I need to solve the issue properly. I need to re-enable the code, I reported the incident via google, but it may be more effective for me to manually block what is causing you an issue. This is most likely a network that is targeting you specifically due to your browsing history on google sites and combined with this site's content. for example, it could be sending you car ads due to the nascar thread on here and somewhere else you might have visited. What I can do is I can manually block these ads or the ad networks but I need to know who it is in order to block them. I'll wait for your reply before I re-enable the code. it is actually against google code of conduct so by finding out who they are, I can block and report them and you can actually get retribution.

I want to add, Thank you for your patience River, To be honest, I am mortified that you have been experiencing this. I purposely placed the ads out of the way so they wouldn't get in anyone's way when visiting. I'm currently investigating with Google as to why this happened in the first place.

sure, I understand what you were saying, but my entire point was, if guyver 3 has red orbs and they are covered then it doesn't lead us to believe that they have an offensive use does it? I'm a bit uncomfortable about how you say, "yes, they are covered but not totally sealed off" as that is quite a strong assertion that is totally unsupported. the most natural assumption when not being able to see something is that it is not there. after all, that line of logic would be like saying "guyver one has 2 blades on each arm, the other one is just hidden". do you see what I'm saying? yes it is a possibility that he may have them and they7 may be hidden, but that is almost certainly a redundancy is it not? In any detailed renderings of those red orbs, they appear semi transparent and they have a red hue which strongly suggests using light in some way. being covered makes them next to useless so even then, it makes more sense to say they just aren't there. after all, if the guyver is such an advanced system, why waste energy on placing something that is going to be ineffective? of course we don't know for sure, the colour and the translucency could be completely irrelevant. the orbs may have nothing to do with the near light spectrum and the appearance may be 'just to look pretty'. To be honest though, that doesn't fit with guyver in my experience. Guyver has always followed some pretty sound logic. Who knows, they may have a specific use, and Guyver 3 may have a mechanism to 'uncover' some orbs that may be under a protective plate? I see what you're saying about collecting ambient particles, maybe like charged particles? ions? ambient radiation? I get that, how does a translucent coloured orb do that? I don't really know about collecting these kinds of atmospheric particles. my first thought would be some kind of magnetic assembly. I admit I have no ideas about that area and probably need to research it. I just see an orb of that configuration, like a lens. and a lens is usually used for EM particles travelling in a straight line. hence my concern about it being covered.

Then I need to ask you what happens when you go to other sites that have google code on them? because it seems odd that the google code here would be the sole source of any issues.

you say that as if I never read that or considered it. how does an orb that absorbs light or infra-red light, absorb anything when it is covered? That was entirely my point in fact.

it's been shown that zoacrystals can effect lesser zoaforms. like guyot stopping murakami in his tracks. Archanfel stopping guyot was likely a similar thing. since all zoacrystals were cleaved and cultivated from his own. he can use that to effect them in some fashion. Since griselda had a dummy crystal that was not based on any of the others as far as we know, it is likely that she cannot be stopped by hte other lords except maybe archanfel because he is basically superman.

still not really addressing the lack of red orbs on Guyver 3 though. if this were a collection system for energy for the head beam, then guyver 3 and gigantic dark would be at an extreme disadvantage, right? does that sound like Agito? the one who has 2 or 3 blades instead of one? no, if this were to do with offensive capability then Agito would have been granted more. This is making me believe that my earlier idea is maybe more realistic than I initially thought.

it needs to be said that there is NOTHING that would lead us to believe that the test type was in any way immune to a zoalords command. we have not seen the two in close proximity therefore the whole line of questioning is moot. funny, I'm pretty sure this has already been made clear... how long until people get it... there was no zoalord in the Tokyo vicinity. I think Lisker and Agito is an unfair comparison. Lisker may have been a hard-ass but Agito is freaking ruthless. Agito and Lisker had a similar upbringing, but they were also sort of opposites. Agito was an asset, he was a prize from his ruined family. Lisker was a valued member of his family. it may not have been all happy, but he is far from the twisted character that Agito is. The truth is, we don't know much about the other aspects of Liskers life. but we know Agito had nobody except the uncle that cause his family's ruin. Yes, he had Shizu, but he was not brought up around Shizu as far as we know. Of course we know that both Lisker and Valkyria had their families. apart from being elites and pushed hard to do well in school etc, they probably had a rather pleasant upbringing.

in out of control, guyver 3 seemingly teleported in at the end. it could have been camera shorthand for really fast movement though. I don't believe the red orbs collect particles. if they 'collect' anything, it could be absorption of ambient electromagnetic energy. that is plausible. I don't feel it is likely though. I get the impression they have a different function from the headbeam. I only compared them because they are the only orbs on Guyver that are coloured. another factor I had neglected. Guyver 3 does not have them. This is interesting because I had come across something in my research. UV light is linked with feelings of well-being in people. something to do with vitamin D synthesis I think. Guyver 3 is the darkest and nastiest guyver and is the least likely to want to be comforting to those around him. It sounds odd, but the red orbs could be the result of compassion. the part of a human being that wants to protect and make people feel safe. it is interesting because the red orbs are in the place on the head where the crown chakra would be, the connection to a higher power. this connection to a higher power is linked to feelings of safety and trust. so as odd as it may seem, the red orbs could be a system to help loved ones to feel safe.

oops. I got my distances wrong. the area where narisawa is likely to be is at least 180 km from mount minakami. The lake was at mount narisawa. I had a location for it a while back but i can't seem to find ti anymore. it is near tokyo anyway. has to be.

Doubtful, barcus was already in the mountain area, and under complete control of zoanoids in that area, as well as in town. While in the mountain highway and outskirts of town, he was still in range. I'd estimate the area is at least 60km away from mount minakami.

no, that area is nowhere near Takeshiro. it's clear that Murakami drove for a while to take shou to mount Minkamai. also, the real life counterparts from what we can gather, Narusawa and Matsushiro are many miles from each other. Narusawa is closer to Tokyo than it is to N prefecture. This is confirmed by how close the Segawa's parents live to Setagaya district.

Yes there is google ad code on the site, but I placed them out of the way. They are only banner ads and I placed them at the bottom so they don't get in the way of people using the site. They should not be causing any pop ups at all. I believe that is against Google's code of conduct. It is most likely due to some malware you might have picked up. Could you confirm if it is only this site that gives you those ads or has it happened elsewhere? if it is ONLY on this site, then it is something I will need to investigate with Google.

Thanks guyverfour, that is pretty interesting but I do think we should take what Patricia A. Munson-Siter says with a grain of salt. In the Manga, these originally appeared as metal structures like cylinders with indentations. Over time, Takaya sensei altered their appearance to be more orb like and they are clearly of a red hue. This was intentional. They were not made to be a silver hue like the guyver's other orbs, they are red. This is significant although we have yet to understand why. thinking as i type here as is normally the case. If we look at all the guyvers orbs, we see that the CM is silver, the gravity control sphere is silver, the multi direction sensory globes are silver, the vibration globe is silver. There is one other orb that is a different colour, the head beam. The head beam has the function of dealing with electromagnetic energy I believe. it is coloured because visible light is coloured to our eyes. a laser emitter is coloured to us. using this line of reasoning, looking at these orbs and seeing a colour, it suggests they operate with a form of energy that is within the visible light spectrum. let's think .... the headbeam fires infrared beam out using surplus heat from within the guyver. why is it green? green is complimentary colour to red. when we look at it, no red light is being released from it. so we could say it absorbs light in the red frequency and likely infrared. I guess it uses this as a energy build up mechanism. then perhaps at some point, after the energy is built up, the colour changes and the energy is released? it's a possibility anyway. so looking at those red orbs. they release red light alone but retain frequencies of the blue and green parts of the spectrum. maybe these orbs store up and release UV light for some reason. what applications could there be for that kind of thing... or perhaps these orbs are not intended to store up energy? maybe they are a controlled release mechanism for heat that is beyond the guyvers capacity to deal with. well I'm a bit stuck here. Maybe I'll come up with some more ideas later.

we should remember, the OVA wasn't a full series. It was two series. OVA 1 was the first six episodes that culminated in the destruction of Japan HQ. That's why team 5 were brought into it. They didn't plan to continue. Then OVA 2 was another 6 eps. The budget clearly wasn't that high for that series as a whole.

It is possible in extreme cases, they have even deactivated the cell division mechanism and may be why marmot/test-type/guinea-pig looked to be suffering from degenerative disease. his tissues were dying and had no replacement/repair process. It's also clear that his zoaform was not completed. The parts of the zoaform process that were completed were to do with muscle and bone growth but they hadn't gotten round to completing the information for skin alteration. It appears that his skin falls away and is not changed into zoanoid skin. well I have to backstep a bit because it is clear he regains his skin when he turns back into a human. perhaps there is an alternate process for when regaining human form. it would be different from normal human cell division and this may be why cronos scientists deactivated the normal division process. to commandeer that process for use in the transformation and restoration processes?

The decision was made to place a subforum in the guyver forum to display more exotic material. The idea of requiring some form of verification is a good idea but has too many drawbacks. first, there are plenty of youngsters who can get their parents credit card details anyway. second, some people would be too embarrassed to 'apply'. A subforum was decided to keep everything in one place. whilst it does appear like a bit of a club inviting people in, it also gives people a clear place to avoid if they should wish to. Clear disclaimers and guidelines have been placed. there is a support thread posted in the subforum for any questions and concerns. I have posted some initial images to give people an idea of how to go about it.
