*zeo Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 No that's what XT would wish would happen. Let me phrase it better, let's just say XT wouldn't want the Matrix near him Quote
guyverfanatic Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 No that's what XT would wish would happen.Let me phrase it better, let's just say XT wouldn't want the Matrix near him Then it could create beings like him? Quote
*zeo Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 It could but nope. . . Hint: Carefully read what happened in 7DOH. Quote
guyverfanatic Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 It could but nope. . .Hint: Carefully read what happened in 7DOH. Hmmm... I guess I I'll have to re-read it tonight to glean out any hints... Quote
Frost Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Because in the Matrix database XT is an enemy of the Advents.. the plasamoid race which was instrumental in making the Guyver unit.. hence if XT came near it, it's gonna zap him big time and in his present condition i doubt that is a sound solution unless someone else is in control of the Matrix and commands it to do whatever.. still i'd say it would protest.. XT is an AI hence with passage of time he will heal himself..all he needs is time and a good power source me thinks.. besides whats the point of making XT all powerful? you have to have balance of characters in power ratings that way it is fun! *zeo Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 You're confusing the WG universe with the WG2 universe. XT race was an enemy of the Creators in the WG universe, or more precisely the Creators wiped most of them out after they were done with them. In the WG2 universe somthing else happened but you are on the right track Frost. Quote

McAvoy Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Who was more powerful? The Creators? Yes they were. They were merged with Warrrior Guyver units that gave them Guyver like strength. The Plasmoid Race, no they were more than likely wiped out by the Creators in the WG2 universe (not XT2 but XT9's race which you need to read Rescue). XT Guyger came from GWotG or W'Kar's universe. His origins are a little bit of a mystery though. Quote
Crom Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 I thought the Matrix hurt him because he was trying to siphon healing power from Dreadnought. Side Note: I personally believe that all XT really needs an upgrade on is his healing; with his years of combat and life experience, coupled with his armor design and Bio-Rythmic Cannon he should be a match for about any foe, no matter how powerful. Besides I remember reading that XT received a tremendous power boost from just a simple intake of energy from the Kregen. Quote
Spartan Warlord Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 The Kregan only gave him the power in hope that he could defeat Anubis...his body found it extremely hard to handle all that power and when he did finally release it in his Bio Rhythmic Cannon he nearly fried himself...but i do agree so increased healing ability would help...then again XT is probably the best fighter out of all the other character and his lack of healing just goes to show how much of a fighter he really is... Kamui de' Tempest Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 se...told ya....he's a scrapper for real. Quote
Spartan Warlord Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 se...told ya....he's a scrapper for real. yeh no doubt hes ma bestest character hes got more heart than a blue whale lool Quote
Kamui de' Tempest Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Back to the Matrix and XT thing, don't forget......XT has Multi-Dimensional properties in his armor, which is what allows him an actual physical form. so,....Multi-Dimensional Energy + Quantum Fields = a realllly bad headache ie; Anubis and Dreadnuaght and Dreadnaught and XT. Quote
Crom Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 I'm starting to see what you mean, so XT's armor is like folded space or its own dimension? Quote
*zeo Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 No it has more to do with what XT's original form was. I thought the Matrix hurt him because he was trying to siphon healing power from Dreadnought. Nope, it responded when it detected what he really is. Quote
Kamui de' Tempest Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 His original form must be something serious if it needs multi-dimensional properties to contain it? Quote
Shenzon Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 I might have missed it, but is their a story on just XT? Quote
WarriorZoalord Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 just XT guyver? es, theres a couple done by one of the other writers, one tells how XT got to our universe, the other involves the nova guyvers. Quote
Crom Posted August 2, 2007 Author Posted August 2, 2007 I know the other writers have been busy and I'm not trying to criticize, but why XT is being so ignored? And also he had access to Guyver level healing for a while now by being near the Nova Guyvers, why is it he that wasn't healed when he fought Crystallite? P.S. That was my favorite fight. Quote
Juggernought Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 Who says he's being ignored? Perhaps it just hasn't come to the part of the story where he plays a significant role...And being near beings who are capable than higher than guyver level healing doesn't mean that they are useful to XT to use. His unit tried to do that with Dreadnought because Dreadnought had that ability to restore his damages and full power. Jason wouldn't have minded, his matrix thought otherwise. Quote
Spartan Warlord Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 indeed as the saying goes...Every dog has his day...or something along them lines and he hastn really been ignored...when he first showed up he battled the black hole thing in china...and he was vital in keeping Crystallite(sp) busy while jason was dealing with Tonnin Quote
*zeo Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 Yeah, even Jason had to suffer through a power down period after Time War. XT just needs time to recover, he really hasn't been in the WG universe for very long. Quote
Spartan Warlord Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 and if you think about it its not XT whose being ignored look at Cyber Guyver he's been a walking communications centre so compared to XT...he's probabluy had the least action Quote
Crom Posted August 4, 2007 Author Posted August 4, 2007 I guess I jumped the gun. XT had his limelight in the GWOTG Universe, I should expect and accept some down time. Now that I think about, what effect do you think XT will have on W'kar when he tells him about Anubis? Will he be a catalyst in his evolution? Damaged or not, he's still at the Clan Ship Battlefield.
