend much of his time with Paul, Lee, Rachel, Holley and Elizabeth. As children the six of them would frequently get into trouble, going places that they shouldn’t, playing pranks on adults, and generally behaving like the kids they were. (EXPAND)

Dorian dislocated his shoulder when he was 7 while wrestling with his sister (rather she was throwing him about). His eidetic memory meant that he had nightmares about having it put back into place for over a week , and was the first time that he realised being able to remember everything may not be as good as he thought.

Katie and Peter were born when Dorian was 8, he and Annette would sometimes help their mother look after them when they were home from school.

Tattoo: Dorian has a black tribal pattern tattoo on his lower back and extending over his hips as a “present” from his older sister on his 17th birthday, she got him drunk at home and took him to a tattoo studio. Dorian never lets anyone see or know he has it.

“Doriette”: While he was drunk Annette also dressed him up in a blue dress with matching one inch heels, make-up and “padding” then took him out to various clubs to see how many guys’ numbers he could get. Dorian’s naturally somewhat feminine appearance meant that he fooled everyone he was introduced to and ended up with at least 8 numbers. When Dorian woke up the next morning and found photos of “Doriette” and his new tattoo he was more than a little angry. Dorian still has the photos but keeps them locked away never to be seen again.

Recent History:

Dorian moved to America with his family when his father began to expand his company, the original plan was for them to stay for only a few weeks at most to get things up and running but Xday hit stranding them in America. The entire family eventually got involved with a small anti-Chronos resistance group and Dorian’s father was able to transfer a decent amount of his company’s finances to another account before Chronos was able to take it over allowing the group to be quiet well equipped for what it was. Dorian mainly acted in a support role either helping to maintain equipment or acting as a tactical planner and operations controller, the latter role also forced Dorian to learn some additional languages as not every member of the group could speak decent English.

The group that Dorian and his family were involved with was at its best little more than a nuisance to Chronos that managed to raid/destroy a few warehouses, their greatest accomplishment was killing a group of would be hyper Zoanoids while they were in transit to a processing facility. When Chronos found out Dorian’s parents were supporting a resistance group they retaliated in typical Chronos fashion, by killing every family member and friend that the Morden’s had left back in England. The ACTF formed shortly after this and what was left of the resistance group decided to join up, with Dorian and his family being placed under ACTF protection.

Unfortunately a few weeks later a Chronos mole managed to acquire the locations of not only the Morden family but also several other people who were being sheltered by the ACTF at the time. A group of Zoanoids were sent to eliminate Dorian’s family and succeeded in killing both of his parents and sister before their ACTF guards could bring them down, only Dorian and his younger twin brother and sister survived (Dorian saw all three die and has intense recurring nightmares because of his eidetic memory). All three were offered counselling however the ACTF also took the opportunity to essentially conscript Dorian for their intelligence division (ACTF had previously asked him and his family to join but they refused) , having heard reports from the members of the resistance group that he was involved with regarding his overall intelligence, tactical planning abilities and organisational skills.

The safety of his brother and sister was used to force Dorian to agree although he made it very obvious that he was far from happy with doing so(His siblings are looked after in a safe house and Dorian is allowed to see them a couple of times a week). Dorian would eventually be assigned to work with some of the ACTFs more volatile members (this was basically punishment for Dorian calling his “superior” officer an incompetent idiot several different ways) , such as a number of the Guyver Mercs joining them on missions in a long range fire support roll or assist with the planning and operational aspects (mission control) depending on what was needed, while Dorian enjoyed being as far away from ACTF HQ as possible it made seeing his brother and sister extremely difficult also his refusal to get close to any of the people that he was working with meant that despite his independent nature he was very lonely causing him to hate the ACTF even more.

Acquiring his unit

Idea 2

As with Idea 1 Agito would find Dorian near death close to the Seven Days relic and be forced to merge him with either the G5, Shadow or Black Unit so as not to lose it to one of the other factions. After the battle Dorian would be back at ACTF HQ where he would find out that his brother and sister are now missing and the ACTF have no idea where they are or who took them(Chronos found out where they were and sent a team to eliminate them, Dorian was assumed to be with them at the time due to an error in the information they had recived). Agito would contact Dorian shortly after and indirectly admit to being responsible for taking them (In truth Katie and Peter are dead Agito simply disposed of their bodies), Dorian would be forced to leave the ACTF (which he has no problem with) and become an unwilling agent for Agito to be called upon when needed. Dorian would spend much of his time trying to find any leads to where his only family are being held resulting in a contest of string pulling between him and Agito.

Dorian would be far from happy at becoming a Guyver and the pain that he still feels from the loss of most of his family and all his friends combined with the stress having to play a manipulation game with Agito with the lives of his brother and sister on the line would push Dorian’s already battered mind to near breaking point.

Notes:

Dorian was born in Newcastle and retains his accent but tends to “hide” it unless he’s among friends and family.

Music: Symphonic Metal i.e. Nightwish, Within Temptation also likes Blackmore’s Night. The contrasting elements are what Dorian like about these groups.

Hobbies: Cooking, Irish dancing Sewing, Electric Violin, Knitting, Shopping, Interior and Exterior design, Vegetable Garden, Puzzles (2D and 3D) and Crosswords.

Usually needs very little sleep usually around 3-4 hours at most and is very easy to wake up.

Has severe arachnophobia.

Is prone to stress related migraines and nose bleeds.

Finds friendships with women easier than men due to his more emotional nature.

He is very proud of his looks.

Dorian has two guilty pleasures the first is Italian food, which he cooks himself, the second is reading erotic romance novels.

He has noticeably above average intelligence and acquired degrees in structural and mechanical engineering.

Dorian has a number of items which have a great deal of emotional (and monetary) value to them that he keeps in a small portable safe. A pair of diamond encrusted platinum hair clips (present for his 16th birthday) a gold and silver choker (gift from Sister) plain white gold ring (present for 17th birthday) small green teddy bear (first toy as a baby) onyx ring (gift from friends) silver charm bracelet (first thing he bought with his salary). Finally Dorian has two photos that are extremely important to him, the first is of his mother happily cradling him while he sleeps when he was 3 (possibly Dorian’s most treasured possession), the second is a group photo of Dorian with his friends that was taken in a park near his home just before he left for America.

When Dorian left for America his friends Paul, Lee, Rachel, Holley and Elizabeth put their money together and bought him a going away present, an onyx ring with gold and silver veins running through it.

Dorian’s has an eidetic memory (Perfect Recall). It’s both a helpful and surprisingly harmful ability as Dorian clearly remembers both good and bad experiences, in the later case the more recent and traumatic the event the harder it is for him to push it to the back of his mind.

Mother was a professional boxer until she was 23 (started at 18). She was a powerful, direct and very aggressive person who was also intimidating to such an extent that people were scared of being alone with her.

While Dorian’s mother loved her family she was known to be an incredibly harsh person to the point that her children were genuinely afraid of her. His Father was in many ways the opposite being an openly kind, loving and pleasant person who would give his children as much support and encouragement as they needed.

Sister took after their father both physically and personality wise although she had their mother’s aggression and love of fighting.

Father and Sister were recreational body builders.

Father ran family business which was a relatively successful R&D company for both civilian and military technologies. Dorian successfully applied to work for the company when he was 16 and worked with a team of 10 other researchers.

Hates wearing formal cloths on the rare occasions that he does Dorian would typically wear a suit similar to his Mothers. Normally dresses in “casual” cloths i.e. jeans and t-shirt.

Dorian is a terrible driver; it took him 5 attempts to pass his test, however he also has a motorcycle licence and passed both the test and CBT first time.

Subject Profile

Name: Vincent Leon Russo

Nationality: USA

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 195lbs

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Black

Ethnicity: Mixed - Caribbean/European

Education: California Institute of Technology - Masters degree in Biotechnology

Affiliation: Chronos - Biotech division

- Born Vincent Leon Russo, the only son of Jerome Russo and Carolyn O'Brien in Sacramento, California was a bright student in high school and his dedication to his studies led to his acceptance at Caltech which he decided to major in Biotechnology due to his fascination with incorporating machine with live tissue. His father's sever injury from losing his legs when he was scuba diving on the reef and got attacked by sharks when they baited the water to attract fish on a trip to Australia. This has fuel his need to find a better solution to replace limbs on people.

Early Life

Russo was a fine student at Caltech yet he was continually plagued by personal problems with his social life as well as himself. His stressful life being a full time student in an extremely challenging field coupled with his difficulty in meeting new friends and even women were starting to take their toll on him by his 4th year at college. On top of that his overbearing parents who tried everything they could to control his life and what he did was an ever present issue.

One evening while he was working late on a project at the school library he happened to see one of the professors, a young woman few years older than he, who had just transferred there from Arizona to teach Microbiology only a few months ago. Because he frequented the labs at the university she was always there when not doing a lecture or out on personal matters. But this was the first time she was alone somewhere and he took that opportunity to break free of the confines of his self imposed solitude life to talk to her. Over the course of a few weeks they hit it off quite well and went on dates, walks on the beach, he taught her to surf. Those were the happiest moments of his life. During that time he learned she was the daughter of a high ranking official the worked at the Chronos Corporation LA branch whom she introduced him to.

Well liked by her father, Vincent was promised a job right out of university along with some of his graduate colleagues to work in their field of education and they even promised him a grant on his own personal project once he had contributed to one of theirs to their satisfaction.

Once out of University, he and his girlfriend moved in together in one of the worker condos that Chronos had built for its members to feel comfortable while being close to their work.

Eye of Chronos

Chronos needed a new network of spy type zoanoids to help them keep control of their territories and also to infiltrate any group that was actively against Chronos control. Vincent was 1 of 4 teams assigned to the task. Initially they were successful in producing a zoanoid loosely built on a chameleon design that boasted environmental camouflage powers for stealth as well as speed and agility for a quick get away. They also came up with a high flying type zoanoid that had the incredible binocular vision like birds of prey. That was what gave him a new idea to pursue and persuaded his team to follow him in a new direction and instead of focusing on a zoanoid, they came up with the idea of a bio-mechanical satellite that can be accessed by the zoalords to spy on earth or into deep space, and would serve as an observatory station of the world accessible only by Chronos. They nicknamed the project The God's Eye of Chronos, which then shortened to The Eye of Chronos. Initial attempts were complete failures but they finally succeeded after a plethora of trial and errors and experimentation.

During his time working with his team on the project his colleagues exhibited concern over his almost obsessive like mentality with achieving his goals, so much so that he became known for working himself to complete exhaustion, working sometimes days at a time without sleep to attain what he set out to do. It was not unheard of to hear him muttering to himself as he went through the lab working on the the "Eye" project. Needless to say Vincent's life had become much more complex. The stress from working hard to please the zoalords, especially fearing them, time away from home estranged him from his girlfriend who he now suspected was seeing someone behind his back and his still overbearing parents all weighed heavily on his mind and his dark depressive moods started to take on a life of its own.

For successfully producing the Eye of Chronos satellite, Vincent was awarded his choice of his own zoanoid form except for the Zoalord process. He picked the Overlord form due to its base human form while allowing him a degree of power that could protect him and offer higher survivability than other low level zoanoids. Thrilled by this new promotion, he rushed home to tell his girlfriend the news and walked in on her with her secret man both coming out of the hot top stark naked and he came through the door.

The 'official' statement to law enforcers was that the girlfriend was enjoying the hot tub when the pizza guy showed up to deliver an order - which the couple used to do in University. She greeted him at the door and when he saw her in just the bathrobe he took the opportunity to try and get some of the goodies. She fought him and during the struggle he strangled her to death in the hot tub, her boyfriend came home early from work and when he saw the scene attacked the assailant and in turn beat and drowned him to death. What really happened, Vincent Russo doesn't know because when he came through that door and saw his girlfriend giggling and holding onto another man his mind descended into darkness and when he woke he was back in his lab at the Chronos facility as is nothing had happened and it was all a dream. The only thing he remembered was that he was promoted to overlord status and his parents were invited to see him before he left for training and processing.

Power Struggle

A month later he entered the training phase of the overlords at a secondary processing facility only completing half the training before the facility was attacked. His parents was visiting him at the facility that day in order to say their goodbyes as he would be away for over 2 months to complete his training and final conversion to an Overlord. They were being taken around on a tour while that gave him the time to gather his things and meet them in the Ark shuttle bay area before his departure.

It was then the Facility attacked from Zeus Thunderbolt and a strike team of other warrior guyvers. Vincent's family was subsequently killed when Zeus and company smashed through the building causing debris to rain down and crushed them right before his eyes.

His colleagues dragged him into the Ark shuttle to make their escape as he was reduced to near hysterics over their demise. All of the shuttles were fired upon by guyvers and armored soldiers outside the base and most got obliterated before the Ark could successfully lock on to the remaining bio energy signatures and teleport them to safety.

Held for a time in a bio tube in the Ark to help speed his recovery, subject received some brain damage from blast but suffers from amnesia as he cannot remember much detail of his life before Chronos. He remembers he lost something dear to him when his accident happened and he remembers a dark giant figure sending him into the dark of unconscious oblivion.

To deal with the trauma of his misfortune Russo has developed a split personality to cope with the loss, emotions and conflict in his damaged mind. His darker side seems to assert itself when the original is extremely stressed and mentally fatigued, unconscious or when returning memories cause great anger and pain.

Powers and abilities

Prior to Warrior Guyver status.

Subject has the physique of a average human that surfs on weekends with moderate gym time, before he started training for the overlord position.

Incomplete Chronos Training: Vincent is a moderate hand to hand combatant who has yet to reach his full potential due to the interruption in his training. From what he has done so far it granted him a slightly increased build, and basic knowledge in hand to hand fighting.

* - just my own ideas

Warrior Guyver Status

*Through unknown means (meaning Sully knows best) he was bonded to the Stellar Unit that was being kept in the Ark at the time.

* chronos has seen fit to intensify his combat training as well as training him in the use of his guyver powers all with the utmost secrecy. Since the appearance of Dreadnought, subject has only seen active duty when Jason doesn't have the armor active.

* Subject forbidden to interact with events on earth or reveal his presence to anyone. Only ones aware of his existence are Kron, Alkanphel and Barcus.

* He hates guyvers, warrior guyvers especially because Chronos informed him it was them that brought death to those he loved most. His dark personality also intensifies these emotions.

* His personality only seems to take true form when he is armored. In this state he is merciless, and revels in destruction of enemies and most things around him.

* He despises the fact that he is a warrior guyver yet he will not hesitate to use that very power to bring what he feel is justice to those that ruined his life.

Sully, my friend, you are going to have a tough decision on your hands on which lucky fellow gets the Stellar Unit for sure. Just my opinion, but I think you should definitely keep these characters in mind for later use. My compliments to the gang for their awesome development of their characters. ;)

Man, wish I could jump in on this, but for the love of me, I can't think of anything. The only thing I could ever think of was him/her being an outside player that wasn't affiliated with either group, or was a friend of Jason's that he gave a unit too, and works in the shadows for Jason's benefit: like say no one but Jason knows he exists.

Yup it is not going to be easy, there has being some very good work put into their characters. I'd like to thank them all for that. Has you said there is only 1 Stellar WG though so the choice won't be easy. IF though the still want their character in the fan-fiction that is there choice and yes the story can fit them in if they would like. Though they aren't all going to be the WG doesn't mean they'd not have an interesting story none the less. But again that is up to the writer, not me.

Yuri Boyka, from Vengeance...

This character is great, I can take the short story Vengeance wrote as is and put it in the character section right away (If the site was updated properly so that Character stories were not all from me). Simply put he's what I'd imagine a human zoa-form killing machince to be in ACTF, a good killer who uses his combat skills efectively to take out does in the way of the mission. You can tell from reading it why Carter would want this man using the Unit, it simply would make him an even better killer.

BUT, is he the best person for a basically a firepower Unit? I'd say he'd addapt to it pretty dam well but at times Yuri gets up close an personal.

Being honest here I'll not be making him the Steller Warrior Guyver. But he'll be using the Prototype 5 Unit (that is the same as Jason's old Unit) if Vengance is up for that?

Dorian Morden, from Destroyer Guyver...

This character I also like alot. Destroyer Guyver has put in a lot of work. But sorry again I don't see him being the Stellar Warrior Guyver. What I do see him though as is the holder of the Black Unit and in a twist chosen by Agito to be that said host. While I know you wanted him to have more of a relationship with Jenny or Zeugma I don't see this happening for two reasons:

Jenny -> She didn't say in the ACTF HQ much. When ever she wanted down time and at night before 7 Days she would stay in the house Jason is in now (their parents).

Zeugma -> She was surrounded a most times since her revival by various different high level people. Simply put he'd not get the chance to really know her before she decided to join Jason. The time between her awakening and Jason's return is only a matter of weeks. She would have spent more time training with the Guyvers so that they are better capable of facing Alknaphel one day.

Personally I see him working well in the story but more so as someone being manipulated by and also trying to manimpulate Agito.

Gabriel Kelso, from Azaar...

This character will be the Stellar Warrior Guyver. I enjoyed reading his back history and how he knows Cori and Sean and ACTF in it's early days. The character needs a little more edge to him for Carter to decide on him getting the Unit. So I'd give him more feild experince and have him working for a special opps team linked with Dr Drake.

The overall reason this character wins is because of a simple event. There is a ruined Grakken fleet in Orbit around Earth. He's one of the few people that has both combat experince and through working for Dr Drake experince in developing and working on weapon systems. As such he's got more of a chance being out there alone in Outerspace being actually able to find something useful.

Vincent Leon Russo, from Juggernought...

Alas no Guyver Unit for Vincent. But I did enjoy reading about this character and would like to further his story. How do you feel about him being an more early character in the fan-fiction and him becoming the 12th Disciple Zoalord?

Thanks guys for putting in the effort. I really enjoyed seeing you guys being something creative to the story. This compition is over.

Grats Azaar :D. Really looking forward to reading about your character. :D:D

*Edit*

Sully I noticed that your stll planning on using my character which I'm more than cool with(playing manipulation games with Agito  ), but would it be possible for him to use a very slightly altered G5 type unit rather than a Black unit, I know Agito wouldn't want to make someone that he's trying to use any near as powerful as himself but Dorian could trigger the unit accidently or Agito could be forced to activate the unit on him because he could lose it if he didn't.

I was about to say "Sorry but we're limited to the Units of 7 Days and this Relic's Single Unit and there are no means for them to modify the Unit..." but then I realised there is also the Stealth Unit WG Unit....

Ummm...

The game is back on I'd say. So the question is between Dorian / Yuri and Zeus Thunderbolts character between who gets the P5 like Jasons Unit or gets the WG Shadow Unit and also there is still the Black Unit.

Note to anyone thinking "OMG the Black Unit is the booby prize!". The Black Unit will probably have the most story as everyone and their Uncle will want it after story 10 once they realise it's the only Unit free of the Gen Limiatation device that is more powerful than a standard Unit. Making it VERY sought after.

Another WG unit...

Maybe you could ignore the references to "stellar guyver" in the pm I sent and replace it with Stealth WG unit?

Should I post what I pm'd you, Sully?

***** Edit

I tried to come up with someone who would most likely have a Guyver unit given the ACTF's situation and take into account some of the more political motivations behind assigning G-units. It has been established that there was some political motivation behind Jason O'Conner and General Carter. I think that there could be some similar pressure upon Carter by various elements of the US Government and the ACTF on who gets what unit.

An outline for the Stellar Guyver.

Who is he?

No name as of yet. Something as far away from Mary Sue as possible. Maybe something generic and bland. Not John Doe, but something of equal resonance. The host for the time being will be referenced as "John Doe".

John Doe, the host of the Stellar Guyver was formerly a member of the FBI's coveted Hostage Rescue Team and drafted into the CIA's Special Activities Division as a training consultant just before X Day. He was trained in law at an Ivy League university and masters in counter-insurgency.

He is old, comparied to the rest of the ACTF Guyvers. About 35 years plus (give or take). Physically, that is a bit academic since from my understanding, the Warrior units make small improvements upon the host to increase the bio-boost process. Correct me if I am wrong. If this is the case, then over a short period of time since bonding with the Stellar unit, John Doe would have "de-aged" to that of his physical prime of 25 years or so like the other Warrior Guyvers. This change should be noticable and could be explored whenever he has the slim chance of visiting his remaining family. Infact, his family could be in Chronos held US states and his family could believe that he is a zoanoid becasue of the relatively youthful appearence he now forms.

A family with a history of serving the states, either as civil servant in law enforcement, or in one of the military’s' four branches. John Doe followed in the footsteps of his forebears as a matter of duty and to live up to his family name. His life is built up the foundation of duty, honour and responsibility. These tenants have caused conflict through his adherence to them. He has more allegiance towards his comrades, subordinates, family and his views on right and wrong than to his country. His allegiance to his country is still quite strong regardless of this. It has happened more than once in his life that he had to sacrifice duty, honour, responsibility and family for the 'greater good', this is something that has yet to be reconciled in his psyche and can cause indecision in some situations.

During his time in the FBI, he met and married his wife, who was a part of the US Foreign Service. The two where separated during X Day due to the Wife being assigned to Paris. His Wife died when members of 'the Creators' psychically killed all zoanoids that inhabited western Europe. The child he had with his wife is currently staying with his brother's family. Due to the war with Chronos, John Doe has had little time with his child and he is embittered at Chronos for turning his wife into a Zoanoid and at the Creators for killing his wife. He is more angry at the creators than chronos. He has some sympathies for Chronos' reasons for turning people into Zoanoids, but since Chronos has thus far worked against the US in organising against the Creators, Doe will be staying with the ACTF for the foreseeable future.

Ask him of his opinion regarding the ACTF and Zeus' Thunderbolt joint research into creating ACTF Zoaforms, you will find out that he is conflicted on the matter, feeling that creating ACTF Zoaforms to fight Chronos is a false economy since Chronos main opponent will always be the Creators. If only Chronos and the US could reconcile against the more dangerous threat of the Creators and the Grakken. The crimes that Chronos has perpetrated against mankind in its efforts against the Creators are mostly unforgivable, given that the greater threat are the Creators, the "host" will sometimes 'swallow' the bitter bill of helping Chronos if that help will somehow better defend the world against possible annihilation from the Creators.

Education:

College: Ivy League, Bachelors degree in Law

University: Ivy League, Masters in Counter Insurgency/Terrorism

Employment:

FBI Special Agent 4 years based mainly on the north eastern seaboard of the US. Then he joined the HRT in which he served for 6 years. Took a teaching role within the HRT and then seconded to CIA's SAD for 1 year. After 1 year, X Day, during the outbreak of hostilities with Chronos, John Doe was at "the farm", the CIA's chief training centre during X Day. When the more senior military members turned into Zoanoids, Doe and other members of "the Farm" rebelled and took over the base and held it until relieved by the ACTF and Guyver-US.

During the Chronos campaign in the US, Doe subsequently joined the ACTF training team after learning of the fate of his wife and began to teach counter-insurgency to the armoured special forces troops.

How did he become the host of the Stellar Guyver?

At a loss since the defection of Jason O'Conner, the FBI and CIA, desperate for a greater standing in the ACTF petitioned the president to allow them to choose the next Guyver unit that the ACTF controlled. This wish was granted and luckily they got their hands on a Warrior Guyver prototype. In a failed attempt to steal the Stellar unit by Shadow Guyver and a task force of the Chronos Assasinoids, most of the CIA/FBI candidates where assassinated, this was a coup for Chronos's determination and patience. In order to keep the unit out of the hands of the Shadow Guyver, the "Host" bonded with the unit as a last ditch attempt to keep the unit out of Chronos hands.

Without a Warrior class unit remover and Jason O'Conner in no great hurry to remove the Stellar Guyver from John Doe, the FBI/CIA are currently stuck with the current host. Although Doe is not initially the most ideal of Guyver user's, his determination and ability to adapt has greatly increased since becoming Stellar. The CIA/FBI know of his feelings regarding his wife, Chronos and the Creators, as well as his sense of duty and honour, using the knowledge to their own advantage depending on the situation and feelings that John Doe exhibits at any given time. Infact, his friendship and rivalry with the other ACTF aligned Guyvers is one of the main reasons he fights for the ACTF cause.

Sully wrote: This character will be the Stellar Warrior Guyver.

Wow... thanks, Sully. :) I certainly don't mind Gabe having more of an edge -- especially after what ultimately happens to Marcus Edwards, since Marcus is as much a father figure as Gabe's ever had. And the rest of you guys, good job. I enjoyed reading the other entries as well. This ought to be very interesting to see how everything unfolds.

Edited to add: I am curious, however -- will we have the opportunity to write about our respective characters, or do you intend to be the one writing, Sully?

Yes, though I wouldn't go too crazy just yet. Remember the re-write will be changing Union a lot to give it more story (though what happened in the past will still happen, though the Grakken event is a lot differnt though and I don't want to spoil it).

Your character though will be in Union, not so much so in Time War and Revenge but will be in Resuce.

Note: I've a simple rule for this:

1. The story needs to be cannonly correct. In otherwords it doesn't mess up time lines, events or story of what I have wrote other others in the fan-fictions have wrote.

2. It's good reading and not... what did TheGuyversWill call it once s "Fan Masterbation" story. Basically meaning you don't decide to have Dreadnought, Zeus and so on all standing beside your character and bowing at the awesumness of your character for defeating Alkanphel etc... Basically it needs to be a story worth reading. The simple judge of this would be the readers on the messageboard and of course me.

Much like Vengence best thing to do is simply post it and I just copy and paste it up into the offical site. Note timeline wise if you write about your character now he's no Guver yet and you don't really have a clue how it happened exactly or what I plan for the Unit.... So give yourself time.

That's cool. I'd actually been considering writing up an idea of what happened between Guyver: Dark Hero until finally getting to meet Cori again after she's rescued and brought back to the ACTF, and perhaps putting in the background so that everyone could understand Gabe as an individual -- I think that would be far more important, since it would later help show what he might be like with the Stellar Unit. If I did mention anyone outside of that (Jason would be the only likely one there, in that respect, if I did it), it would be more a passing thing, unless Jason's got an interest in DNA computing/DNA nanotechnology (which is something I'd have Gabe working more with Cori on, since the idea or organically-grown technology is initially credited to her -- Gabe just took what she theorized and took it to another level to better explain what the Uranus and the Gen accomplished, based on what little time he'd likely be given to study how a Guyver functions when active).

His work would try to be as non-invasive as possible, in that light -- how Dr. Drake and the higher-ups in the ACTF use that knowledge, though, would make for an interesting dynamic if it came to pass.

I appreciate the praise from someone whose stories I enjoy reading so much. As for the last part about him using the Prototype 5 unit that is perfectly fine with me. Of course now that there has been mention of a Stealth Warrior Guyver Unit I might argue that he'd be perfect for that unit, especially since with a unit like that his role in the ACTF wouldn't even change that much and it would blend with his personality and style. Just a thought but in all honestly I'd be happy either way you decided to go.

I would have joined in but looks like I am too late. Normally i check on this site through my iPhone. Trying to type on a iPhone is annoying. So I was going to wait until I could get on the website through my computer. Seems like it is finished. Oh well.

First off, of course, congrats to Azaar and Gabriel Kelso. It will be a very interesting read to come once he is introduced to the entire line-up. :D

Next, Yuri as the next Stealth-type Warrior G? I like that thought. up close and personal before you'd even know it.

The "John Doe" FBI guy as a Warrior G type too? Also, that would be very cool.

Vincent as a Zoalord? Very nice; have fun with that one. Juggernought will, I know it.

Sorry you lost out a bit, Destroyer, but looks like you will be around for other things. Great job.

All in all, this shaped things up nicely. Will be great reading in my book, and can't wait for official pics and bios on them all. Well done all around, and many kudos to all!

Oh yea I definitely will enjoy seeing the man kicking some guyver butt as a zoalord. Not enough emphasis placed on zoalord power anyway, so i'm happy he at least gets that debut. But, if the man has to die at least let him go out with a bang so that no one forgets his name. Wouldn't want him to get sniped behind the head from a random head beam or anything. :D

Vincent will be interesting lets put it that way. He'll be the last Disciple Zoalord made and will have a lot of build up to the event. To what exactly I'll not say just yet but the ideas I have for him are good enough working ideas based off what Juggernought has already posted. the character will be shown before he's even zoa-fromed so his growth will happen from there. He's also going to be mixed into the Netasha story line.

As for the rest I'm going to be doing a review at some point in the next fornight (basically when Time War Part 4 is finished) and will review go gets what Unit and how it works best for the story. The only certainty now is that Azaar's character gets the Stellar Unit. But there are still other dormant Units I haven't assigned a host to yet and will work that out then.

Just so everyone knows -- I'm still working up my short story for Gabe Kelso to help introduce him. I'm hoping to have it done soon, and likely will post a preview at some point this coming week (if I can) in the Writer's Forum.

Hey guys. Been a while since I've been around -- had computer issues that, unfortunately, really screwed with a lot of my stuff (and worse, means that unless I can get something to convert my internal HD from my last computer to an external HD, I've lost everything I had on that drive). This means that I also lost my work on my story for Gabe. However, I'm gonna be restarting that again, and hopefully have something in the near future for your perusal.

Sorry to hear about that, hard drive crashes are painful...

As this is taking awhile to get ready, update for you guys. Something interesting will be in Time War 5.
