Well said. Personally, I'm pretty much indifferent to this. I believe the tropes sections are user created right? No real context control, and they only pointed out loose examples in Guyver (well except maybe that one line between elegan and ZxTole...) So not to be taken seriously, but that bit about Chronos did get me thinking again. I mean, in the entire manga, just a handful of women, and no women at all in the ranks when depicted in the anime. Either Chronos doesn't trust women, or they are trying to bring views from past eras of male dominated societies.

Armor is probably only cosmetic, to hide the identity of the user. I doubt it's control metal related, but the alloy, might be something that radiates EMP and blocks telepathic senses, hence the lack of detection by Zoalords and the camera's malfunctioning. Perfect for a Zoalord in covert actions. Than again, those abilities could be the users altogether, since it's known that Zoalords can create energy fields, thus Zoalords probably have some degree of manipulation in blocking those type of observational methods.

Of course! before homophobia became the norm in recent history, it was perfectly acceptable to hold hands with a male friend walking down the street (it still is in Africa) and what's wrong with intimacy among guys who are brotherly. The evil Chronos organization is nearly an exclusively male operated with male exclusive male membership in high ranks and troops. This has led to some ambiguity amongst their leaders and ranks. Supreme leader Archanfel has a girly elfish appearance, and later ends up having a shared mind with and mutual loyalty to fellow Zoalord Imurikum. Imurikum in turn is often shown carrying a Archanfel in his arms. The "Hyper Zoanoid Team Five" members have a big deal of loyalty to one another, but Elagen and Zx-Tole are portrayed in the OVA to a high degree of this trope with lines such as "You have to hold on, I need your strength, I need you!" and "Oh, I'll do anything for you Elegan!"." Well, rip the video off that DVD, and save that DVD as a back up. Use windows explorer to burn a new DVD, they have a range of DVD menu's to use and you can add music. This way you have DVD you can play with a menu, and not risk any damage to your original copies.

It helps that Hellsing had the talents of Hayato Matsuo to compose for their OVA. I was thinking the same thing the other week as well, who not a new string of OVA's. This old long running anime's get better animation treatment than in TV series. Examples included in this weird trend includes Beserk!, and Hajime no Ippo.

You know, looking back at the images of Young Agito, he actually looks like a long lost Brother of Sho. Also, Agito, though his primary goal is revenge, he does see the bigger picture, if he was petty he would of killed Genzo and moved on. But instead he plotted the entire origination's downfall, knowing that it was the primary cause of his woes. It's his plans to take over the world himself to prevent his own life from being manipulated again that we have to worry about.

That's pretty ubsurd when you think about how successful Lucas Art's has been when compared to Disney's own in house videogame studio's. Those studio's only major successes in the last decade have been through their Square-Enix partnerships.

Diamonds aren't as hard as people think, many can break easily just from being dropped a few feet off the floor. In smaller sizes, they are purer in crystal formation, and harder to break while sharper. Personally, A Guyver VS Twilight fight is not much different from a Zoanoid fight considering twilight monsters are probably weaker than Gregoles.... and Gregoles can tear apart tanks. ...however, this does bring to me a blissful dream of a twilight massacre since I so dearly hate that franchise (though I do respect that they actually removed the silly non canon vampire weaknesses.

Edit: learned that there is a visigoth/portuguese form to bruno and added it, more likely the real meaning in my name. Resende is also a Visigoth/Portuguese name and Viana is a variation of an Latin/germanic name while Vitor is a latin name. So my name can have several interpretations. "Champion, Brown Son of Resendo Who Lives" XD or "Conqueror Armor, Son of Resendo, Who lives." The history of the names are interesting, considering the ethnic origins of a region, the names can say a good deal. My names alone show the legacy of the Roman and Visigoth invasions of Lusitanian lands.

Yeah, that does make me think back to when Shizu overheard Mizuki talking about Agito, and how it forced tears on her. She probably sees Agito as her other half, but seems to be in denial about who he's become at times.
