  1. By the way, those are just the articles that I myself am working on. In total there are 155 articles currently, but that's subject to change. Some of them will be combined such as ZX-Tole and Neo ZX-Tole while other pages haven't even been created yet but will be.
  2. I've encountered this mentality some years ago, but it's become far more prevalent now. It scares me to think people can be this radical and bigoted in today's day and age.
  3. Mine was Thancrus too, followed by the not-so new anymore Hyper-Zoanoid that was like him. Whose left arm was a massive claymore-like vibration sword and was easily killed off by G-II F. I forgot who he was though. Anyways I've always liked Thancrus from the first moment I saw him in the OVA, I just thought his battleform was cool and I've always been partial to fast-attack type of characters. Even in fighting games I've always liked the fast type. Like Chip from Guilty Gear X as just one example, and it's the same in anime. Same reason why I like Hiei, so naturally Thancrus would be a no-brainer for me Just wish he would of had more screen time and not have been killed off so soon and easily.
  4. Yeah no problem at all. Just let me know what you want taken down or edited or w.e and consider it done
  5. Okay, so I know that there are more Hyper-Zoanoids then the one's listed, however I couldn't remember them all and they all seem to have died off relatively quickly in the manga with hardly any character development. If yours is not listed please feel free to post your favorite and list why.
  6. What if Apollon was actually the very first Creator that spoke to Archanfel, when he awoke for the first time, and felt guilty and/or bad about what his fellow companions tried to due to Archanfel? haha kind of like going back to check on him and make things right sense he was considered the true parent of Archanfel
  7. Skip to 12:20 in the video.
  8. You can check out the pages I've been working on lately. They are as following: Still under construction/Reconstruction: http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Malmot http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Genzo_Makishima http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Chronos http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Hyper-Zoanoid_Team_Five http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Gaster http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Elegen http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Derzerb http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Arizona_Incident http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_at_Relic%27s_Point http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/X-Day http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Richard_Guyot http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Friedrich_von_Purgstall http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Li_Yentsui http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Sho_Fukamachi http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Guyver_Unit http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Shinichiro_Yamamura http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Zerbebuth http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Empowered_Zerbebuth Completed or Near Completion: http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Zoalords http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Council_of_Twelve http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Zoacrystal http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Thancrus http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/ZX-Tole http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Neo-ZX-Tole http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Zoanoids http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Guyver_Advocacy http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Guyver:_The_Bioboosted_Armor http://guyver.wikia.com/wiki/Bio-Booster_Armor
  9. It's been a long time since I've said anything about this, but throughout the years I've gone through modes of working or editing things pertaining to information regarding to the Guyver on wiki. And recently, it's finally paid off! I have now become one of the official (if not the only official anymore or at least active) admin of the official guyver wiki and I have great plans and ideas for it. Much like I originally wanted to do with the wiki on this site. I have already transformed it into something new and different entirely. Giving it "color" so to speak. I am completely redoing the wiki and trying to "clean it up", to make it presentable and neat. I am modeling the wiki after the larger, more popular wiki's. Much like the bleach, dbz, naruto or yu yu hakusho wiki's. With pictures from the anime and so on. I also would like to add GIF images, and the different types of concepts of the wikis to it. Like quotes on the top of the pages, basic info below the main profile picture, like age, sex, race and so on. Here's the thing though, I saw somewhere that some members from JP were finding their work to be stolen on that wiki. This message was to a different admin and was some years ago, so I'm not sure if the issue has been resolved yet or not. Or if the old admin ignored it entirely. However someone suggested working hand in hand with JP. Having the official Guyver wiki team up with JP, That's what I would like to do. I already created a Guyver Advocacy page over there as well, and I am hoping that this is how things could run. You guys would no longer have to worry about maintaining the wiki on JP, JP could adopt the official Guyver wiki, with me as it's admin. I am kind of hoping that I can run the information that will be put on the wiki by you guys to "confirm it" and then I can post it. Kind of like a partnership. Any and all images you would like to be posted there under fanart, or to give the wiki more color and or life for attraction could be done as well. It's come a long ways from what it once was, but it's still has a way to go. I really like the idea of having the quote on quote official Guyver wiki being overseen by JP and the Guyver Advocacy, though again you guys wouldn't have to do much of anything, other than approve or reject the pages/information that I will be providing. I'll be the admin of the wiki but in truth, you guys would be the CEO's lol kind of like my bosses and would oversee everything, making sure it's accurate and such. What do you think?
  10. Really? I thought all he could do was manipulate hair particles and growth rate. Not actually change his physical shape/size or whatever. I mean he was a different creature without the Zoacrystal, but the Zoacrystal gave him a "humanoid" like form. I'm simply curious if he did in fact have a battleform or not. I'm kind of leaning to the idea that when he grew out his beard to the point to were it covered the entire fossilized relic, was his "zoalord" form but again I'm not sure.
  11. I tend to think and believe (didn't they say this as well?) that Guyver 0 was literally, out of control of the Unit itself. The human couldn't control, and or stop what he was doing. I'm pretty sure Murakami explained that the human couldn't control the suit of armor and that the suit was on the rampage; and is why the creators were so scared. They were terrified that not only could they not control the human wearing the suit, but the human couldn't either. It was entirely out of control, causing devastating damage to everything in its path. How would the human know how to use the suit of armor the way he did anyways? He was moving about, using the weapons like an expert. I think he would have been a blubbering fool like Sho was/is with the suit. Untrained and all. The suit was an experiment by the creators. The human had no idea what was going on. He couldn't stop it, he couldn't control it, he was simply a test subject. He wasn't trying to "get even" or "rebel" against the creators. He had no motives to find his "freedom". As others have suggested, the humans were most probably controlled by the creators as well, that's all they knew. They never knew they were controlled or even what freedom was. They didn't have any concept of free will, or living life on their own. They only knew what the creators wanted them to know. The suit was simply attempting to preserve itself. It was fighting to protect it's own existence. Remember, the suit can detect nearby threats, and will attack the closest, and largest threat to the host. I also tend to believe (as others suggest) that the Guyver perceived the telepathic commands, as a telepathic assault on the host. Thus, it attacked the creators to preserve it's life. The creators had no idea about this power. They were baffled at how strong, and powerful it was when it was equipped to the human. Is it so far fetched to believe that, they would also be unaware of the self defense mode and the suit controlling a weak minded host, rather than the host controlling the unit? It's obvious when the human was killed, he had no idea what was going on or what had happened; which is why I feel bad for him when Archanfel killed him.
  12. I always considered the "Zoalords" created by Chronos and Dr. Barcas to be "Proto-types" to the Zoalords the Creators made. I mean, can we even really call them Zoalords? They can't even scratch Archanfel!
  13. So did Waferdanos have three forms? We saw his "human form" after he had the Zoacrystal implanted into his skull. Then we saw his plant king like form when he removed it. Waferdanos being a completely different creature and older than Archanfel. Yet, did he have a Zoalord form? Was he reoptimized to have one? Or was his "Zoalord form" when he grew out his beard and it was super long? I thought that was still his human form and was only using some of his attacks while in that form. I'm not sure about this, and not sure if Takaya ever spoke on the matter.
  14. So does no one not have any theories regarding this, or was this simply an oversight?
  15. So I am ashamed to admit that I still do not understand the difference in both appearance and method of creation of the gravity bullets from Richard, in the anime. When we first see them they appear to be like miniature pressure cannons, created within the palm of his hand. We see a green energy aura around his hand (my guess being the aura showing the audience the various level of power: green = Proto-Zoalord power level Aptom was seen with a green aura later as well, gold = Zoalord power level, blue = Gigantic etc). Yet later on, we see Richard fire red energy like attacks from the crystal substance on his hand, which appears to be energy beams. Yet, he calls them gravity bullets as well. So I'm just confused about this in all honesty.
  16. So what are all the story arcs within the story? Like the Mt. Minikami arc for example. Speaking of which, does that include the first portion of the story too? With Genzo, Guyver II and so on, before Sho arrived at Mt. Minikami?
  17. Huh I had no idea about that Sal, thanks for sharing! I thought his work was unprecedented and revolutionary in the eyes of our understanding of neanderthals. But I myself have only read articles, watched youtube videos/reviews and listened to podcasts about it. I haven't actually gotten to read it myself. Just curious Sal, have you read it and if so what did you think about it (besides the articles you shared). I thought the idea was at least plausible.
  18. Possibly yes, and thank you! I just need to work on my resume before I move on to big things like that but I have complete access to in studio equipment, software programming, and borrowing/taking equipment outside for my own shoots.
  19. Is there a like a chronological list of books to read within his universe? Or are they just a lot of separate stories? Again my knowledge is really only limited to things like wiki's and such. I guess if I was going to get into his material were would you suggest I start?
  20. Hey guys, well the last two years have been rather crazy for me. Life is going by so fast it's crazy to think that I was only 17 when I first joined this site! Well, I've been certified this year for filming and using cable studios so that's awesome! Now I'm just working on my own various projects and such. Hopefully things will continue to move forward for me.
  21. Awesome! Thanks guys! I really appreciate it.
  22. We've already spoken about an origin's of life subject, unfortunately it didn't go too well. However, there is new evidence that suggest that neanderthals were not as "human" as we tend to think or have been depicted as. I suggest checking out Them and Us, a book that depicts the neanderthals as bloodthirsty savage like apes. More like Sasquatches than humans who hunted humans down, ate them and raped women. They are extinct now because the humans hunted them down because of how bloodthirsty and monstrous they were. This also would make sense and explain the origins of our own genetic fear of hairy monsters that are watching you in the woods, or in the darkness. And our strange obsession with hairy ape like men taking our women for breeding (much like King Kong, or the legends of Sasquatches, there are many stories and movies in Hollywood depicting ape men abducting women). Another theory also claims that neanderthals were not a "different" species at all, but were rather human beings who had aged to be well over 500 years old. A theory that is backed by the aging process of humans, becoming shorter, fatter, forehead expanding among other notable traits. They explain the reason why they died out is because humans do not age that way anymore or do not live past 100, generally speaking. Edit: Unfortunately no one knows for sure, we can only speculate with what limited knowledge and evidence we have on the matter.
  23. I've always wondered this, I've never had the privilege to read any of his books, but is H.P. Lovecraft's deities, old gods and so on based off of actual religious, pagan or demonic entities/gods or are they all created from his own imagination? I always thought it was interesting but the sources on his creatures seems limited to describing them within his own universe. I'm not really looking for more info with regards to their existences within his own stories, but anything referring to them outside of them. Like their inspiration or where he got the ideas for them. This may seem like an odd topic to many, but I actually really enjoy studying religions, belief systems and demonology. I have many various religious texts speaking about various entities and demonic beings. I ask this only because one of my books on demons and demonology actually speaks about Cthulu, really the only reason why I'm curious.
  24. I'm not surprised about this, I was actually waiting for Sarkeesian to say her stupid stuff about E3, just to get it over with and see what she says.
  25. Okay so this is pretty weird and not the best graphics or anything, but it did bring a smile across my face to think that Guyver is still more popular than people realize.
