Juggernought Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Sweetness.... Lil side note....in the DF his human height is in kilograms and pounds Quote
W'Kar Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 AH HA HA! Oops. Fix in a minute. EDIT: Fixed Quote
Juggernought Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Got yo back.. ..By the way, since the kregan did give phillip this unit could we safely assume they decided to take it back for some reason..or is there another unknown variable to this whole twisted equation. Quote
McAvoy Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 It seems to me that no one wants Anubis from having a Reproduction I think. Though I wonder, are we ever going to see a story between the new one (because I can't spell the story) and Diametric? Or Conspiracy and Diametric? That would be a good story I think. Quote
W'Kar Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 Yeah, you will. When though, I can't say yet. But they'll be character stories. Quote
Kaiser Dragoon Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 W'Kar, is it supposed to say Temporal W'Kar has gone rogue from the ACTF??? Quote
W'Kar Posted June 7, 2007 Author Posted June 7, 2007 As you guys can plainly see, me working in two different universes has some serious continuity errors. Fixed Quote
Kaiser Dragoon Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I wouldn't think so. I think he meant AAR. I should hope so, I just didn't want to come off as smart alec Quote
Armageddon Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Something I found while reading over Temporal W'Kar's DF: Sean Andrews' body was then blessed by Yaksha, becoming part of our Lycanlord soldiers. Isn't Sean Andrews the guy who was made into Baphomet? Wasn't Philip the name of the Temporal W'Kar's host? Other than that little bit, you have done outstanding work on everything I've seen. Hope that roll continues. Quote
W'Kar Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 AH! And to think, this is why I spend nearly a week going over any story I write about 15 times, just to make sure something this silly doesn't end up in the story. Sad part is, right above that it clearly says Philip is the host. Ah well. Will fix tomorrow when I have the patience for it. Quote
McAvoy Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Ahem... ahem.... Oh you're looking at me? Sorry. I had something caught in my throught. Quote
W'Kar Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 Yeah, many of you should thank McAvoy. He had saved many of my datafiles from the old site and due to the hurricane floating my computer out somewhere in the Atlantic, saved my datafiles respective butt. He also did some massive updating and rewrites for many of them. Any editing done by me is really just to update it to the new datafile format and add little bits here and there. So technically, you should say 'WE' have been doing a great job. Also, I added McAcoy to the credits section some time ago for all his help. Everyone, send a smiley to McAvoy! Quote
McAvoy Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Well, actually I wasn't trying to get credit. I was actually trying to be the person who is "Be quiet down there! Trying to watch a movie. Stop nitpicking!" Quote
W'Kar Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 Well.... alright. But you still deserve a smiley! Quote
McAvoy Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Thanks. Like I said before, I do it as a hobby to pass the time. That reminds me... Though, if any one likes, they can call me Greg. That's my first name. I use McAvoy in military. I'm trying break out of the whole mind washing... Quote
W'Kar Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 Funny, you always seemed like a 'Ted' to me. But yeah, I'll be a little more vigilant for checking the files for now on. Quote
McAvoy Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 That's what they always say... I think. Here's a related question. Are you going to edit some of the older stories? I am just asking because I think (personally) if you changed all of your stories to a more standard black and red, it would fit nicely with your site. Quote

You've done more in these past months to wow us than you've probably ever done. What changed? Do you have more time now? A new, more flexible job? When your home Flooded in Katrina. Did you computer go bye bye too? Did you lose everything you had? Did you have to restart everything from scratch or did you have backups of anything? Yay, Greg! You've done a hell of a job archiving the old DFs and updating them to the new ones. You both indeed, have done a grand job! Quote
W'Kar Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 My old house was on a beachside road. Florida's coast is little more than a giant sandbar with some coral. The hurricane swept the sand from underneath road which caused not only the road to collapse into the ocean, but many of the houses along the bank about 100 feet from the road (safety limit is 50ft ) Basically I got home to find it floating away. Yeah, so the backups I did have went sailing away. Quote
McAvoy Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 BTW, for some reason I can't get the Temporal W'Kar datafile to come back up. It gives the infamous 404 Not Found. Damn that 404. It should be right there as evil as 666. Quote
Dorian Michaels Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 Funny, it never took me to the file, just to the 404 page that McAvoy mentioned. I read all the other new ones --by the by an extraordinarily excellent job on those, especially the recent ones, I am deeply impressed-- but that is the only one that gave trouble. A rat too, because after reading about the Necro W'Kar, I am hellbent on discovering more. At the risk of going off on a tangent, the one I really want to know about though is Deus-- didn't the first part of Success D'estimae, or however you spell it say that Deus was once Guyver I at one point? That's reason enough for me to look, and besides-- with a name that means 'God' in Latin, that has got to mean something. Perhaps finally a match for the invulnerable, immortal, nigh invincible juggernaut of Anubis? If there is someone who is going to read this who would know, and no rush if it is not --I am new here, I don't want to start by @#$%ing off some of the moderators--, is there a datafile on him, in any stage of development?
