Ryuki, did you archive anything from the guyver.net forums? I am very curious to see some of the old posts if they are still accessible.

I resent the fact that someone would even dare to call us Guyver fans "closeted". I eat, sleep, breath, and crap Guyver! Every day! I preach about it like it is a holy text! There will never be a manga as magnificent as Takaya's magnum opus! To even mention Naruto in the same sentence as Guyver would be considered blasphemous in the highest regard!

Anyone ever play the Kamen Rider game for SNES? I have played an emulated version and I have to say it is simply amazing! It is an arcade style beat'em up. You play as Kamen Rider Ichigo and I believe you can also play as Nigo as a second player. The best part of the game is you can henshin and do a fully animated rider kick! Here is a little footage!

I say continue with what you have been doing. There is no stopping now. Especially since all of the Guyver manga has been translated and uploaded. The damage has already been done. Stopping now would only rob Guyver fans and any potential new ones the chance of continuing with the story. See it to the end. Even before Guyver was scanlated the original English publishing had been long since abandoned. There has and never will be a guarantee that Guyver will ever make an English comeback. We all were very fortunate that we got a new Guyver anime and English adaption. We are even more lucky that it is very accessible thanks to Funimation. It is my honest opinion that we all continue with what we have been doing and support Guyver anyway we can.

Most of the mainstream wrestling is complete trash nowadays. I personally prefer the technical styles of the independent promotions. I started to get into wrestling way back in the early nineties and then got heavily into it during the early attitude era. I was also into the Monday night wars between WWF/WWE and WCW. I even watched a little ECW when I could. The stuff that is peddled out today is garbage! And it has nothing to do with the WWE being rated PG! There simply is no magic anymore! Story lines and matches are all generic. There really is no splendour any more. If you really want to watch quality matches then I would suggest checking out some of the old ROH DVDs that are offered on Amazon. Here is a classic match in case anyone is interested!

Anyone here on the forums a fan of pro wrestling? If so what is your favorite company? Who are some of your favorite wrestlers? What are some of your favorite matches? I do not currently have a favorite company, but I do watch various promotions when I can. Some of my favorite wrestlers include CM Punk, Samoa Joe, Bryan Danielson, AJ Styles, Matt Sydal, Austin Aries, Colt Cabana, Jay Lethal, Christopher Daniels, Claudio Castagnoli, Nigel McGuinness, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Davey Boy Smith, Owen Heart, Vader, and The Undertaker. I have many more.

Looks like I will be continuing my boycott of Spider-Man...

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!

Been switching off between the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and Halo 4. I simply cannot get enough of Snake Eater! In my opinion it is the best Metal Gear Solid game out there besides The Twin Snakes and 4. I am gonna wait until sometime after Christmas to play Peace Walker. I have way too many favorites to list on this site. XD

The Dark Tower comics are based off of the Stephen King novel's of the same name. Here is a little basic information about the series in general. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dark_Tower_%28series%29 Lately I have been going through what is left of my American comic collection to see if there was anything that I have not read in a while. I was delighted to find my old Transformers: Beast Wars Omnibus! So many fond memories with that thing! Gonna sit down sometime soon and reread the whole enchilada!

Depends on what you like. Each series has it's own unique flavor. You will basically just have to sample a little bit of everything till you find something that is palatable. Personally I really enjoyed Faiz, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade, and W. Dig around! I am sure you will find something that you will enjoy!

I wonder if there will be a video game tie-in as well as figures? Also, some of the mechs in the trailer kinda looked like megadeuses! Anyone else notice that?

Some figures are dead on while others are meh. Depends. Look up some of your favorite Riders and see how they look in some youtube reviews! I know that I am starting to become very interested in the Stronger figure!

Figuarts started out making just Kamen Rider figures. Recently though they have been making Super Sentai and other goodies like One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, Garo, and Godzilla! Have a neat little collection of my own. They tend to vary in price and will require some research. They are extremely poseable and highly durable! Their feet are made of die cast metal which gives the figures some weight to hold them down when posed. Some come with stands for extra articulation. Out of all the figures I have my crown jewel has to be my Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form. Here is a video review to give you an idea on what the figures are like. And here is one that I really hope to possess sometime in the near future!

Who has heard of this awesome line of figures? I have several! I absolutely love the quality! They are so durable and they look fantastic!

What is the story behind the Guyver novel?

What kind of donjinshi is this? Is it suppose to be erotic or something? It is obviously based Guyver. That much I could figure out. The rest is at a complete loss to me though. LOL

So far I have been currently watching Hellsing Ultimate. I am gonna eventually watch some other stuff on crunchyroll when I get some time.

Nothing is set in stone with film adaptions. Almost anything can happen. Peter can learn life's harsh lessons some other way. Kill aunt May for all I care, but keep Gwen alive! I am sorry but I have and probably never will be a Mary Jane fan. It really is nothing personal. I just preferred Gwen as a character. The chemistry between the two characters in The Amazing Spider-Mad was perfect. I just wish they would have spent just a tiny bit more time building up the two before slamming them together so fast. Maybe give some back story on how long Peter liked Gwen and such. Maybe tell us how long they have known each other exactly so we can put together a timeline of their feelings for each other coming to fruition. I am very BIG on proper character development. That is why I LOVE long novels. I love spending time to get to know the main cast before all the action and drama hits. I like them to be fleshed out and become three dimensional. What really impressed me about The Amazing Spider-Man is how human all the characters feel. I could actually relate with most of them. I am not saying that the movie did not have it's faults, I am just saying it is one of the better super hero movies to come out this year. I am very much looking forward to the coming sequels. It would be interesting to see how this new franchise will differ from past films and the comics. I really hope they come up with some new and fascinating ideas while still keeping the spirit and integrity of the characters.
