I was just doing my routine research today and i suddenly found this interesting video that there is a french studio that decided to make their own series of super sentai called France Five to pay tribute to the Japan Super Sentai, heck it even had Akira Kushida do the intro theme in one of their episodes. This review came out late last year and I'm not sure if everyone has seen it. They review the first live action Guyver movie and it was kinda funny. I saw that Nostalgia Critic was being his usual "drama queen" self but it worked to a point. Now, I stuck this topic here in the Entertainment section as, while it's about Guyver, it's still a video and, thus, is entertainment, and felt that it would more properly be suited here. Do you ever actually use the term "Japanese animation"? No. Almost never. I use the term anime or cartoon. But thats about it. I get corrected by anime fans all of the time for it. I think its just their way of not wanting to admit that they do have an obsession with cartoons seeing as all cartoons are animated.

Well....do you cheat on your video games? I understand that some people are religiously against using cheats and don't know the purpose of it. I do it for fun and not because I don't have skill. Pokémon, it's well know around the world, has a trading card game that's still circulating to this day, and has it's own anime series. I was recently playing Mortal Kombat - Komplete Edition last night on story mode. I get to the end and I fight Emperor Shoa Khan. This guy is over powered and kill you in a few hits. He's almost impossible to beat on a normal game setting. I beat him on the first round, but that didn't stop him from flogging me the next two rounds. I kept thinking. Am I getting worse at this? Everything I did with Raiden just wasn't working! I kept doing every combination that I could. Nothing worked. Recently I've fallen in love with the Dark Souls franchise after getting the first game a year ago. The whole feeling to the world and game was perfect and the lore and how it had people coming up with their own stories and explanations was fantastic. Then Dark Souls 2 of course came along and intensified my love for the world of that universe. If you haven't played Dark Souls I highly recommend it or even the first souls game that Dark Souls was a spiritual successor to; Demon Souls. Title says it all really, one of the greatest mecha series is finally getting a proper Blue-Ray release in February next year. Only downside is that it seems to be Region 1 only at the minute which kind of sucks if your outside the US with no multiregional disc player and I ain't buying one just for one series. That said the series can be found online but I'm the type who proffers physical copy's of everything when possible. In other news Super Robot Wars T is on schedule for next years.

Ok so the card game Dragon Ball Heroes has done a lot of what ifs.... Ok we have had the likes of Baby Janemba. So who's playing this game. I've only recently started playing this game. Never expected to play it actually. What lured me to play this game, despite being unavailable in our region, is the fact that the makers of this game are the people responsible for making Final Fantasy iconic. With the likes of Hironobu Sakaguchi, Nobuo Uematsu, Yoshitaka Amano, etc. Also, they have this download starter, which they will release specific products, updates or items depending on the number of download. When it hits 2 million downloads, they are going to make a console game for this. Currently it sits at 1.7 million. 300K more. So start downloading this now.

So has anyone ever played any of the DMC games? I immensely enjoyed the first 3. 4 sort of dragged as you didn't really get to play as Dante. DMC 2013 was really fun. But my favorite has always been 2 out of the entire game series. I bought the HD remaster sometime ago and its been fun catching up on the old releases.
