I just feel a bit underwhelmed about superheroes I have never heard of. Then again, I hadn't really heard of Thor or Ironman before their movies came out... well maybe Ironman a little via spiderman comics my brother used to collect.. anyway, I liked those so I always give something a chance. Not too fussed about this, it makes me think of Dark city due to the presentation style and Isaac looks a but like Rufus Sewell. Not what I think of when I think 'Marvel' but who knows.

okay, well this all sounds very political ^^ I only know the bits and pieces I've read on various wiki pages and what a lot of fans seem to be saying
-
hmm.. some might argue that the reason the movies exist is Robert Downey Jr. XD and according to most sources I read, the x gene came about due to the celestials and their tinkering with deviants and eternals? I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere...
-
They already changed so much in the MCU, it's clear they didn't want to copy the comics and in some cases it is very very different. Like Thanos not being in love with Death for example. I don't read the comics though so I don't know how much any of this really matters.... but what I do know is that Ego was a celestial in the MCU, and I do know that the Eternals form some basis of the origin of mutants. As far as I was concerned, the Eternals movie served the main purpose of being some kind of laying the ground for the X-men.

how did you do that big picture like that? is it a feature in plex? wow, there are some old classics in there. is it your first time with them? if so, I'm jealous. Larz zahn, you know there is an edited version of Naruto named 'Naruto Kai'? it takes out all the filler so maybe you would enjoy it? For me, I don't really keep track of what I watch, not sure of how I could do that. I can say what I remember seeing recently though. rewatched a lot of Hunter x Hunter with my friend. rewatched dragon ball super as it was airing on tv. I have watched first season of Castlevania. I have watched all of Beastars. I watched a couple episodes of demon slayer and I might get into it. I rewatched all seasons of My Hero Academia and then watched latest season. I tried to watch JoJo and I tried One Punch, but I didn't enjoy them. One Punch felt too bleak. JoJo, I'm not sure why.

2099!! that was unexpected!!! -
oh my... well that had me in tears. that is so beautiful. I wish I had money.

haha okay you got me. I was just parroting what has been said in other places. I'll try to be aware of doing that again. I just thought there must be some stock in it because I have seen comments in places by people saying they were fed up of the marketing being all about the gay couple.. I never saw anything like that myself so I must be missing something somewhere.

long boring and pretentious could also be applied to Dune, yet they seems to have been kinder to that. I enjoyed Both films and both had beauty and a thoughtful message. it seems to me, most of the backlash is because they had the audacity to include a homosexual couple and a character that challenges gender paradigms. though they'd never say it outright of course, it's in the subtext. one of the reviewers said the ensemble cast made it hard to follow individual character stories. I have a learning disability and I had lost a lot of sleep the previous night and yet I could follow their stories easily. it's obvious there is something else going on here.

well I went to see it and I enjoyed it. I give it an 8 out of ten. it wasn't one of the best films I've seen but it was above average for sure I wonder why it has been getting such a bad rap?
-
This is really strange. I was planning on going to see it on the weekend. I really have to be more cautious now I guess.
-
has it started already? It's nowhere near christmas though so there's no way I'm watching it for at least four or five weeks.

is the forum sensoring yo****aka amano?? where is that in the video? how expansive are these? I wonder if I could ever dare to dream.

critics score is meaningless

How many times do we need to see the same thing? I don't get it.

I never played any of those myself. it would be nice to see them on twitch instead of the modern games. would be cute. I don't generally watch twitch of course, it's not my thing but if you did a stream, I'd take a look.

I was just thinking of twlight zone. it's sort of spooky and a slight b movie feel for them. I don't find them gloomy though, that would signify something is boring, it's definitely not boring.

in endgame, they did a lot of time travel shenanigans and brought infinity stones which resulted in thanos coming from a past time and getting killed in the present, all of this is messed up time stuff, why the heck didn't the TVA do anything about all of that? I know they put the infinity stones back, but they didn't put thanos back, or nebula, or gamora, etc.
-
I have a question. Endgame. TVA? wtf?

I get it... so an alternate timeline could vary significantly from the original in one specific way, like a major event happened to one person and it diverges from there, but a multiverse can be different in myriad of ways either minute or major.
