  1. My idiosyncratic scanlation. http://www.mediafire.com/file/phujhyi9t47urq1/Chapter 184.zip
  2. Yeah! Apart from Archanfel. And dr.Barcas. And Kurumegnik. And Caerleon. And Galenos. And Kabral... Come to think of it, they ALL used their powers without transforming when they destroyed the Relic.
  3. The Völuspa does, however: "3. Of old was the age | when Ymir lived; Sea nor cool waves | nor sand there were; Earth had not been, | nor heaven above, But a yawning gap, | and grass nowhere."
  4. Oh, dear. Not Toki and Aso. Oh, dear...
  5. The government - in so far as it even wants this, because it will make any politician that speaks out in support of SOPA and the like very impopular with voters - is up against the ingenuity of every hacker in the world, who would circumvent anything they do on the principle of the thing.
  6. Awesome. : )
  7. Hawkeye has no super powers in the comics, but the Black Widow (in the comics) is about 70 years old. Like Nick Fury, she has been shot up with a serum that severely retards aging, and may now in fact be secreting the stuff herself.
  8. This is my first look at Iron Man's Mark VII armor.
  9. Probably because superhero outfits that look pretty great on a page, look ridiculous on a movie screen.
  10. I don't agree. The very first time he used this technique, he stated that each "clone" is Aptom. When two of them reunited, they talked to each other like seperate individuals... then merged again. No mind control. Just Aptom.
  11. Nice. I was too lazy this time. I just realized something: People are waking up and getting out of their house because they heard an explosion? While a 165-foot Guyver has been stomping around in the ruins of Shinjuku, stopping a Gigasmasher-blast? You think that might have made some noise... caused some earth tremors maybe? How come nobody has gone "Hey, Marge! Look at that, hon! You ever seen anything like that?"
  12. But for Guyot and Valkuria, time is an issue. She has been in Guyver mode for 1 fight, which is how long she can function before her control medal starts to malfunction; if it happens now, she'll be at the mercy of her enemies. Guyot, for his part, is now sporting a synthetic control medal; every time he goes to battle mode, his lifespan is shortened, just like with Shizu and Murakami. And of course he may not have to, since he is already as strong as a Guyver in human form. Still, he seems incredibly sure somehow that neither the Guyvers nor Aptom will return to the mansion - either of which would be a complete disaster for him. I mean, the way he's crouching in that tree, you'd expect Aptom to go Also, Sho was 165 feet tall when we last saw him. I mean, his sensors must be huge. He could just go "Oh, wait a moment Agito", turn his head and fire a headbeam from one of the smaller laser crystals, incinerating Guyot where he sits. That would be funny.
  13. This would be a good moment for either Sho & Agito or Aptom to appear.
  14. Idocyncratic scanlation. I even came up with a title of my own. http.//www.mediafire.com/?g856l8i3u1k8mma
  15. I really liked the movie, and I am not a Cap fan, as attested by my avatar pic...
  16. We don't know, Dustball - only Takaya-san knows.
  17. That's because Spider-Island was funny, exciting, had a good concept, was focused, fast and directed and actually did stuff... and for such a low price: Only Manhattan involved. Fear Itself was pretentious crap. How much you want to bet it's gonna go away in a few months and nobody will ever mention it again? Even Bucky didn't really die, he just became a secret agent again. And even Thor isn't really dead! He's just in another dimension.
  18. I hate the idea, as well. It's just a cheap ploy -'panic football' as we say. They're trying to follow up years of very strong storytelling and now they're going into a completely new direction. Except of course that Banner and the Hulk have been physically separated at least twice before and in both cases, the Hulk started dying. The Hulk the sane one? The previous volume of the comic ended with the assertion that Banner and the Hulk are now one and the same entity. So, hey, let's start with having the Hulk hating Banner and just expelling him, and Banner desperately trying to get him back. There is no Hulk, really... originally, the idea was that the Hulk really is Banner, but gets dumber so the physical difference throws him off and hates his weakness as Banner so much he denies the connection. Very much like dr.Jekyll and mr.Hyde, plus Frankenstein. Just like Tom Waits said "There is no Devil, it's just God when he drinks" I say "There is no Hulk, it's just Banner when he's angry". But now it's like the Hulk was Banner's moral rudder all this time. Bollocks. The Hulk is destructive. The Hulk is a monster. The Hulk is a bomb. He is freedom from moral constraints, because he is powerful. It was only later when the whole "innocent savage" thing was introduced that the issue got muddied. Later, it was made worse when they added the "multiple personalities" thing. Actually made sense in the context of Banner's traumatic childhood. Now, the Gray Hulk was mr.Hyde... and the Green Hulk was the inner child. It's why I like Ultimate Hulk, or rather the Ultimates version. He's not Bambi with muscles for chrissakes. He is a MONSTER. A man without limits, but with a gigantic neurosis and feelings of inadequacy. BE AFRAID.
  19. He already lifted it before. I would really, seriously like to see Odin's definition of "Worthy". Also: you think you hated it? I am an Iron Man fan. Play with that for a while...
  20. Well, that's a problem, because you're going to have to. Somehow, I think it will turn out that you actually could wait after all.
  21. I feel it was appropriate. Megatron and Guyot are so much alike. Except Guyot is Starscream as well.
  22. Anyway, here is my scanlation... http://www.mediafire.com/?qex5ahcai0uxku3 I might make another one, not entirely happy with this one.
  23. Wow. You have to wonder how Agito selects these guys. Would be kind of anticlimactic if this means the end of Guyot, however... and he hasn't gone to Battle Mode yet. (But then, I assume he will only use it sparingly... he is in the same situation Masaki Murakami was). Shizu reminds me of a scene from Ranma 1/2 where Ryoga accidentally sliced off Akane's long hair. Not only did she look almost just as shocked, her hairdo resembles this as well. Also, thank you very much, Alkanfel009. I'll get to it this afternoon.
  24. Hmmm How far does the Guyver's laser reach, anyway? "Suddenly, the Guyver II-f is hit by a powerful beam... far away, Guyver III whispers 'don't mess with the waifu' "
  25. Holy cow. I sure hope that first page doesn't mean what it clearly implies.
