I hate to say it like this, but I hope they don't ruin this series like they did the last!!

What does everyone think of the music in the show so far? I feel that it's a tad weak compared to Les Claypool III's stuff in the origional. Just not enough.

I really like the new 'emotional strings' themes, like Agonizing or Conversation with the Father. Who's got the OST?

But the old tunes were more somber and eerie. That I loved. And the main theme was a classic. Damn, I couldn't get my hands on the OST.

BTW, does anyone know where can I get a FULL Version of Waiting For (the new main op theme)? Thanks!

The one thing I do miss about the old episodes, is how you had no idea who had the 3rd unit, until he revealed himself to Tetsuro and Mizuki. In the new series, you know in the first or second episode who has it. I think it kinda took away from the suspense. Yeah everyone had their suspicions, but no one knew for sure until the.....6th episode if I remember right.

Well, um... you should already know who it is. But I agree. I remember after seeing both live action movies (I was young enough not to see horrible acting or the directing to see past that) I bought episodes 1-6. I didn't know who Guyver 3 was either. I didn't even suspect Agito.

Same here with Agito. After a while, I started to suspect him in the old episodes, but even then, he was still at the bottom of my lists..

Did anyone notice in the last volume, when Alkanphel showed up and came across Aptom, he said " you must be one of those lost numbers I've heard about by Balcus....He will have to be dealt with if he can't learn to clean up his mess." Or something like that. They may not be as close as most have thought.

You know what really would've been a nice change to the norm, is if on the new anime Guyver 2 could've been a female. To see a skillful female Guyver in action would've been nice.

Female guyver was in the Japanese release i think it is called OVA.. she also kicked the bucket the same way Risker went..

Yeah I remember seeing her. I just thought it would be nice to see a armored female with the new drawn releases. Plus she would've lasted alot longer this time. Though the merging of her with her unit in the OVA version was more like a porn scene .

But just to see one in action would've been nice.

Plus, the preview they showed @ the end of Volume 6, showing off Neo-Zektole, Aptom, and finally, of course, Gigantic Guyver in all his power and glory . . . ah, it's good to be a Guyver fanatic!

well yeah, but it's just the Guyver itself. Open up the chest plates, the cells glow nice and bright, inflate just a little bit for full intensity , and then, zap! Plus, the chest plates open downward in the preview (nice touch!)

Guess we all know what you was thinking off when you was watching it....personally my mind didn't even go in that direction.

I can't help it that is what happens to be on my mind most of the time. That and I'm not sure were I saw it someone with a sig that showed Guyver 1 charging his megasmashers and making a comment on how they look like boobs.

Now my good man largo, just remember this fact about female Guyvers: their chest plates (or boobs as you see fit to call them ) are much more conical in shape, as well as being much more raised away from the upper torso. The fellas are much broader in form, and w/o any truly raised portions, save for the additional gravity orbs on the sides. Trust me, my good man, it doesn't exactly scream out BOOBS! to me. Just reminds me that if any body ticks off good ol' Sho as the Gigantic, they just might be on the receiving end of the Giga-Smashers (can anyone say, hasta la pasta, baby!?)

Uhh it's not like I'm attracted to Sho or anything I'm just saying that when you see him charge his megasmashers in the last ep. Come on think about it?

Anyway, largo, I finally got my copy of Volume 7, and I have to say, it was well worth the waiting. I've also noticed something interesting: whenever Chronos optimizes people into the Hyper Zoanoid level, they tend to get a little over-zealous in their power. Neo-ZX-Tole was really showing off his new abilities against Aptom, and was reveling in not only being able to take Aptom on in single combat, but also being able to damage Guyver 3 as he went for his revenge against them. Then, of course, when Mizuki called out for Sho and he came out as Gigantic Guyver, he started acting like a spoiled child as Sho showed him just what power really means. Thought he was the s*** when he used his Blast Tempest attack to try and destroy them all, including the town, only to have Sho show him up with the Giga-Smashers. Remember, bad guys: you mess w/ the family, you will get the horns of the bull in your a**.

Power always goes to a person's head when they have too much of it and it places them on a whole new playing field above everyone else. You can shove your weight around and not many people can do anything about it.

I believe there will be more...its just a matter of time and acquiring the license.
