The Crimson Guyver Posted July 6, 2006 Author Posted July 6, 2006 ya this is my guyver guyver 89 with guyver 89 gigantic and guyver's wife's death http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/9908/g ... ale6fl.jpg another pic of guyver 89 < vs guyver Hale > Quote
*zeo Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 Cool Though they are big, could you reduce them to about half their present size? My screen is set to high resolution so I can see the whole thing but many use lower resolutions than I do and would have to scroll to see the whole image. Quote
The Crimson Guyver Posted July 8, 2006 Author Posted July 8, 2006 STATS Name: Gary Cogdill aka Guyver 89 Height: 6'5"Weight: 225lbs Age:43 Gender: Male Hair: black Eyes: Hazel Subject was trained in military combat for over 20 years and has very well knowledge about any gun and or weapon. Subject also has a reverse megasmasher able to absorb any thing smaller than it or living. Subject has served no Military services, subject has no criminal record... Subject is know nor be bonded to Guyver armor. Subjects current whereabouts are Spokane Washington Subject openly opposes Chronos consider ultimate threat SUBJECT IN BIO-BOOST MODE Height: 7'5'' Weight: 467 lbs Armor color: Dark Crimson Strength is relative to 170 standard humans Top recorded running speed is 400mph Top air speed is Mach 1.2 Armor material is over 3 times stronger than a standard guyver and can regenerate in 20 seconds now being one of the strongest standard guyver armors ever known. Control medal is unreal after being pullen out once it created a barrier skin over its actual skin and the strands attached to the host has thickened over 5 times. Subject while bio boosted is very well seen thanks to its height and color. Yet in non bio boost form can not be seen or watched thanks to military officials and also blends with other troops Due to the reverse megasmasher ability he can morph himself with other zoanoids and or guyvers. Yet with one zoanoid permantly attached known as a hyper zoanoid prototype known as Arachen so this guyver has the power to call out spider arms out of its back. Yet other guyvers or zoanoids can only morph for only 30 minutes. Along with one large high frequency swords on each arm, high frequency horn on its head and 1 high frequency blades on its shins as well. Having 2 seperate eyes on both sides of head as well this guyver can see in different unseeable angles to other guyvers. Due to known megasmasher powers when subject uses reverse and energy blast megasmasher powers at the same time the energy blast gets an amazing 50x boost thanks to zoanoids and guyver powers added to this guyver. Ability to stay bio-boosted for an astounding 56 hours thanks to the reverse megasmasher and arachen add on this guyver has a 100% power mode for 48 hours. Weapons gain more power when angered or excited. So far any and all attempts to kill subject has failed, all attempts to engage subject through force and approved once yet guyver defence systems came on and wiped out 3 hyper zoanoid team 5s. Subject has a wife, 13 friends 3 of them guyver units as well. Subject also has a gigantus mode gained when finding another relic in Africa on a military mission. SUBJECT IN GIGANTIC MODE Height: 13'7''Weight: 3 metric tons Armor color: silverish grey Strength is relative to 4000 standard humans Top recorded running speed is 900 mph Top air speed is Mach 5.4 Subject's gigantic mode can only have the arachen arms on yet evolving the arms to a 70 inch thick 50 feet long arms. Since the spider arms are taller than the subject, the subject can walk on the arms. Subject gravitational orb has duplicated itself on the subject's knees allowing the subject to launch 3 gravity balls at once with 100x more damage. megasmasher is so powerful that it can blow a hole through the moon 3 miles thick and 4 miles wide. Subject has a warrior mode as well SUBJECT IN WARRIOR MODE Height: 7'5'' Weight: 520 lbs Armor color: Dark Crimson Strength is relative to 500 standard humans Top recorded running speed is 700mph Top air speed is Mach 2.2 Subject in warrior mode has uncontrolable heat causing his skin to get up to a temperature of 500 degrees farenheit as well as shoulders, horn, blades, cheeks, waist, wrists and forearms, calves, knees and gravitational orb to be high frequency weapons. The megasmasher is able to blow through the wall of an ark and able to blow right through a solid magma. Armor is now over 20 times stronger than any warrior guyver armor as well and control medal is unable to be pulln out. Subject has shown signs of transforming into a Nova form yet has difficulty to form all the way and falls back to human form we record he nearly gets to a 75% to nova form. Quote
The Crimson Guyver Posted July 8, 2006 Author Posted July 8, 2006 I HAVE 3 VERSIONS OF THIS PIC 1. OPENED 2. CHARGING AND THIS BLASIN http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/8246 ... ast2kn.jpg Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted July 9, 2006 Posted July 9, 2006 I have edited all the posts so that the pics are now simple links. Please next time, reduce the size of the images, or just post the links to the pics. Not only will it help people with slow connections, but Imageshack does have limits on how much can be downloaded each month. With links, everybody isn't forced to download them each time they visit the topic, and your pics won't over tax your account. And try and refrain from using all capitals and bold when you post... those are usually reserved for expressing anger/yelling. Quote
The Crimson Guyver Posted July 10, 2006 Author Posted July 10, 2006 http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/6320/g ... now4fy.jpg better one http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/4111/dgahfgha0po.jpg thanks ravenshaolin for this image of guyver 89 fiuzed with aptom http://img93.imageshack.us/img93/226/zo ... r893ux.jpg guyver 89 zoalord Quote
Apocalypse Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Did you get permission to modfiy those images to make those? the top one was made on Drag's web site and the second one was made by matt. Quote
The Crimson Guyver Posted July 11, 2006 Author Posted July 11, 2006 I can say that both are redrawn from the original and have some changes and size changes so do not say that there exactly the same but redrawn as well as I didnt find that image on drag's website but on a very low class site where they said they drew it forgot the site but it had nothing to do with guyver just different anime Quote
GuyverXenon Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 Not to snipe and call you a liar, but the only two things I see on the first pic are you flattened the image slightly and altered the vibrational blades inactive state. So if by redraw you mean "Traced" or "Photoshopped the original" then yeah, you're being completely truthful. My advice, take it or leave it, is take down at the very least the first pic given to you by ravenshaolin and admit your tiny mistake, move on with things. That picture was originally done by a artist vastly more talented than most, if not all the people here(in my opinion) and doing what was done to that without his permission is a morally horrible thing to do, especially here. Now if you get his permission then thats a completely different story. Quote
The Crimson Guyver Posted July 12, 2006 Author Posted July 12, 2006 no I looked at him and redrew and changed many things if you cant see them also I just talked to the artist drag-5 and he said it was fine only if I mention it is his drawing first so yea any ways i just matt if its ok if guyver 89 zoalord looks like prometheus Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 In the end, the fact of the matter is, these pics weren't traced, mearly copied. Copying I have a VERY much less problem with, than tracing. That being said, only parts of the images were copied, and in the case of his one character that was based off of Prometheus, he even got the idea for the shoulder design wrong . So in this case, it comes awfully close to the former pics being used mearly as "reference". Granted however, Guyver 89, next time you post a pic that you took references from, and ones that are easy to tell, just name the source you picked it up from. Because, although the design may be altered, not stating your source, is almost like going to someplace that knows nothing of the guyver and saying " Hey look, I created this thing called Guyver...", when it's just a fan made image. I mean, it's clear you're drawing them with your own two hands, and people need somewhere to start. Hell, I traced like crazy for about a month or two until I could figure out the proportions... and I still had trouble with them for a while after I stopped ( mind you, NONE of these designs were ever scanned ), and nowadays I can pick up and draw and original Guyver in mear minutes. Just try your best, and remember that, if you use someone elses designs s a base for your images, just state that somewhere in your post, and it should be fine. Quote

TheGuyversWill Posted July 23, 2006 Posted July 23, 2006 I loved these! Some of them are obvious traces, even though the subject has been touched on. At least you're drawing guyver fan art! the little comics are great! You should read some of the warrior guyver fan fiction and try to reproduce a comic based on a small event in it. That would be awesome! Quote
Juggernought Posted August 3, 2006 Posted August 3, 2006 The concepts and ideas are great. By the way what host are you currently using to post your pics in order to link them here? I may do the same since i'm once again feeling motivated to draw. Being a pilot can be really time consuming... Quote
TheGuyversWill Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 You should read some of the warrior guyver fan fiction and try to reproduce a comic based on a small event in it. That would be awesome! IE Time War man! Time war! Quote
Twilight-Guyver Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 Loving the concept art. Guyver 89 looks pretty cool and those early images of Widow and the comic strips very awesome. But, I have to agree with TheGuyversWill. You should do a strip on Time war or a small portion of SDOH. Quote
