I still think the Rose is a good one... I think you should add a Psychosian with a Mushsroom motif. Mushsrooms have toxins that can cause psychological effects like delusions not unlike some drugs.

The Rose Psychosian would be good.

Well, toku warrior try not to use another villain by an established universe. I think we should our own villain like say the Evil Tsukasa...? Or we have to come up with another more powerful villain.
