  1. True enough, the black costume was revived many times, with the most recent revival reflecting the emotional state of Parker. But the costume returned back to the classic red and blue. Personally, I like the Black costume since it is much more practical and serves as a better camouflage. Since Parker is no longer married, does this mean there's a possibility that Gwen be revived? I hope not. But I thought that Gwen was actually hotter than MJ in the third spiderman movie. Speaking of the movie, since the status quo of Spidey was undone, how would this affect the mythos for the new spiderman movie?
  2. I kinda like spidey married to MJ. One more day is one of the decisions that I did not agree with Joe Q. How old do you think Aunt May is now? Even if Spidey gets a costume change, I wonder how long it will last. Spidey has gone through a lot of costume change in the previous years, and none of them ever stuck. I kinda like the new venom design, but its bordering sterotypical. From the looks of it, I can tell outright that it is a government operative. Maybe he could be paired with Black Widow? Also, perhaps this new Venom is the reincarnated Frank Castle?
  3. Do you need context, or can you just work from this? I'm not sure how I'm supposed to phrase "double-voice" since I'm not quite familiar with the term. In any case, here's as close as I can get from what you posted. "ラーダムはまだ何も知らない" フリーマンと二倍な声から応えた。 ["RA-DAMU wa mada nani mo shiranai" FURI-MAN to nibai na koe kara kotaeta]
  4. I'm not an avid follower of Spiderman, but is that venom still carrying the symbiot around? The new venom looks like a covert government field agent. Could this be Steve Roger's new mole?

Asterix? As in Asterix and Obelix? I remember watching them as a cartoon when I was a child. They have this secret potion, when drank, will give them enhanced abilities.
  16. Ahahahaha!!! Now he can't do anything about it. It's now in his blood!
  17. This video has a catchy tune. Hypnotize U by NERD:
  18. Okay, since I didn't exactly refuse or accept, how about this: I help you with what you want, provided that the help you require wouldn't be too large a scale. Let's say a couple of sentences per session. I think that I can manage since it will only take me a while for those. I don't want to sit for hours doing translation that does little benefit. But I could waste a couple of minutes.
  19. How would I go about doing that? What do I have that you would want, Durandal? It's not about what I want, it's more like giving me a really good reason why I should translate from English to Japanese. In the first place, why would you want to translate to Japanese?
  20. New Year New Lesson. This week, I'd like to introduce the verb "Enryo (Suru)" 遠慮(する) [えんりょ(する)] The root word Enryo means to hesitate or be restrained. This is most commonly used when being offered something by the host. You may use "Enryo Shimasu" or meaning "I prefer not", or "no thank you". However, the host may also use this verb as well. He/she may say "Enryoshinai de kudasai" [遠慮しないでください], or "please do not hesitate" or "by all means". 何かが必要があれば、遠慮しないでください、ね? "Nani ka ga hitsuyo ga areba, enryo shinai de kudasai ne?" If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask, okay?
  21. Well, this is proof that at least someone reads the Guyver wiki. Makes all the effort we put into it very worthwhile.
  22. No worries. I found out that my drive is failing. Installed Seatools and checked that my HDD failed both the short and long DST test. I've checked seagates website and I found out that I still have warranty on the drive up until 2012 (5 years warranty). That means I only used it for 4 years. I swear, hardware these days are made to last shorter. I remember my 120MB hard drive lasting 10 years. I would still be using it today if it weren't for compatibility issues. Now, if only I can figure out how to ghost my drive so I don't need to reinstall every damn software.

Soaring up to the skies like a dragon dancing in the heavens. Shou Ryuki?
  24. I also remembered another series that I watched. Although it is not Jdrama, it's still drama. It's the Kdrama titled "Lovers". Summary from d-addicts: Kang Jae is a wealthy businessman and gangster and Mi Joo is a plastic surgeon. These two meet after Mi Joo mistakens Kang Jae as being her sleazy brother-in-law. Kang Jae just happens to be the boyfriend of Mi Joo's pregnant neighbor, Yoo Jin. Sae-yeon meets Mi-Joo and falls in love with her feisty attitude. Kang-Jae works for the father of Sae-Yeon who is a gangster. Mi-Joo and Kang-Jae fall in love. I seem to have this knack of watching love stories.
  25. I'm depressed. I woke up this morning to find out that my PC had a blue screen of death. First it had a stop code of 7A, then when I tried to reboot it gave me a 4F. I'm inclined to think that my Drive is already giving way. I hope that's not the case.
