heh heh, yeah philippe is a weird character. W is an odd series, as it's a totally new staff from all other heisei riders. I thik it's kind of entertaiing but not as good kamen rider as i become used to. well see if you like it.

ooh, this is very nice of you odin I actually just thought of a graphic i would like to get made. usually i would do it but my computer is on the blink. I would like a small logo for the guyver advocacy group. do you know the flashing emblem for VIP members? I would like something to go in the same position as that for guyver advocacy team members. It can't be in any way more better that the VIP badge because that was designed to stand out, I'd like teh guyver advocacy members to stand out but in a different way from VIP members and not quite so much. if you could come up with something for that, I would be very appreciative.

heh heh , otoya is a great character. there was a lot of upset about kiva about the story being somewhat unhinged. ah well apart from that, don't watch double x decade before double ... because it's not like a preview, it's like a flashback of sorts. it takes part during the W storyline and has flashbacks etc. it doesn't start off W really.. in any sense. you might actually get confused what with not being familiar with the characters.

the artist is doing a real nice job on them. I'm glad you managed to get a good artist to do this. I never would have been able to do such a fine job.

yeah the finale of doctor who was pretty awesome. the thing i love about this new series is that you don't get to figure out what is going to happen. it's not very predictable and it doesn't go over the top on anything. things just seem to move along sensibly and deliver quality story.

I will say this.... that kuwagata head is befitting of kamen rider. the rest is complete shite. I'm very disappointed with the direction kamen rider is heading. does anybody share my outlook or have anything positive to add? to elaborate.. what i think contributes to good design for kamen rider... ryuki was the start of a good design idea. blade, faiz, and kabuto were top notch. den-o went a bit silly and weird, decade was glaringly odd yet in some ways was kinda cool. W is a bit simple and cheap.. this is just ... I can't even describe. it seems like they haven't even tried. it seems like they are just trying to copy den-o. for some reason they think that by copying some elements of a successful show, they can get a successful show. this is stupidity. you can't take elements of a good thing and copy them and get a good thing. you can't repeat success like that. the reason den-o was popular was its originality. new show needs new originality. edit: oh dear, i've got more. are you really prepared for this? it looks to me like they have dressed him in a full body leotard with shiny paper stuck on it. they they have gotten plain moulded plastic chest piece and shoulder pads, with hardly any shape to them and stuck shiny paper on it. then they got a plain black helmet with bug eyes on it and got a slightly curved piece of plastic and stuck that on the front and stuck some shiny paper on it. this is absolutel SHITE. that costume looks like it cost about £50.

why are they changing kamen rider into pantomime? what the hell is with that girl wearing a freaking pirates costume?!?! kamen rider used to be about actual people, not cartoon characters. i think i found a sneak preview of next years kamen rider cast...

actually no, I don't know a lot about it beyond the two times i watched the tv series. the character holds a special place in my heart but other than that i not really bothered. don't like the film with that woman rider. don't like any games or anything else to do with it.

well judging by where 165 left off, I think I know what happens. although I'm gonna guess they put a lot more effort into that particular event. in the manga, it's like oh, ok so that happened. oh ok, what's going on now. but in the anime i think it'll be more like OMG, no, it can't be!! oh dear .. oh crap... can't wait til it's ready to dl.

this video is pretty scary. this video shows a real person being attacked by a wild animal in a zoo. be aware of this before watching, some viewers may find it upsetting. btw, it's not gory or bloody and nobody gets killed.

yeah hachibi is pretty cool I was kinda thinking at that time, in some way i think we're supposed to support sasuke... but i just really did not like sasuke for going after that guy for such a poor reason. I think that type of hunt for those guys is just utterly wrong. it's uhm... dishonourable!

which episode number is that? I'm just waiting for taka to release 166 but i have read the manga a bit of a ways further than this anyway. yeah I totally agree, reading it on the page is one thing, watching it in animated form is so much more powerful.

yeah i was a narutard after watching the zabuza arc for the first time. but anyway, of course i am watching other anime! well consider this... before i started watching naruto i was not watching ANY anime, so naruto actually brought me into this frame of mind of being more interested in anime for the time being. and i am still gonna watch dragonball. and i am getting d gray man, fairy tail, and welcome to the nhk. who knows if i'll stick with those, the only way to find out is by watching and seeing. I might also give abenobashi another try. I do want to consider though... what has happened to the state of tokusatsu these days... it is sad that the only toku releasing atm is kamen rider W and people don't seem to be overly excited about that anyway. it's MOST sad that sentai has just fallen into the pit of forgotten things. as far as i know, goseiger is not even worth comment.

ha ha , i decided to quit fullmetal alchemist. it is too depressing. it is SOOOOOOOOOO depressing. i watched about 5 or 6 episodes and then i thought maybe i want to curl into a ball and die. no, instead i'll select all episodes and hit delete. that's a better choice. hmm, so i watched episode 3 of naruto. i previously watched 1 and 2 recently. so i watched ep 3. now maybe i'll watch all of naruto again. hmmm, or maybe i'll just continue with my drama. i like these drama. i'm about halfway through zettai kareshi and i have almost half a series of rescue fire to finish off. as eether reminded me, there is nothing that can match up to naruto so I should not try to match it. well there is one thing that matches up... i might watch some of those earlier releases if my computer could cope. right now, I need to stick to the SD versions and hopefully no major strain on my pc. i think TVN is the best choice either case. their SD version is usually pretty standard as far as most of the fansubs i have seen.

so i think fma brotherhood won't be as depressing as the first series back then? well anyway... I have watched about 3 eps so far. I think after watching a fair few eps of dragonball, then watching this, I see a stark contrast in attention level. this got my attention right away. something about the way the characters act, the presence of backstory and the certain mystery elements. motivation etc. now to go back to dragonball, I saw goku and now he is missing something in particular. and now he is training with kame sennin. well i only went halfway through that because the last half was incomplete so I'll go back to that episode sometime soon. i think the most depressing thing i remember about the first fma was the chimera. i think that may be in this series as well, I am not looking forward to that part because i get the feeling it may upset me. but i'll be alright. maybe i can cast a more positive light on it this time around.

yeah i have thought of going on dragons den. the thing is, you need a viable reason for it. I'm actually a big fan so I know the score first thing i need is something to use as demonstration, so I need a prototype. once i get a prototype, I can iron out any details and get to work on patent application and merchandising. then get orders. once orders are gotten, go to bank and talk to bank manager, show him orders and ask for money to fulfil the orders. money goes back into business account from sales and ensuing profit is used to push further sales etc. looking at this plan, i don't actually see any need to go to the dragons. but then, I may see that as a possibility in the future.

thanks for that yes, I know that it's experience that is the most important thing. actually this monday i'll be taking the class myself for the first time. I mean, I've taught by myself before but generally it was only in small groups and most of the time, there was somebody else acting as organiser, but on monday, I'm top dog. i got a lesson plan made up already and should be fun. I actually think my lesson plan is better than what we normally do. the person I normally work with is an experienced teacher (years working in a school) but actually i don't think he is as experienced in language. most important thing though really is getting a start and that means money. I need some substantial money. either i need to get a job working for some company and start saving or I need to get my product developed properly and start manufacture and merchandising etc. i think a regular job might be a good idea. although I don't like the idea of being a 'stooge', i can probably find a place where i won't be disrespected or in fact make it clear from the beginning that i won't accept that kind of attitude towards me.

i find it very stressful to have a computer that is struggling. I'm saving up for a new one right now.

ok that's a nice way to look at it. well I think that lack of emotional involvement wasn't the most of my concern, I guess it was something that would make me continually interested in it. some mystery or something. for the majority of the beginning episodes it is basically "we want to get a wish granted so we look for dragonballs" now that, to me, is hardly any substance at all... really not enough to go on and if it were to continue like that then i could not imagine how anybody could enjoy that for so long. anyway, now i have seen gokus secret. he looked at the moon. so now i have to see where it will go from here. I think .. from here I am going to see if my interest will raise or if it will flop. edit: so many people have recommended FMA brotherhood. I was very reluctant as i remember the original series being somewhat depressing at stages. but so many people have recommended it... I think i can at least give it a look. what's the worst that can happen? it is a very long series as well! 61 episodes so far? well that's more than a year, that's pretty good.
