Cosmos Kaijin will be changed. And also Tsukasa might find that communicating with Ikari sounds like he's talking to a Star Wars character mixed with the Samurai. I will explain in the Cosmos topic thread.
-
Guys becos we are revamping Cosmos, Chapter 1 will need some rewriting as we might be taking out the Necrophites.
-
After much discussion with Spectre555, we had decided that we had to revampe the whole concept of Cosmos but still keep it in space. More to come.

I think I have the solution. I think we can have an episode when ANT had to replace the Nanobot factory inside him. Dun forget the RAM had captured some of Cyberdyne equipment and thus managed to find out what turned ANT into what he is. For Cosmos I would say you try the Covenant mix with the aliens from Independence day. They probably looking for new planets to stripmine and then move on. To rope in the history of Kabuto, perhaps the Natives and Worms were victims. Perhaps you can make the humans join an alien alliance with the Natives to defeat. This will mean the Necromorph concept maybe out of the window.

Err you sure... it took a Justice League to take them down. Can two Riders do that? Especially in the beginning when Ikari is still having trouble with his suit. Another thing is the motive why do they want to destroy humanity. Dun forget humans ain't a race worth much to kill.
-
A Covenant? Hmm You better tread carefully on this. You dun want to turn Cosmos into Master Chief

Hey guys I just have a problem with ANT Okay as far as you know since ANT is a nanobot type Rider. His healing factor would make him like immortal since it like prevents him from aging and also heals his injuries very quickly. Spectre and I are thinking if we can give him some kind of weakness that will make him mortal. Perhaps the nanobot factory inside Mamoru is not immortal and if it's not replaced then ANT might lose his powers? Also wouldn't his nanobot factory figure out how to "fix" the factory since he can scavenge molecules from the environment?

Agito like Medulla as you have mentioned the belt is part of his body. It would be impossible for Agito to be such an easy target. But bobby sorry to say but since Medulla's belt is part of his body, he will have to go much suffering.... T_T

The prelude to the escape will star our Riders imprisoned by Tartarus. Riders's whose henshin devices are part of their body like Medulla or ANT will be chained up to a wall or on some operating room. Riders whose henshin devices are just an accessory will be put like regular prisoners behind bars and force fields. We need to put to a vote which two Toei Riders when deprived of their henshin device will be unable to fight and thus end up captured along with the rest of the group. Ryotaro Nogami is a must becos his Sands of Time Sekai will ensure that our riders can escape without a trace. Another thing is also the humor that he will provide when the imagins possess him from time to time since the Imagins can traverse dimensions from the Sand of Time Sekai and see where he is captured.

Hi V Guyver I did had the same opinions and sentiments as you... However it just dawned on me that its not just Rider but overall entertainment has been going down slope recently. I believe Spectre555 has sensed the same thing in anime as well. Anyway the same thing happened in the Transformers franchise when Revenge of the Fallen came out or when the Transformer movie franchise came out... I believe the debate is just as fierce as the Rider debates.

After World 1 or 2 maybe, But this will be small snippets. For example, we can have one chapter that starts with " Meanwhile......" Then lets say We showcase Shadow being questioned and tortured.
-
Well regarding the escape I will deal with that. Basically the other Riders were tortured and stuff. However ANT being the nanobot rider in our group served to help the Riders collect information using his nanobots to hack the Tarturus systems. After he collect all the info needed. Then he wakes up to wreck havoc like a Transformer in a china shop.
-
But dun turn our Riders into weapons....
-
Could you post this in BW also so he gets the message?

I think Toku Warrior pulled out Neos if I am correct... ANT is the 3rd world.
-
I just started my new job this week so I haven't got time to do Kero or ANT. Recently, KR Accel's appearance made me change my mind about his color scheme.
-
Not exactly sure............ But i think since Enkou replaced Neos, he is the 2nd world.

Kamen Rider W (Double) Series discussion
Tales replied to Toku Warrior's topic in Japanese Entertainment
I was thinking that the Claydoll would start to have second thoughts of being a Dopant. -
HEy do post this at Beyond Words too.. Lets collect the opinions of others. I think we can say that we have to reduce their screen time & just that they are fighting this War against Tartarus at the same time.

I was thinking We will need the Denliner to help with the Rider escape. Becos Kamen Rider G will be using his own DIY dimension device to travel and this will attract unwanted attention via energy signatures especially if he returns to his own world. So if G wants to travel he would use the Sands of Time Dimension which will makes tracing impossible. So in the escape, G will get the riders to go to the Sands of Time dimension and then get the Denliner to take them into infinity where they can never be traced. Another thing is Cosmos will have to demorph or else the Denliner cannot function properly.

the head banging sounds horrid.... he could damage his head. I think number 2 is better.

Trust me I was one of those long time fans. But as I became an amatuer CG artist, I can see that the boxy old designs would look unrealistic in realistic lighting situations despite being easier to render. But then the Transformers live action movie was just a new interpretation of the old franchise. Franchises change according to time. However Dragonball evilution movie will never be regarded as part of the Dragonball franchise as it's not faithful to the original even in one tiny bit. For example, instead of making piccolo the villain. They can either use Freeza whom even non fans like me also knew that he's the villain. Piccolo was not a villain but on contrast an friend of Goku! They got it totally all wrong! However if one want's creativity they might as well make something new like Avatar! And I just watched the movie btw. Apart from the biological issues with the flying animals, the story feels like watching Star Wars or Jurassic Park as a kid, the sense of wonder!! I haven't feel that for a decade since the creativity slump in the 2000s

What's the bigger risk in your definition? Like say would you want to invest in a movie that ends up like box offices flop like Dragonball Evolution and get flamed by fans---> lose profits? But then, that's the predicament of movies being made in the box office. Using your example, they invested in Dragonball because it was already a household name. Everybody knows about dragonball, and thus, they expected the name itself to carry the movie. Also, the most common thinking that Hollywood has is that they want to make a movie that would be enjoyed by everyone. With this thinking alone, die hard fans would be very critical of how the movie will be directed. Which is why the story and setting of the Dragonball movie has been somewhat tweaked so that it would suite the taste of average joe who has no knowledge of the movie. Of course this move will irrate long time fans. But then, this is where it gets tricky. If they make a movie that is very faithful to the original source, wouldn't this be what you would call "media losing their creativity"? They just have to use it in the right way. But if it's a franchise with over decades of history, and they just tweak it until it's unrecognizable and even not faithful to the franchise. That's cheating the "average joe who has no knowledge" and irriating long time fans. This will risk even more becos the fans will get word around that it sucks and the investors will over time lose their investments. Let a look at a franchise like Transformers, if M. Bay did not care to go to Hasbro and learn about the franchise[which in my opinion Bay shouldn't have been chosen to be director.] I can bet with you that the fans will not like it and will want to kill him.
