You mean there's a possibility that if Aptom absorbs the Libertus he may intake their shortened lifespans along with their advanced powers and features? I always figured he took the best features out of his zoanoid prey and made them better (like during that time he first fought Sho with his new powers and demonstrated he'd augmented Gregole's brute strength and Vamore's Bio-Lasers to the point at which they were a viable threat to the Guyver?). I guess I mean I thought he'd take on the Libertus' better features, make them better, and weed out any weaknesses and defects, especially with his high level of regenerative properties. If your suspicion is true though, then I can understand now why Agito thought his zoanoid storm troopers could handle Aptom if he believes/knows Aptom can't absorb them without taking on their defects.

Sounds good Sully, I look forward to seeing what these remakes will add to the WG universe as ya rewrite them one by one

Yo, I've been wondering, how does Chronos select candidates to undergo the transformation into Apprentice Zoalords? I realize that Zoanoids and Hyper Zoanoids are usually thugs, social misfits, or even normal people who joined Chronos to gain power or bought into Chronos's propaganda (or against their will of course). I guess what I'm trying to ask is if the Apprentice Zoalords who serve under the Disciple Zoalords as their lieutenants are normally hand picked from the best of the best amongst their ranks, like people who were actually trained to become higher zoaforms, or if its just a matter of finding people who are genetically compatible/suited for undergoing the optimization into such an advanced form regardless of who they are prior to said transformation? I mean, Sasha was originally a normal girl from Jason's hometown, no connection to Chronos whatsoever, and yet she ended up being made into the highest ranking of the Navigator Zoalords, and Alfred Drano was originally gonna be made into a Hyper Zoanoid but lucked out and became a Protozoalord instead, and later a favored Disciple Zoalord. We haven't seen as many apprentice zoalords so we don't know much about them beyond their function in the Chronos Hierarchy or how they're chosen by their superiors.

Alkanphel (what will come out of the cocoon?)
Zoaknight replied to OnyxPhoenix's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
I agree that Alkanphel will need somesort of new edge to stay on top of his game and keep things interesting since his fully healed alternate self from that other dimension couldn't beat Dreadnought in the end despite giving him a serious run for his money, Chronos won't last long if their leader can't match blows with the biggest threat to their existence. I speculate that the cocoon will somehow fuse Alkanphel's incomplete Warrior Guyver armor with his body, giving him a Warrior Guyver enhanced master zoalord form (so he won't have to switch his armor on and off anymore, he'll just have one epically powerful Zoaform with Guyver type weaponry). He probably won't be a real Guyver (cuz then he'd have already won, end of story ), but he may have a fully functioning hyper space link like a warrior guyver or a Kavzar, maybe even polymorphic blades & a Megasmasher (basically all his Zoalord powers will be heavily augmented and many of his armor's weapons will be enhanced to what they should be). He'll be like Kron or Tonnin, only WAY more powerful -
Good points, but I guess it all depends on how far along Zeus Thunderbolt zoatech really is, or if its possible to produce anti-aptom enzymes without samples of Aptom or access to whatever data Chronos has on his Zoaform. I personally think these Libertus won't last too long against Aptom if they lack protection against his absorption powers, and Aptom is more powerful than ever after absorbing all those zoanoids from the battle against Khan (I think he absorbed some of Khan's DNA too, he's like Zoalord level powered now). Also, while the Libertus have proven extremely effective against even hyper zoanoids, part of their success comes from Griselda's presence during battle, healing them and using her mental powers to confuse and/or control the Chronos zoanoids. Since Griselda is at the mansion watching Sho's friends with her own squad of Libertus, the one's fighting Aptom are on their own. If the libertus lack anti-aptom enzymes, then their best bet for keeping Aptom out of Agito's way while he fights Sho would be to switch into their self-destruct mode and blow Aptom to bits with a massive combined explosion (which would at least force Aptom to take time to regenerate if he didn't shield himself or escape the blast in time).
-
Isn't this the first time Aptom's faced the Libertus though? I guess ya have a point though, Agito's pet scientist was once one of Chronos' top researchers, so it is possible they might have Anti-Aptom enzymes on top of all those other wild abilities of theirs, guess we'll have to wait and see.

Silha Island was Alkanphel's resting place before he acquired his spiffy bioarmor & hyper space link, but can anyone remind me what became of the island after Al no longer had a need for hibernation? Does it still exist hidden from the outside world as a lost paradise full of mythological and prehistoric creatures? Did Chronos find another use for it? Or did something bad befall it?

I hope Albass finds a way to keep up if and when that happens, gotta adapt to changing conditions in battle, crazy bio arms race

I'm not implying that any events in the Warrior Guyver universe will push Greg over the edge, I'm saying that when he returns home to his own universe and learns whats become of the woman he loves, his friends, his brother, and his daughter at the hands of an evil version of himself, that may or may not push him over the edge...Well, we've recieved a preview of the Omni W'kar form planned for him, I'm just saying if he doesn't control his rage he could become another Anubis if he's not careful (and I realize restraining his temper isn't something he's great at)

Future Chronos Science Breakthroughs
Zoaknight replied to Zoaknight's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Well, I meant their newest additions that were not part of the Gen's new Experimental Guyver projects, not Powered Zerebubuse or any of the other Guyvers with extinction devices implanted within them. Tonnin, Warrior Sasha, Eliminator, and Black Guyver Derzerb are all clean I think, not sure about Warrior Guyver Vamore, but I think he's clean too (basically everyone who got gear out of that Clanship in Australia or who at least weren't part of their big experiments on earth). Oh, and I know there aren't gonna be anymore Guyver zoanoids, I'm leaning toward ideas for how they may augment their zoanoids and zoalords with the new tech they have available to them (Valkus will want to study them I'm sure) -
Hope its not me "reapplies deodorant"

Oh trust me, I realize that since Anubis is as much the genuine article as W'kar that means Alexandra is just as much his kid as Greg's...Which really worries me based on what we've seen of her upbringing and its affect on her Also, since Greg (WG's W'kar) is identical to the one who became Anubis that means he too has the potential to become like him if pushed hard enough...Anubis was born from the rage & despair he felt over Fighter Guyver's death, a trauma not so easily duplicated...But I can only imagine what Greg will do when he learns what Anubis has done to his friends, daughter, and wife Not saying it will happen, but I suspect alot of people will be wondering the same thing when and if Greg makes it back home (might make things tense for him amongst the AAR & Kronos)

So, we know Arcanfel's been resting on Silha most of the time and that only a select few know of his presence there, do ya think any of the creatures living on the island have been zoaformed so as to protect their master while he rests?

For your viewing pleasure.... Lament of the Indigo Moon
Zoaknight replied to W'Kar's topic in GWOTG Fan Fiction
WOW, Ira's alot older than I thought she was, Guyver unit does wonders I like seeing Ira's mindset back in the day when she first became a guyver, spying on Chronos and questioning her own sanity. -
Well, regardless of who Angel really is and where the two Ira's ended up, I hope we find out their respective fates soon, I always liked Ira and felt bad about how she lost her child to W'kar's wife & felt she had to keep the truth a secret cuz they didn't know how he'd react to the truth about his unborn child's origin (and as we all know, her kid has been twisted and turned by Anubis BIG TIME back in Ira's home universe). Also, if there really are one or two copies of Ira, they may all be considered "the real Ira" rather than clones, time and space displacement and all that...Which of course will only make things more confusing for them and others if they all meet in one place someday. Like, we know there are two W'kar's now, the one in the WG universe and the one who went crazy...er...and became Anubis. Now, clearly the W'kar who's hanging out in Jason's universe is more like the W'kar we all know and Anubis is the psychotic monster tyrant after his transformation, but technically both may be considered the real W'kar since they're not really clones but rather time displaced copies of one another...whew...Hope I'm making sense here

Sedah vs Angel? Nice If both units are identical then the fight will be determined by the hosts. Sedah is a more experienced killer I think, BUT, he's just a serial killer, not a soldier, he may not respond well to fighting someone who's as strong as he is (being used to being in control and dominant over his victims). However, if they fight in a heavily populated area with lots of bystanders Sedah may have the edge because he won't care about the lives of the people around him, whereas Angel will (classic hero dilemna). Also, if these Kavzar Guyver units are a hush hush private project not supported by the Gen Council and being conducted without Krullnar's and Draven's knowledge, then whoever's behind it all might have ill intent in mind for his fellow Gen and earth, or at the very least could get into deep trouble for performing his work without their consent.

I've got caught up with latest Guyver manga and the fight between Sho and Agito is certainly getting interesting! I knew Sho had improved but he actually drew first blood on Agito, completely caught him by surprise and took off his arm and leg ! That'll give Sho quite the edge if he pushes the advantage and doesn't let Agito reattach the limbs (they'd grow back on their own eventually of course, but not in time to help him in this fight...Though this all depends on how far Sho is willing to go in this fight...Agito is serious about killing him & taking the Gigantic afterall, if Sho doesn't take him down he'll just keep coming back for more ). Also, I doubt that the Libertus Zoanoids Agito assigned to distract Aptom will hold him back for long, he'll probably absorb them, gain their advanced abilities, and head over to the Mansion to take care of Griselda and her troops. Agito's pretty arrogant for thinking Sho wouldn't be willing to face him without Aptom's backup, its he who likes to fight dirty, not Sho.

If Albass threw down with Anubis's psycho consort Ereshkigal, who do you think would emerge the victor?

Well, Chronos has gotten its hands on alot of dangerous technology recently in the forms of their new guyver powered zoanoids, the Kavzar enhanced Zoalord Tonnin, and the bio-boosted extradimensional being known as the Eliminator. In the past we've seen Chronos adapt and advance their zoanoid technology in many ways, from Enzyme's anti-guyver acid blood to Kron's warrior guyver enhanced Biolord form. The question is, what new breakthroughs do you guys all think Chronos will achieve by studying the technology of the various new warriors they have at their disposal? In what ways could they use it to augment their zoanoid and zoalord forces in your opinion? Oh, before I forget, ALL KNEEL BEFORE LORD ARCANFEL! Sorry, company policy

....Sorry Sully, I thought Fulton was still alive in your fanfics "slaps forehead in epic "doh" moment" Anyway, in lighter news, I like how ya focused on Solum, Zero, and Pariah most recently and show us how even the Gen aren't all just a bunch of heartless gene splicers, some of them know love and compassion (even if they're obviously not the norm for the Gen). I mean, the thought of Gen raising families with humans and genuinely caring for them really shocked me since I've grown used to them being logic driven self proclaimed god type characters. I mean, Faye even turns out to be a clone born from a woman Solum felt responsible for getting killed. Oh, and Solum's wife being the one who created the Matrix, at least in Jason's home universe, VERY cool touch

Sounds like we have people interested in giving this RP a shot, so how should we begin? I'd like to help if possible. If we're playing Great War of the Guyvers in its current continuity, than players could be either members of Anubis's Order or the Anti-Advent Republic or Kronos (unless we combine Kronos and the AAR together, lol). And that sounds very generous of you Aranor

Sorry if I made the wrong assumption there , I just thought that since neither serve the Gen anymore and since Zeugma is with Jason and Fulton is with Chronos, and since they both clearly don't like eachother, that if they ever met again they'd try to finish eachother off once and for all. I mean, Fulton tried to enslave her the first time they met & laid waste to her people, only to end up becoming HER subordinate when the Gen remade her into the new Master Zoalord, and Zeugma only spared his life because the Gen forbade her from killing him since they still had use for him. I guess I just liked the idea of Zeugma having an archnemesis amongst the Chronos Forces, a grudge that goes back millions of years in time just sounds EPIC They seem liked fated enemies to me unless Zeugma gets brainwashed by Chronos or Fulton becomes good guy Sorry again if I got the wrong idea, I just don't picture the Gen leaving earth alone forever, sooner or later their testing will be over & earth will outlive its usefulness and become simply a threat with so many powerful Zoaforms and bio boosted beings running amuck (many of whom are not wearing test units designed by them, so they can't just use their extinction device on them). Plus, while its been in their best interest to assist Jason in the past, I wouldn't call the Gen good guys nor allies of those allied against Chronos, they're all just pawns or test subjects in their eyes, & Jason already went back in time & killed Guyver Zoalord Reeve for them (and if and when they ever master the Warrior Guyver technology Jason's importance to them will be over ) And well...Zeugma resents the Gen for leaving her for dead and not even responding to her calls for help right? I guess I just figured that meant sooner or later she'd want to settle the score & may come to odds with her sister Seraph, who's still a servant of the Gen and under their complete control. Seraph, Fulton, Kron...There's alot of people from Zeugma's past still floating around and belonging to factions she's not fond of, she's gotta confront at least one of them sooner or later (I do like how you've been fleshing out her character more, she's one of my faves now). Oh now you're being mean! "hacks into Gen information network" , well, I look forward to learning more about Seraph instory later then
-
I like how Fulton is basically the oldest protozoalord, a precursor to Alkanphel, I'm sure he and Zeugma will be facing off again soon in the future now that they're on opposite sides once again and no Gen stopping them from killing eachother. Also, Seraph being Zeugma's sister adds some extra drama to the story as well, since the two siblings may have to face one another someday in battle. However, does this make the modern day Seraph a Kavzar enhanced Zoalord like Tonnin or is she considered a normal Enforcer Kavzar? Like, does she have the same basic power level, body type, and abilities expected of an enforcer only very old and experienced like Enforcer Prime or is her body design and powers more close to Tonnin's since she like him is a remodeled Zoalord?
