  1. Time to apply some electro-shock therapy! And don't you just love the effects of reverse psychology?
  2. Honestly startin' to seem like one of those comas where it's just best to pull the plug.
  3. Oh, I see. Quite nice, that is.
  4. Well, this should first off be in either the Guyver General Discussion or Warrior Guyver Discussion forum. Anyways, I think the chances of them coming across one would be incredibly rare in the first place, since from what I know they don't just float around in HyperSpace but form their own little pocket realm within it. Their own little Mini-HyperSpace. Actually, I can't remember if I'd read that somewhere or if that's just my personal opinion on the matter. Kinda been a while since I've read through Guyver stuff, 'cause even though I totally love it, when nothin' new is really comin' out for it ya kinda tend to drift away. On that note: Dead WG fan-fiction is dead?
  5. Where did you find that out?
  6. Who's seen this awesome movie and what did you think about it? Any of you who haven't seen it but really want to? I do recommend it. Pure awesomesauce.
  7. Dawn of War II Has anyone else heard of this game and planned on getting it when it comes out? It's definitely at the top of my list, even more so than Starcraft II. Edit: Guess I'm the only one... Oh well; just makes me that much more unique! ^^
  8. We should consider the time frames between the appearance of Appolyon when he collected Khan's crystal and whenever Agito got the Relic Navigation Spheres. Is there enough of a time lapse for Agito to have been able to pu the spheres to use and then get to Japan so he could collect Khan's crystal?
  9. Well this depends. If you mean, the host didn't have the unit active and was about to die, thus the unit removed itself, then... that wouldn't make much sense. When the unit is active, if the host dies it just regenerates them and brings them back to life. So if the host were dying, I'm sure if the unit did activate it would just save their life. So, as sonarelite did, I'll list what I think might happen. Option A: The host dies but the unit doesn't stop functioning, because even without bio-energy from the host, which it doesn't draw upon when in the boost dimension, it still has the energy within HyperSpace to sustain itself. Option B: The host dies and the unit auto-activates in recognition of one of its main directives; protect the life of the host. It would probably be a safety feature; if the host's life ends, or the signal from the 'Telepathy Growths' cuts out, the armor will activate in their last known coordinates. This second one is what I personally believe would happen.
  10. That second one isn't necessarily true. Anubis' power stems from the Unit and the high level of modification done to the host. Someone bonding with the non-damaged W-UnitII might not receive such radical alterations and could indeed be less powerful than Anubis.
  11. With all the power and abilities at his disposal, why doesn't Anubis just, create more of the Element?
  12. I think all of the humans were mind controlled, at least the ones created by the Creators themselves. They were suprised that a human hosted Bio Booster armor could not be controlled by them and if the only way a human could be controlled by them is through zoaforming, then it should have been no suprise at all. That's not what I'm talking about. The Mind-Controlling thing is mostly irrelevant, it's the genetic thing I'm focusing on. If all humans were 'genetically loyal' to Uranus and it wasn't just mind-control making them obey, then if they're free of that control/loyalty when bonding with a Unit then Zoanoids should be as well. So I'm wondering if the unprocessed humans, like the one they bonded an armor to, were just mind-controlled or also had the genetic loyalty thing going on.
  13. On the matter of DB and all that; McAvoy, Goku was only getting beat by 19 because of the Heart Virus. The 'second time', I don't think it's fair we should just totally exclude SSJ3. I mean, Goku did have it. Vegeta himself only reached SSJ2 with Babidi's help. So if he didn't become Majin Vegeta, it would just be his SSJ1 against Goku's 3. Vegeta was heavily outclassed. Spartan Warlord, don't be so full of yourself. There is always someone that knows more. Back on to Guyver: Was it only the humans that had been 'optimized' into Zoanoids that were genetically loyal to Uranus, or was it all humans in general? I'm pretty sure 'normal humans' were simply mind-controlled, but if they too were 'genetically loyal' to Uranus, then the Guyver Zoanoids shouldn't be loyal to Chronos in that way.
  14. Yeah. Unless most of you have forgotten, Allen did post a 'sneak-peak' into W'Kar's next 'evolution', viewtopic.php?f=29&t=3900 , showing a few of the things he will be capable of. Based on that, Allen's no doubt already got his 'evolution' ready and is just waiting for the right moment for the event to happen.
  15. Actually, Dready deploying the shield for such a purpose would be an excellent idea. Yes, the Grakken's have the fire-power to overwhelm his shield, but would they do so, with the risk being destroying the Clan Ship as well?
  16. It does look like it may actually be worthy of having the name AVP.
  17. It may also be that the Unit itself doesn't boost a host to 100x peak ability. Uranus were surprised by the boost a human host received, saying it was ten times what they themselves had. To answer the question originally posed though: very. XD
  18. Why not just make a Guyver with an HSL type system and give him the ability to convert his energy from one form to another? That way he could have a plasma blade instead of a high-frequency blade. Or fire an electric bolt from his head beam instead of the infra-red laser. With the Sonic Oscillators he could emit powerful heat waves to just melt a target. It's a much more simple way to add in the 'diversity' without tryin' to explain how he's linked with some random, outer-space black hole. If it was ever destabilized he'd lose his power source.
  19. Well unless you've been reading a different set of Fan-Fictions, the Matrix is constantly feeding Jason with battle strategies and tactics to help him through his fights. It's one reason he's so damn hard to kill. But yes, Psycho, you yourself might wish to become super non-human, but Jason doesn't. That's the whole point of it. For all the threads on this site asking why Jason doesn't use the Matrix to make himself stronger, here is the answer to it, meaning you can stop worrying over it: Jason wants to remain a human. Making himself more powerful would entail making things about him inhuman and that's not what he wants. With the destroying the ship part, it's the ship that's keeping the Grakken from outright destroying the planet. If it was destroyed there would be nothing to stop them from turning all cannons on the planet itself and opening fire.
  20. That's the gist of what's been figured on the subject.
  21. Long discussion short Kamui, if Jason A) cared to do it or B) had the time to do it, I'm sure he would, meaning he either doesn't care or doesn't have the time. I'm thinking its more the doesn't care one, as he could use his Quantum Time ability to take all the time he wants to learn whatever he needs to.
  22. A cure for cancer won't help Jason wipe out endless Grakken warriors. Yes, it's possible he could 'perfect' humanity but his current concern, if you haven't noticed, is keeping humanity ALIVE. What you're sayin' really is you want Jason to have no life. To fight when he's needed and then spend all of his free time trying to help everyone out even more. He IS still human ya know. He does need time to himself.
  23. DARPA is just Chronos in disguise. Only they don't have a lot of money this time around. <.< The Units are out there! Quick, find them!
  24. So what you're saying is the HSL isn't really an actual portion of the Guyver but is an effect? For the Warrior Gigantic, are the additional two HSLs generated by the Gigantic layer of the CM? Also, how is it that the host is able to use the HSL without the CM or some other focusing device to generate the effect? I've always just found this concept odd since it's really seemed like the HSL is just some mystical, unexplained force that provides the Guyver unlimited energy but doesn't have a physical form, like the Energy Compressors and Gravity Gyros do.
  25. I've never really understood this topic. I can understand the HSL is a more advanced power system than the Gravity Controller, but what I don't get is if they could create such a device why couldn't the Gravity Controller be updated more than it was? Surely, being a larger object than the Control Medallion it should be able to handle a greater level of power. Anyways, what form does the HSL take in the CM? What section is it in? Also, if someone managed to like, dissect a WG host, could they find the HSL; if so, where would it be and what would it look like?
