I really can't take any kind of comparison between these particular franchises; really, if you're going to compare Guyver to anything, the best comparisons would either be to Animorphs, or to Assassin's Creed. Heck, Assassin's Creed already has the ancient conspiracy and secretive shadow-war - the Templars and their war with the Assassins - and Animorphs has the mind-control by outside forces - in their case, the Yeerks. Really, I don't see why you even thought to compare them in the first place.

Well, I don't know about canon, but I tend to use this in my stories; from what I've seen of how Chronos works in the story, it seems to fit.

Pretty much everyone we've seen naked in the manga hasn't been shown with genetaila; it seems like more of an artsyle thing than anything else. To me, anyway.

Interesting, but it seemed like you were trying a bit too hard to ape the Nostalgia Critic in places; I've never been a fan of that "deliberately mispronounce the name" running gag. I mean, once was fine, but it gets kind of annoying if it's repeated too much.
