I am the kind of person who will be polite, will treat a girl with respect, will want to go to nice interestig cultural places, will enjoy conversation and so on.

girls round here are unusual creatures.

if you make any sort of indication that you are a decent guy, they completely lose interest in you.

to get a girl interested in you around here, you need to drink a lot of alcohol, be insanely good at dancing and know everyone. you have to smoke, do drugs, and have no ambition.

also you have to be well versed in being able to talk bullshit.

I know that real girls exhist, they are just an endangered species around here.

It is true there are nice girls out there, but they are hard to find. Better to wait it out then pick some chick who can ruin your life. 1 example she slept with 20 guys you sleep with her with no protection you get an aids present.

oh well, he was 21, ended up meeting a girl in a rave, and they went on a couple of dates. She told him she was a high school senior and all. He actually wanted to ask her, but apparently he figured that you don't ask a woman, no matter how young she looks, their age. She of course didn't care for the minor detail either, but he had unwittingly broken the law.

Problem with him doing this is that if it were reported to the police and put in court, he would of automatically of been put into the pedophile registry. Be unable to get certain jobs (most actually) be unable to appear anywhere where children may be, such as a school or even a public park. Basically, your life gets screwed over weather or not you are an actual pedo if you get convicted. You can marry the girl you slept with and even of been dating for years and never did anything, but once he crosses that border and the age difference is noted by law, then you would be in serious trouble.

I guess the situation should be brought into question. since in some environments people should legally be over a certain age. if there's alcohol around then in your case people should be at least 21 (18 in our country).

so the girl being in a situation like that is actually breaking the law and the guy would be correct to assume that she would be of age.

the law can be quite disgusting sometimes.

if a man and woman are meeting in a nightclub and they are both incredibly drunk. they end up sleeping together, the woman can look at him in hte morning and decide she regrets it. she can say she didn't consent and can cry rape. and the guy can be taken to court for it.

That is the unfortunate compromise of freedom of speech and rights. It's not that the principle is bad, it's just that both idiots and villains can abuse what they have been given. So it's unfortunate that honest people can be ruined in reputation as well as in life due to these abuses, but it's a system that usually does good. Far better then being sent to an early grave because some dictator on a whim sent you to a deadly labor camp, or some monarch that would spend the treasury on jewels instead of relieve for hungry subjects.

I just remembered something interesting, for thousands of years women have always received the short end of the stick when it came to anything such as believing their claims/ideals, to how they choose to live. These days those, if you go to court up against a women for whatever reason, such as child support, she will likely stand to win thanks to he being female. It's mostly because of modern day sympathies to women, a women who wants her children from a rich husband will likely win even if he is the better parent.

I wonder if this view of women in society has effected how certain relationships function. I am of course not factoring into the negative sexist hiphop and rap images we see with diva's an "ho's".

Yes it does. Actually it's "Shi" that is more personified to mean death or die in Japanese...though "Shi" also means 4 in Japanese though so does "Yon" which is why people will say "Juyon" (14) or "Yonju" (40) or "Yonhyaku" (400) as it is a much nicer way plus it's more practical.

"Shine" is more of a way to say "die" or "now die." Whenever the word or meaning of death is in the fray the word "Shi" or a word starting of with "Shi" is used.

Back on topic. I don't usually have luck with women myself with the longest relationship lasting 5 months and the shortest lasting a week. BK, the only surefire way I can suggest is just straight out ask her if she would like to go out with you sometime. Sometimes being straightfoward when asking someone out is the best course. But not all the time. Best thing to do is get to know her a little more and learn more of what she likes and dislikes.

If you want to find out if she has a BF or if she likes someone else you can either ask her personally (50/50 chance of that ending well) or you can ask one of her close friends. You could also try the old fashioned way and get her parents blessing to date their daughter. Of course, that's an old way of getting the families approval.

I'm thinking, "alright first college party of the year and with a girl I really like, this is my chance" When we met up, there was this guy with her. He was her boyfriend from back home. The two are madly in love with each other, they were showing it all night long. Plus he rode a 6hr train to see her, how can I compete with something that romantic? So i'm giving up on her and just making her my friend. Although there is this hot young girl at the Friendly's i'm applying to, and I think I might be able to impress her with my super restuarant skills

With regards to the underage thing, there are some states that also consider the age difference of the offender and the agrieved. I think that if the age difference is around 3 to 4 years, then the offender shall be charge only a misdemeanor instead of being charged with staturory rape.

the amount of times that has happened to me, you wouldn't believe.

I do think this is a good sign though because it means you are picking the girls that are dedicated and faithful and it means that whoever you end up with will have that same kind of romantic relationship.

That really doesn't mean much. Long distance relationships usually don't last. Give it a couple of months, she's in collage, which means its a time for experimenting/testing the waters. I'm not saying that this necessarily good for you, but "Mr I just rode a train for 6hrs." is more then likely up for a rude awakening. At the same time being friends with her can't hurt, she will hang around other girls, that opens up new chances for you to meet new people. Trust me your young, you got nothing but time.

That's probably one of the reasons why women end up with someone who doesn't deserve them. They definitely know what they don't want, but it seems that they don't know what they want. So when a jerk comes up to them, they see that he's not in the criteria of her dislikes, so she hitches up with him.
