A normal enforcer has triple HSL to compensate for the fact that they have imperfect HSL systems the only one with a perfect HSL would be WG. Since the WK also have perfect HSL I don't really see the need for a triple system. Though I could see them using two maybe to create a squaring effect, but thats all really.

She can also heal on the same level as aptom I believe its been a while since i last read all things change may have to go back and do that.
