Dreadnought Self Defence System
Zoaknight replied to Spartan Warlord's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
So theoretically speaking if Jason ever went off the deep end or felt an extreme need to increase his power the Matrix could either upgrade his unit or alter his body to do exactly that? Wild. And yeah, now I remember the friend and foe system, I wonder if the Acears, Kavzars, Assassin Guyvers like Isis, and Tonnin possess friend or foe systems as well? -
I can't chose between Arcanfel or Imakuram, both are epically badass in my book and have such AWESOME Zoalord battle forms...ugh, I hate indecision >_< Hi everyone, I'm Zoaknight, I'm new here, sup? XD

Dreadnought Self Defence System
Zoaknight replied to Spartan Warlord's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
If Dreadnought switches into a self-defense mode like other Guyvers do then I imagine he'd be the last person you'd want to be near if his brain was suddenly taken out and his unit took over...A "normal" guyver in self-defense mode is bad enough, something like Dreadnought that rivals a Master Zoalord in strength would be like a force of nature unleashed! However, its been a while since I read the Dreadnought data file in detail so for all I know Dreadnought may possess some special friend or foe system that enables it to tell the difference between enemy forces and friends of the unit's host (can't say for certain). But yeah, if Dreadnought did have a self-defense mode and didn't have a way of distinguishing friendlies from hostiles, then it would plow its way through any conceivable threat by any means available to it just as any other guyver would do. -
Sorry dude, I'm not even sure if its written down anywhere as to how physically strong a Libertus is without the unit-G, let alone with it. It would be monstrously strong though, seeing as that Libertus seem strong enough to tear Hyper Zoanoids apart with ease (though part of their success comes from them being healed by Grizelda during battle and Grizelda taking over the minds of Chronos zoanoids)

Code Name: Barbarak Class: Anti-Libertus Hyper Zoanoid Development Code: Classified Serial Number: Classified Height: 9ft Weight: 700lbs Status: Official Hyper Zoanoid Type Description: In response to all the damage Zeus’s Thunderbolt has inflicted upon Chronos installations in the United States, Dr. Barcus has charged Umbra Domino, his apprentice and one of the new generation of Zoalords created to restore the Council of Twelve, to develop a new series of Anti-Libertus type hyper zoanoids, which as the name implies are to be specially optimized to defend Chronos from the rogue actions of the Guyver III Agito Makashima and his rogue zoanoid forces, the Libertus and their Zoalord leader Griselda, formerly Shizu Onuma. Barbarak is the first successful Anti-Libertus zoanoid to be developed and is quickly being mass produced in Chronos bases all over North America, with plans to produce it overseas as well to further limit Zeus’ Thunderbolt’s movements. This zoanoid closely resembles a cross between the old Danaplus, Borzel, & Zencrebe models only with a Zektole like exoskeleton, is black with red horns, claws, and spikes, eye color is green. Physical strength: heavy muscle augmentation, dense bone structure, and superior bio-energy reserves enable this zoanoid to equal a guyver in terms of sheer brute strength, granting it the strength of 100 men. Durability= durability was Lord Umbra’s chief concern when developing this new breed of Zoanoid, for past battles between Chronos hyper zoanoids and Zeus’s Thunderbolt Libertus has shown that even with advanced offensive weaponry our zoanoids were unable to stop Griselda’s pawns from literally tearing them limb from limb with their uncanny strength. To make matters even worse, Griselda’s ability to heal her wounded troops made it so that even when our soldiers did manage to injure the enemy they did not stay that way for long, making it impossible to wear them down over time. To remedy this issue, Barbarak was given a special hybridized body armor featuring the best properties from the armors of the two best armored hyper zoanoids of the past, Neo-Zektole and Powered Zerebubuse. What this means is that Barbarak’s armored form is virtually impenetrable, able to easily withstand nearly any form of impact, from a Libertus’s blows to a Guyver’s pressure cannon, and on top of that it cannot be cut by high frequency swords since its armor vibrates at the same frequency. As if that was not enough, the numerous armor piercing spikes covering its body can generate a force field powerful enough to withstand the bioblasters of a Libertus mode B or the kamikaze attack of mode C, and when working together in a group they can combine their shields to protect their Zoalord commanders and essential sections of Chronos installations from being vaporized by mulitple bioblasts/suicide attacks. Speed= despite its size and bulk this zoanoid can more remarkably fast and has very quick reflexes, a handy ability to have since as per its purpose as an Anti-Libertus type hyper zoanoid the Barbarak often does battle in the confined spaces of Chronos installations. At top speed it can run at 180miles per hour, but rarely does so since its deployed as security guards for Chronos bases. Offensive weapons= Unfortunately, attempts to outfit this zoanoid with bioblaster type weaponry have thus far failed, or to be more precise, all the bio-beam equipped prototypes proved to suffer from severely weakened stamina, unable to handle the strain of both the bioblasters and all its highly specialized defensive optimizations, much like powered zerebubuse. Convinced that defense was in the end the best offense, Lord Umbra decided to scrap the bio-beam equipped versions of this zoanoid until a solution to the stamina problem could be found. Also, it was deemed unnecessary to equip this zoanoid with high frequency blades since the high frequency armor covering its body render it impervious to such weapons anyway, that combined with its great strength, razor sharp teeth and claws, armor piercing spikes, and the horns on its head are really all it needs to rip a Libertus asunder, or even tear the Zoacrystal or Control Medal from the foreheads of Griselda or Guyver III. In short, this Anti-Libertus zoanoid was designed to be the ultimate defensive type melee combatant, perfectly suited to defending Chronos property and personnel without inflicting too much damage on the interior of a base. Senses= Barbarak has excellent senses designed to alert it of threats to itself and the base it guards quickly if a Zoalord does not alert it first. Its sense of smell is keener than a shark’s and its eyes possess infrared and x-ray vision, enabling it to track invading Libertus forces even behind walls. Its sense of hearing is acute as well, equal to that of a Vikarr biosonar type zoanoid. Special Features= To prevent this powerful zoanoid from being turned on its comrades and masters by the mental commands of the Zoalord Griselda, Barbarak has been programmed to only respond to very specific thought wave patterns, namely those of Zoalords loyal to Chronos and Lord Arcanfel. This of course means that Barbarak will ignore any thought wave patterns it does not recognize as amongst those of its masters, rendering Griselda and even the two traitor zoalords Luggnag and Jervil unable to convert this loyal servant of Chronos. Furthermore, Barbarak has been given anti-aptom anti-bodies inorder to prevent its unique features from being absorbed by the turncoat Lost Number. What ya think guys? Okay for a first attempt at an OC zoanoid data file? :mura:

Most definitely, story could go anywhere from here with all thats going on the whole Guyver 2 F storyline alone could go in so many different directions, both because of the nature of her unit and because the bed ridden Barcus claimed she was a greater threat than Agito Makashima! A statement which shocks and intrigues me to no end...What could she know about Chronos that would make her the second most dangerous Guyver on earth? Also, like you said, I'm interested to see what Guyot's got up his sleeves now that he's "The Spider Lord" and if the remover will work on Guyver II F. If her Chronos made control medal can't be affected by the unit remover than it gives her an advantage that would likely shock even the clearly unhinged Guyot, though that advantage could turn into a disadvantage if it turns out in the end her control medal really is defective afterall. We already know her guyver unit has at least one defect, namely how it doesn't reconstitute her clothes after she deactivates her unit, but there could be other problems as well if Barcus was too afraid to activate the unit before now (can't have Arcanfel bonding with a defective unit afterall or otherwise he would have given it to his Master already). P.S. I laughed my ass off when Sho forced the Gigantic off of Agito and the big creep found out he lacked the willpower to call it back, the look on his arrogant face was priceless..."I lost...TO THAT FUKAMACHI?!"

Understood Sully, but I don't recall mentioning anything about the fanfic in this thread (i was referring to whether or not the remaining Zoalords in the manga would be able to replenish their numbers with now four Zoacrystals in Apollyon's hands). However, if you're theory about Imakuram doing all of this to strengthen Arcanfel is true then perhaps it won't matter since the Boss Man himself may be making a comeback, or perhaps plans to select new, trustworthy candidates for the zoacrystals (Imakuram's link to Arcanfel is apparently absolute so Arcanfel can trust his judgement better than he could Barcus's since it is his own judgement...regardless, Edward only had to die because Arcanfel wanted everything to be done in secret perhaps?)

Thanks Largo & Sully Anywho...What could Apollyon want with those crystals? Just to ruin Arcanfel's plans for revenge? Assuming he's really a Uranus of course "wonders if this means no new Zoalords shall be joining Chronos to replace the fallen..."

Hi guys, I'm brainstorming ideas for four Zoalord OCs I'm working on, and was wondering if you could give me some feedback on what ya think of them? Lorelei Rhinehart= A female Zoalord in possession of powerful hyper sonic sound attacks capable of atomizing nearly anything in her path, or disrupting the control medal functions of a Guyver Gigantic. Her hypnotic voice can be used for less destructive purposes as well, such as influencing the minds of humans and strengthening her control over zoanoids (she poses as a popular new singer in an all zoanoid band, basically helps to make Chronos look good in the eyes of their subjects). She also has body armor that vibrates at the same frequency as Guyver blades (just like Powered Zerebubuth). Her Zoalord form resembles a cross between a basic female Zoalord form and the hyper zoanoids Noskov and Mymluzee. An alternate possibility would be for her to be a former Silha mermaid turned Zoalord, with a sea serpent type Zoalord form. Conan or Ulric Schneider= A zoalord who is secretly in fact one of the werewolves of Silha Island, chosen by Arcanfel, Imakuram, & Barcus for being the fieriest hunter & warrior of his kind and for his devotion to Arcanfel, a God in the eyes of his species. His Zoacrystal enables him to take human form much like Waferdanos once did but his Zoalord form is very similar to his original werewolf form only optimized with Zoalord features. His body contains the same Enzyme acid as Enzyme 3 only more potent, can be secreted from his fangs and claws (he's a melee combatant). His true name can't be spoken in human tongue so Arcanfel gave him a name that could be, can't decide on either Conan or Ulric Schneider just yet, both first names mean "Wolf" while the last name means "cutter." Alexandra Armstrong= Another female Zoalord who served in the U.S. special forces, but was in reality an agent of Chronos. She's very military minded and has a Zoalord form that resembles Edward Caerleon's battle form only without the feathers and with Aptom like bio missile pods in her shoulders, legs, and wrists (possess the same barrier breaking abilities as Kahn's). Umbra Domino= Still working on this guy but I picture him looking like a more demonic version of Arcanfel's angelic looking form, only black and red in color and possibly with a spade tipped tail. He's pretty much still a mystery even to me . he may be a student of a Barcus's though, perhaps a young genius prodigy with a knack for creating truly menacing zoanoids... What ya think?

I FINALLY caught up to the part where Guyot returns as somesort of freaky Zoaspider type creature, and man oh man am I psyched! It sucks than Purgenstal's death has more or less been confirmed though since its not likely Barcus would have removed his zoacrystal if he'd still been alive...Oh, and Edward got PWNED by Apollyon, who apparently is either a Uranus come to finish off his creations or Arcanfel in disguise (evidence for that being that Edward called him "my lord" before his Zoacrystal was torn out). Chronos SERIOUSLY needs to create some new Zoalords soon to replace the four they've lost (assuming Edward really is dead and can't be revived/restored), and when they do make them they had better design them with Anti-Guyver Gigantic combat in mind since so far most of the Zoalords save Arcanfel, Imakuram, and Khan seem woefully unequipped for the job Also, I wonder why they call her Guyver II F instead of just Guyver 4? I mean, calling her female guyver 2 really only makes sense if she's an imperfect clone of Lisker or her unit was cloned from the biomaterial of the original Guyver unit 2 before it was destroyed. She's an awesome character so far, but her name and reasons for leaving Chronos seem pretty unclear. I also wonder how on earth Chronos is gonna compete with Sho now that he has the power to turn into a literal GIANT! I mean I doubt all the Zoalords can go jumbo sized like Khan so they're gonna have to come up with some way to beef up the power of the Zoalords to keep them as viable threats (main antagonists afterall, can't have the hero win too easily). P.S. I've been reading Fox Manga translations of Guyver and its proven to be a good translation so far but it seems to be missing certain chpts, like the beginning of Edward's fight with Apollyon & how Guyver II F came to be...Anyone have a link to a better site?

Will the recent events that have taken place in the Guyver manga up to volume 27, such as the appearance of "Apollyon," his actions, and the Gigantic's battles with the Zoalords be addressed in the fanfiction? Don't want to get into too many specifics cause i don't want to spoil anything for other fans who haven't read the manga yet (I've been having a BLAST catching up ) -
Thanks for the link Armageddon Murakami, Guyver 1, and Aptom salute you! :mura: :apt:

Hi guys, I had a chat with Sully recently about a pic request and he suggested I open a topic for "most wanted" pic to be done for the site. Personally, I'd like to see a pic of either Zariyan in her new and improved Assassinoid enhanced Disciple Zoalord form OR a pic of the Gliddean Neo Hyper Zoanoid Kalika created (but I'm leaning toward Zariyan most though), but of course this topic is open for everyone to voice what they'd like to see most first. So voice your wants folks, depending on what everyone wants to see most Sully shall get around to drawing it for us when his busy schedule allows it

WG-Fic site structure change - Looking to the Future
Zoaknight replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Oh well, thanks for explaining the situation to me then Sully, good luck with all the big changes ya gotta make (looks forward to more details on Zeugma, Elera & her uncle, Tonnin, & Kalika). I imagine Zeugma must have had a hard time adjusting, she'd been created to rule over humanity as its most advanced member much like Arcanfel had only to wake up to find Chronos rules the world and the people she's allied with don't wish to serve her and that the majority of non-Chronos sympathizers think of Zoalords/Zoanoids as monsters rather than the ultimate evolution of humanity (that has to get annoying real fast, lol). Tonnin and Kalika's past partnership has interested me as well. BTW, would it be okay to contribute data files or fanfics to the site? Not canon with the official Warrior Guyver universe of course just fan work? Where would be the best place for those amongst the threads? -
Hibernation time eh? Quick! Look for him on Silha Island! He may be on a time share with Arcanfel

Awww...That sucks, I roleplay on a few other forumns and thought it would be fun to try with a Guyver setting (as long as we set some ground rules and have a game master incharge to prevent god moding). Sorry to hear the last one didn't go so well

WG-Fic site structure change - Looking to the Future
Zoaknight replied to Sully's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
I'd like to see data files on new Zoanoid/Zoalord & Guyver characters recently introduced (once Seven Days is complete of course). I'd like to try writing a story or two for the warrior guyver site if thats still possible, sounds like a fun way to give back to stories I've been reading since highschool (god I feel old now that I realize how long I've been reading these stories for ) -
Guyver Protozoalord
Zoaknight replied to Zoaknight's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
So there's no way to truly measure just how strong such a being would be? I figured if the guyver boosts your natural strength 100 x then it was a simple matter of doing the math to figure it out -
Guyver Protozoalord
Zoaknight replied to Zoaknight's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
Since a Guyver boosts a host's strength 100 times that of its norm, then that means a protozoalord possessing the strength of 100 men would gain the strength of 10,000 men, 150 men would become 15,000, and 200 men would become 20,000 men (assuming Murakami had strength equal to that of a full Supreme Zoalord minus the stamina necessary to keep it up). This is assuming the strength levels of the zoaforms in question are the same as described in the data files on the warrior guyver site (the original power levels they possessed prior to their upgrades during the warrior guyver storyline). -
Guyver Protozoalord
Zoaknight replied to Zoaknight's topic in Guyver Science / General Science Lab Forum
hhhmmm....Well, how strong was Murakami in his original protozoalord form? Was his strength level that of 100 men like a Guyver or was it 150 (like a Neo-Zektole) or 200 (like a Zoalord or Guyver Gigantic?)? -
Natasha is a Lost Number correct? The picture of her in guyver form is quite awesome, but shouldn't she look less like a bio-boosted human and more like somesort of bio-boosted zoanoid? I mean, i have no idea what her zoaform looks like or what powers she possesses, but I kinda expected her to look less human.
-
I was thinking that alot of other forumns I've been to possess roleplay sections where fans can come up with their own characters and storylines and play them out for fun, perhaps we could that here as well? It may help attract more Guyver fans to the forumn AND it would give us an excuse to place our own OCs into play. We could do scenes within the storyline of the original Guyver universe from the manga or we could try doing stories with the Warrior Guyver & W'kar universes (if their creators are okay with that). Is that possible for us to do here
-
How strong would a Protozoalord with a Guyver unit be? Would he possess nearly God like power like the Guyver Zoalord from the Warrior Guyver fanfics or would he be more along the lines of powerhouse type characters like Dreadnought, Zeugma, Arcanfel, Zeus, Kron, etc? A standard unit magnifies a living creatures power a hundred times I believe, so how strong is a Protozoalord normally?
-
Yeah, as far as I know there exists no form of bioarmor strong enough to withstand a high frequency sword of any caliber, BUT, it is possible to defend against such blades, for example... 1) Force fields, Zoalords and some hyper zoanoids have demonstrated the ability to erect energy shields capable of protecting them from energy and physical based attacks. 2) Speed, some zoaforms are quick enough to dodge vibrational sword attacks 3) regeneration, vibrational swords maybe be able to cut through anything but they can't do any permanent damage if a Zoanoid possesses a quick healing factor (like Aptom or a bio-titan) In the case of Derzerb, his only real defense against vibrational swords would be to get the guyver in its grip before the blades reach him OR to use his napalm breath or its ability to release great amounts of heat around itself to ward his opponent off.

Very cool, can't wait to see who ultimately helps send the Grakkens packing
