Now this is just my opinion so take what I say lightly but for the most part Crossovers rarely work and generally end up as fan-girl/boy masturbation. Now regarding your idea adding guyver/x-men thing might be pretty cool but ranma... not so much lets face it for the most part Ranma is gag/shonen manga so I don't think it crosses very well.
