Zoaknight replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
An alliance between the Grakken and Chronos would have been to their benefit BIG TIME no doubt, but as we all know the first and last attempt they made to join forces was ruined and now both sides have zero trust for each other. Then there are the Merc Guyvers...I imagine they're in trouble now that their bosses have gone home & pretty much everyone on earth is their enemy. That's what they get for teaming up with a deranged billionaire with ties to a Gen hating alien race -

Zoaknight replied to OnyxPhoenix's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Funny thing is, Striker was obviously a zoanoid designed for speed, but obviously he lacks the common sense to use his ability right, always jumping the gun without thinking...I wonder if any of his type or of the other movie zoanoids are still produced. Lisker & Crane's zoaforms especially. -

Awww, no love for M.C. Striker? klutziest Zoanoid in whole movie yet the only one left alive at the very end, boggles the mind no? -

Amazing how you've been able to tie in the events of the movies with the manga Sully, very cool! I especially look forward to seeing new art of the dreaded Guyver Zoalord! BTW, will you be doing artwork for the original forms of Reeve, Kron, & Seraph before their transformations into their final/modern forms? Just curious, new art of Guyver Zoalord Reeve is AWESOME as it is , and while I like Reeve's old look I'm curious to see how he'd look with the same style armor as Sean & Crane AKA Guyver Zoanoid -
I guess it depends on how much the Zoacrystal has to do with a Zoalord's abilities, I mean, in the case of Waferdanos, as you said, he basically just had the crystal placed into his forehead and could then take on a more humanoid form and use Zoalord type abilities. In the case of Guyot, a former human, his body was specifically optimized for gravity manipulation with his Zoacrystal being the source of his strength, so if he stole a Zoacrystal from someone else he'd likely regain the ability to use the powers his Zoalord body was designed for rather than assume Luggnagg's or Jearvil's abilities, whatever they might be. So basically I believe that if Guyot, for example, suddenly placed Purg'stall's zoacrystal into his skull, he wouldn't suddenly become an electric powerhouse like he was, I could be wrong of course. As for Guyot's current form, I think his Zoalord form we saw in the tank looked more or less the same as before only his horns and zoacrystal were missing, but it is possible he could have been modified to combine with those Spiderling Zoanoids. However, it seems like the "Trio" were developing Gestalt type hyper zoanoids long before they learned of Guyot's continued existence, so unless they created those zoanoids SPECIFICALLY for Guyot shortly after recovering him we should also consider the possibility that they were created specifically for any Zoalord to use in battle, or perhaps for any hyper zoanoid commander of their choosing to use in battle.

Thats what I want to see, an evenly matched battle, Imakarum will have to be MUCH stronger than before to properly menace Sho now that he's defeated Dragonlord Khan and can go Exceed. Now then, if Guyot were to acquire a Zoacrystal from one of his two sponsor's skulls could he regain his powers? He'd have to set them up somehow to pull it off of course, and Guyot is one hell of a schemer, assuming he hasn't gone COMPLETELY bat drenn insane since his defeat. You can see it in his eyes, Guyot's changed since last we saw him, he practically radiates madness and evil intent.

All very good points, thanks Zeo. I bet the three traitor Zoalords must despise that little aspect of the chain of command . So basically while Zoalords are compelled to obey those higher up than them they can resist if they try hard enough, and their thoughts are their own, i.e. an Elite Zoalord couldn't take a peek inside an Apprentices mind & know what they're thinking etc. Makes sense, otherwise no one would be able to trust anyone else because someone else could have taken a look into their subordinate's head and learned something they didn't want shared. Plus, the three traitor Zoalords couldn't possibly remain in power if their treacherous thoughts were an open book to the steadily increasing number of Master level Zoalords in Chronos. When Khan took over Aptom & turned him into Evil Aptom he gained somesort of energy weapon called the Molecular Accelerator that could disintegrate a target with ease, that could probably be worked into a Zoalord, and is the only example of a molecule based attack in the guyver canon thus far. And as for Microwaving, perhaps a Zoalord equivalent of Zencrebe? He's supposedly able to microwave a target thanks to the fluid magnets in his spikes, we never got to see him use that ability before Guyver III killed him but the data files from the Guyver Anime booklet and online say he had em. A Zoalord could probably take an ability like that to the next level thanks to its zoacrystal's power output. Lasers can be used to make atoms cold? Ya mean like a freeze ray?

Time War (Topic 2 - Preview Part 4)
Zoaknight replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
So the Dragonlord event still occurs and then after that its a big gap in time in which Chronos builds its command structure & the ACTF readies for the resistance movement? Wicked I'm guessing that the only real difference will be that Kahn wasn't taken out by Aptom after escaping Sho. BTW, if Sean's the longest active Guyver, that Jason knows of, will he be adopting a bit of a mentor type of persona? Show Jason the ropes of being a Guyver? -
I'd been experimenting with the idea of a Zoalord that can control either heat or cold or both for a while but couldn't really think of an explanation for how to do so, well, beyond Zektole's ambient heat absorption ability, basically able to absorb light from the sun for power but unlike Neo Zektole the Zoalord body would be able to handle the strain of all that power, & by absorbing heat for powering up he/she could freeze the area around it as a side effect, but I think Destrol has that trait covered already with his ultimate white hole attack. Never thought of the molecule idea though, temperature control in and of itself is a pretty versatile ability, being able to freeze an enemy solid or burn em alive/vaporize em, etc. I imagine a Zoalord that could manipulate molecules beyond just temperature control would be absolutely brutal to face in battle, I mean, they could undo your molecular structure & pretty much tear ya apart or do god only knows what else.
-
Yeah, molecule manipulation to generate cold or create snowstorms like Marvel's Storm would be more of a Disciple or Elite Zoalord's thing, releasing a freezing mist or spraying liquid nitrogen would be more of an Apprentice's ability. Speaking of which, I wonder, as of the rewrite, will only Arcanfel & Imakarum have the power to look into and control the minds of the other zoalords? Or, will every Zoalord be able to read/control the minds of any Zoalord lower on the totem pole than they are? For example, Alfrid Drano could see inside the mind of the Navigator Apprentice Zoalord Kirsten if he wanted to or Kahn could order Kalika to do as he tells her with a telepathic order command, etc. Or will only Arcanfel and his absolute highest ranking vassals be able to do stuff like that?

Fanmade WG universe Hyper Zoanoid data file: Genofury
Zoaknight replied to Zoaknight's topic in Fan Fiction
Well, its not my intent to give Genofury unlimited stamina, just enough to do its job and utilize its advanced features without exhausting itself in a matter of moments. Stamina is what got PGZ killed in the anime, he wasted time showing off his fancy new weapons instead of using his time & energy wisely to kill Guyver 1. He had the right tools, but tired himself out before he could finish the job or do some real damage to the Guyver, and got himself disarmed & cut up, left to die at the hands of Lisker (I like the extra drama they added to the anime, like Lisker & Zerebubuse being old rivals & giving both baddies more screen time instead of limiting them to "monster of the day" type roles). The Genofury would tire in time, but not THAT quickly. The assassinoids, Neo Zektoles (Sully's versions), and bio titans possess some impressive powers but don't seem to suffer from limited lifespan or short combat time. I realize they have different power sources but given that Genofury isn't intended to be a Bio Titan replacement it should be able to handle what i give it as long as I provide it with a means of recharging itself & powering its attacks. -

Agreed, it'll be cool to see how different or similar the characters have become or how long they've been in the fight for. Also, those flyers are definitely a cut above previous flying models, I'm guessing they're Hyper Zoanoids? Be cool to see more of them in the future -

Hyper Sensors, Etc.
Zoaknight replied to Azaar's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
I always thought the Hyper Sensors were essentially HIGHLY advanced motion sensors that could pick up an approaching or nearby enemy even if they're behind a wall or something, or an incoming enemy attack, etc. However, when was it shown that hyper sensors could detect whether someone was a zoanoid or not? Also, that gap ya mentioned about Stealth Zoanoids must mean that invisible Zoanoid Khan used to stalk Guyver 1 & Bio Freezer & set Aptom up to become his puppet right? I always wondered how exactly his stealth mode worked, apparently it rendered him invisible to the naked eye as well as to the hyper senors on a guyver, took Sho a long time to figure out something was wrong...I wonder if that issue concerning the perception gap has been solved in the Assassinoids and Gliddeans in the Warrior Guyver stories, or if it could be fixed so that a Guyver couldn't sense the stealth zoanoid until its too late. -
Fanmade WG universe Hyper Zoanoid data file: Genofury
Zoaknight replied to Zoaknight's topic in Fan Fiction
Well, in essence the Genofury is supposed to be akin to a Powered Zerebubuse who's stamina problem has been solved and its arsenal improved, provided with Elegan type power cells to increase his endurance and power his weapons with electricity...But if necessary i could take it another step further and make it akin to a Bio Titan with Bio Fusion as its power source, was trying to avoid that though since my creature is supposed to be a replacement for the Powered Zerebubuse and Neo Zektole, a Neo Hyper Zoanoid that is not only powerful BUT readily mass produced (something to help conserve the Bio Titans for more important tasks & better Chronos' forces with better lower level Neo Hyper Zoanoids). If I went the Bio Fusion route, the Genofuries would be like Bio Titans modeled after Powered Zerebubuse rather than Neo Zektole, or like how Gliddean is modeled after Thancrus, etc....Meaning it may not be able to serve the special role I had in mind for them. P.S. I deeply appreciate all the thoughtful advice and information thus far gang, seriously helps to get my rusty gears turning -

Mutronics Live Action and so on.
Zoaknight replied to OnyxPhoenix's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Ah! Thanks McAvoy, so yeah, looks like he'll be wanting to keep that Acear unit then for that little extra boost. However, if their units are the same, no Mark II tech, then how come he has shoulder blades? Thats not typically the norm for a Warrior unit, then again, Warrior Guyver II is a bit odd as well since despite being a type II unit he only has two swords on each arm whereas most other warrior units, even ones lacking CPMs or Matrixes, have at least two swords per arm. -
Mutronics Live Action and so on.
Zoaknight replied to OnyxPhoenix's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
I wonder if the blades in the shoulders are meant for slashing/stabbing at the enemy while rushing or tackling. Since a Praetorian unit is an upgraded Warrior Guyver unit it should possess polymorphic swords like any other warrior unit, so his shoulder blades can probably lash out like tendrils to hack and slash at his enemies. Well, an Acear unit would make his Praetorian Guyver unit even tougher wouldn't it? I imagine he'd welcome the extra weaponry an acear provides even in his warrior form, there are plenty of other, stronger fighters out there even now that he's a Praetorian afterall. He can also pass the Acear on to someone else if he feels the need to do so, not like its permanently bonded to his armor or something. -
Time War (Topic 2 - Preview Part 4)
Zoaknight replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Very cool, are they standard types or hyper zoanoids? I'd like to see data files for em someday Also, wasn't Sho the first active Guyver in modern times and not Sean? That part confused me, otherwise, this preview of part 4 was great! I liked how it explained all the strange abilities of his unit that Jason had to get used to, like mind reading and feeling no fatigue or hunger until after he deactivates his unit. Also, though brief, I liked seeing Powered Zerebubuse in the story and Jason's brief difficulty/surprise at his advanced Neo Hyper Zoanoid features -
Light manipulation, heat, electricity, magnetism ...Damn, sounds like Edward didn't get the full package his plasma power could provide if all he could do was fire energy balls. I mean, he had the dimensional abilities too of course but it sounds like all those other plasma effects would have been alot more helpful in a battle against someone like Apollyon. Thanks for the links and info Zeo

Nope, completely different zoanoid, I'm looking for a pure melee combatant with only a single high frequency sword on one arm, but very gnarly looking Thanks anyway man, I appreciate the thought and effort
-
Oh, I don't think Guyot's gonna take down Arcanfel, he's still much weaker than he was before without a Zoacrystal in his head, I'm just saying he's likely gonna raise all kinds of hell now that he's back. With Guyver II F's help I could see him setting up one of his Sponsors for a fall and stealing a zoacrystal to restore his power & gain complete access to their stuff. Imakuram vs Guyot....Dude, that fight MUST happen, its way overdue. Its time those two settled the score, Zoalord to Zoalord I also can't help but wonder how IM is gonna handle Sho now that he can Exceed, I mean, he kicked his ass when he Guyver Gigantic, but then was almost killed by Gigantic Dark...Think Arcanfel may boost Im's strength so he can handle a Gigantic or an Exceed?
-
Does anyone know the name of the Hyper Zoanoid who fought Valcuria/Female Guyver II F on page 18 & 19 of book 26? He's the one with the GIGANTIC high frequency blade on one arm and the two pronged head & single cyclops type eye (or at least i assume that was its eye ). Been looking for a data file on him as well as a an image of him outside of Guyver Advocacy without much success. He didn't last too long against Guyver II F but I liked his bizarre design, truly alien looking, and his blade was just cool
-
I like his Spider Tank mode, but I agree its better that his spider half is actually several hyper zoanoids combined together to form a transport rather his actually lower body. I bet those zoanoids are a force to be reckoned with even on their own, but of course when combined together they make a mobile battle fortress The three traitors seem to specialize in zoanoids that can merge or combine together to form a more powerful combatant. Assuming Guyot hasn't recieved a dummy crystal to replace the zoacrystal he lost, those spiderlings probably help to sustain/amp up his bio energy levels. Clearly he's more than a match for hyper zoanoids in his current state, but it remains to be seen how he'd fair against full zoalords...I imagine he has plans for Valcuria that involve him getting the upperhand over his two "sponsors" Always destroy all traces of the enemy so they don't come back/revive later, even Alkanphel made that mistake in regards to his first and only meeting with Aptom (granted, he PWNED him & put the fear of God into him, but he regenerated all the same).
