I been thinking of using Tripod.com to start a web site for my fanfic fics, drawling, datafiles, ect. But, I don't know If I have to have a computer to do it. I ask because I don't have a computer so I use the liberay there for I don't have any way of my own to hold information or anything except on paper and in my head.

Probly not the most exciting news but its kinda cool. IBM's RoadRunner super computer has broken the petaflop barrier. The sound barrier. The four-minute mile. The moon. So many milestones that once seemed insurmountable are now written in the record books of human and technological achievement. Now IBM has added another to that list: the petaflop. A milestone in perspective IBM’s latest Roadrunner system, designed for the U.S. Department of Energy and its Los Alamos Lab, is the first supercomputer to achieve performance at the petaflop level. The accomplishment was announced today by the U.S. Department of Energy in conjunction with the U.S. National Nuclear Security…

I own a HP dv9535 laptop. It has two 2.5" 120 gigabyte hard drives (combined 240 gb). The Primary has everything you need to run the computer and the Secondary is just there for space. I have been thinking of replacing the Secondary with a larger 320 gigabyte hard drive (combined 440 gb). I have already removed my secondary to see if I can remove it without affecting the computer. I started it and nothing went wrong. Now the big question are there differences between one manufacturer to another? Like would my HP be capable of taking a Samsung? Now, my idea to have the computer recognize it is to do a system recovery and save everything I want to keep on my external hard…

What did everyone think of it? I thought it was for lack of a better word... Incredible! This movie is everything that the Ang Lee couldn't be! Very entertaining, full of action, faithful to the comics, and more interesting. I loved the Lou Ferrigno cameo and the purple pants scene.

Looks like it might be a decent add on...though I think Hugh Jackman was the wrong guy for wolverine from the beginning...too tall too skinny. Acting though he did decent. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mp35wTYpvQ&NR=1

This is a thread dedicated to share jokes. So when People need a laugh, they can always look at this thread. Anyway, let me begin by putting these here: An accountant gets home late one night and his wife says "Where in the hell have you been?" He replies, "I was out getting a tattoo". "A tattoo?" she frowned. "What kind of tattoo did you get?" "I got a hundred dollar bill on my privates", he said proudly. "What the hell were you thinking?" she said, shaking her head in disdain."Why on earth would an accountant get a hundred dollar bill tattooed on his privates?" "Well, one, I like to watch my money grow, two, once in awhile I like to play with my money, three, I…

Once again, I will be attending Otakon. But this year, I'll leave plenty of advance warning for those of you who may also be attending. Exact details of where my Artist Alley table will be is still uncertain as registration for them has yet to open. I will update this as I get more info! Post here if you plan on attending, cause last year I never met a single Guyver fan. I hope this year is different.

For myself, I'm a fan of Tom Clancy's style; lots of juicy details I can sink my teeth into. I like K.A. Applegate's Animorphs series, it's strangely like Guyver in its way. In fact, I don't think I would have gotten so deep into Guyver if I hadn't started out with Animorphs.

W'kar you are absolutly right about Bratz tv/doll series. Because my best friend Will's painful experience with reletives. We are posting this as we speak, because Bratz try to hide their true nature we have come up with a doll series that more accuratly represents bratz true character. We call this series SALLY STREET WALKER! Sally and her fellow sisters of the night, under the guidence of their Pimp Super Perv. They are well known for drug and alcohol abuse, and Super Pervs voyuristic tendencies. P.S. we are looking for collaborators to make this into a youtube project.

[Admin Note: Topic split off from What if... Part 4] Not so much with money. Without getting too deep into politics, people who has affected the world with their greed for more money and used that money to change how they got that money, are still remembered for what they did. ..Actually I will get into some politics. During the early 1990's the US Navy had this multi-billioniare program called the A-12. Screwups and more politics later the A-12 projected was dumped. But all that money that went into the R&D for that prgram sucked up all the money for the F-14D program. The US Navy wanted their entire fleet plus additional planes to be F-14D. Instead we ended up get…
