McAvoy Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 I was just thinking about this. Has any of the writers considered writing an essay ACTF or Chronos style on various items introduced? It would be written like an essay like propaganda for the troops or technology essay on various things. For instance: ACTF: 1. Evolution of the ACTF Battle Armors. 2. The Aceaer vs. The Guyver units. What's the difference? 3. Tanks for the ACTF. 4. Robo Guyvers, the next evolution of the Battle Armor? 5. The Warrior Guyvers. 6. Zeus Thunderbolt, who are they? 7. The new Warrior Guyver, Warrior Guyver 2. Chronos: 1. Assassinoid vs. Bio Titans 2. The Ark II Project 3. Chronos Guyvers. Are they trustworthy? 4. The Zoalord Project, the Elites and the Apprentices. 5. The new threat, Warrior Guyvers. 6. The return of Alkanphel. 7. Who is Kron? 8. Alkanphel vs. Dreadnought. 9. Are low level zoanoids worth it now? They would be wrriten of course with corresponding dates that would match up when these articles would have been written. The articles doen't even have to contain spoilers and could have opinions whether or not their wrong. They also could be short, and don't need pictures unlike the datafiles. What do you think? Quote
Kamui de' Tempest Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 I think that would be a good read. Quote
McAvoy Posted January 26, 2008 Author Posted January 26, 2008 Well the idea came to me when i was reading Maseo's Starfleet Museum the other day. The datafiles we have right now is just datafiles on Guyvers, armors and zoaforms. You would think there would be various artticles as well. I mean they could be written without giving any spoilers. *zeo Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 A pretty good idea but I've barely had time to get the Data Files to where they are now and they're not even complete. So how about this, any fan who is interested can write a blog using the site's calendar for timeline reference about any events or subjects that interest them and if it fits the fan fic we'll officially post them with the authors name just like a Newspaper editorial. What do you guys think? Quote
Juggernought Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Sounds good to me...Just as an idea, could it be in the form of a newspaper article if someone was to take on this project? Quote
*zeo Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Yes, it can be a newspaper article, or a company memo, or a Personal Blog (pretend to be one of the guys doing research), etc. What ever strikes your fancy so long as it somehow fits into the story. Quote
exscaped_pyscho Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I like the idea quite abit actually. I think I might write one myself some time in the near future. Perhaps from the perspective of a reporter writing a story for a news paper.....hmmmm oh the idea has sparked quite a flood of ideas in me. Now to try and pin one down and write it out. Quote
McAvoy Posted February 17, 2008 Author Posted February 17, 2008 If there is to be something like this, it shouldn't be like a type and post like that of a forum. But more of a type and email it so it can be edited for mistakes and accuracy. Afterall making it open is literally leaving it open for spammers and people who have very different opinions on how the fan fic is. Quote
Sully Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 This would be also nice to see in the fiction itself seeing how people within the fiction viewed others.... Hmmm maybe... Quote
