This sounds interesting, at least. Hope it comes through, in the end.

Same. I often wonder if they made a movie in Japan. I wonder what the Guyver suit for the film will look like. Its obvious if a movie is made ,they're going to give the suit their very own color, cut, clarity and design. But this is to be expected. But to get down to it, if a movie is in the works. Heck yeah, I'll watch it. :)

doubt have a chance to make this movie I think it would be nice to contribute something, I mean, if you could gather, at least 100 dollars, per person, for a fund and contribute some money to the movie, it would be something which could help launch the course project is just a matter of if every fan wants to contribute something,

A while ago I wrote a message on face book and sent a letter to Legendary on how I would end Godzilla 2, and in that letter I even asked if they would be willing to take on a Guyver project. I doubt they would respond or if they would take up a Guyver project. It would be nice if they did though and I would be absolutely surprised. Guyver is ripe to come back to the big screen, with films such as the Underworld movies, The Incredible Hulk, Avengers, and Iron Man to study transformations from ordinary people into unstoppable creatures and heroes in armor suits. The technology is also ripe to ot only accurately portray all the Guyver's abilities, but imagine them in 3rd! *drools like homer*

Maybe if we Guyver fans will eventually get a new movie if we lobby for it. But if Ghost in the Shell doesn't fail as a live action over here, and if James Cameron ever gets off his ass and does Battle Angel like he was rumored to do. . . .FOR THE PAST 10 PLUS YEARS and it is a success, we MIGHT see one sooner then later. But those 2 movies in my opinion holds the future of anime to live action adaptations in their hands so to speak. Because lets face it, Hollywood has not been kind to the anime series they made live action adaptations of.

Lets hope it works out, considering the current climate of DC and Marvel a very good and well done Guyver movie would be a great rival franchise if done correctly.

If a new Guyver movie does ever come to fruition, I would hope that if Steve Wang is unable to direct the movie, then I would like to see Guillermo del Toro direct it. I think he would not only follow the source material but do series the justice it so rightly deserve.

If they remake the Guyver movie, I would hope they try to do a trilogy or a series of movies based on the 2005 anime or the manga. So long it goes with the story and the action has some class and doesn't look sloppy with just CGI.

I often wonder how the new generation will perceive Guyver if it is made into a reboot of some sort. With all the Marvel movies coming out. I'm sure today's youth might get confused and reference the Guyver to a Japanese version of Iron Man or something like that.
