the fact we have an 'Eternals' movie later this year lends a lot of weight to this. if the mutant gene is already present within a small number of humans, wanda's power could very easily just flick a switch. I mean it is called 'chaos' magic after all.

That's assuming he also regains his emotions.  But we all know (or have a general idea) what happens next.  And I'm getting the impression that they are leading towards making Scarlet Witch a villain.  Oh the feels.....

Well, as expected, a lot of the predictions didn't come true.

But it also feels like a few doors have been opened too...

we didn't know what was going to happen, and there was already so much to wrap up.
I do think these trolling bits by marvel are being kicked down the street a little, whilst also giving us some form of confirmation.
they are kind of saying "just wait a little, we want to take our time with this"
I mean... what kind of a name is that.... clearly that's a pseudonym, right?

I do feel that having them include any fox related material may be too premature.  I mean, they started planning this as early as 2018, so they would bound to have already created the outline for Marvel Phase 4.  Fox being bought by Disney was only finalized early 2019.  So including any fox related material would be like throwing a wrench on their entire planning process, which would further delay phase 4.  I do believe timing is everything.  The problem with that is that the actors are not getting any younger.

In the 8th episode, it was implied the stone only unlocked and heightened her powers to a level beyond anything anyone's ever seen. In her memories Agatha revealed that she'd always had her powers when she was a little girl, they were just incredibly weak. That's why the Stark bomb never went off. 

Yeah, I think the MCU is now starting to retcon their origins since the rights to the characters have now fully reverted back to them.  The Stark bomb not blowing up could be something they planted or it was a coincidental detail that they fully utilized.  However they did it, it's genius.  This makes re-watching the previous MCU movies much more worthwhile.  They just keep increasing the replay value of the old movies.
