I probably started reading it/drooling over the artwork back in 1998. I was 8 years old and fell further in love with Guyver thanks to WG.

Let's try to keep this board alive while we impatiently wait for a new chapter! We've previously discussed film and anime ideas for Guyver COUNTLESS times, but I don't think we've ever had a thread on a live action TV series (correct me if I'm wrong). With Netflix being super popular at the moment, how would you do a live action Guyver series? Would you change the design of the armour? Would you change the story or follow the manga? Which actors would you like to see play who? Personally, I'd like something similar to Netflix's Daredevil series. Dark and gritty. Show me what you've got!

I just find it amazing how he is basically completely off the grid (so to speak) when it comes to the internet. Would love to know why he doesn't use social media.

Rewatching Cowboy Bebop at the moment. I rewatch heaps of stuff. Samurai Champloo, Guyver (obviously), GitS, Black Lagoon, Elfen Lied, Claymore, DBZ etc...

This is beyond ridiculous now.

I find episodes 7 and 8 suffered the most. I love it though. It's my favourite Guyver adaption and has stuck with me forever, especially the soundtrack which I still listen to.

Guyot gets Valkyrie's unit, becomes an imperfect Guyver zoalord. Alky becomes 'good' but dies. Agito dies at the hands of Guyver Zoalord Guyot. Imakarum uses the remover on Agito's unit and becomes a perfect Guyver zoalord, but only temporarily. Creators come back and Apollyon decides to fight them with Sho & co.

Same. Starting to get very worried. Hope all is well with Takaya.

Watched the first episode and loved it!

I think the best chance of "reviving" Guyver to Western audiences is Bat In The Sun. If they featured Guyver in one of their Super Power Beat Down videos, it would be the best thing for it in this day and age, in my opinion.
