Amen brother! Look's great. I liked the last one, but hopefully I'll love this one. -
Not destroyed, that would make for a crappy fic ending But I didn't say not damaged

Angel groaned and rolled over on the bed. The alarm clock made a sound that she could swear may actually be gouging her ear drums out. She moved her hand to slap the clock off when it she heard a quick jolt of sound. Her eyes opened to see her clock smoking. A sigh left her mouth and she sat up. Still in her underwear she looked over at a wind up clock she had set to the side and mentally noted to get another one with an alarm. The wind up clock was all she could keep around without its circuits frying around her. It had been a month since the battle of Australia and Angel was finally settling down like she wanted to. The world had seen much in just a few days, many suffered and many more died. It was unlikely the world would ever forget those days, and a certainty that she would never. Her memory was still as empty as her bank account and the little apartment she was a testament to that. Waitress work and pick pocketing kept her going, and not by much. The view from the balcony window was enough. So far her criminal activities were easily hidden. After all no one could catch her on camera, and usually a money clip or wallet was easy enough to lift. She had started dyeing her hair. Black was the only color that worked and it seemed to fade after only a couple of days. Her ears were a problem. Studying photographs of Alkanphel, and seeing Zeugma herself, she knew her ears were actually longer than the both of them. Worse still were her eyes. They were nearly impossible to hide. Even more so because a week ago she noticed they started to glow at night a light green color. She couldn’t figure it out, and worse still she had to wear sunglasses nearly all the time. And seeming randomly she would get horrible dizzy spells and had to activate her unit for a second or two to get rid of it. But her eyesight was sharp at night. It seemed that her eyes would naturally attune themselves to the glow and made it so that the darkness she remembers seeing at night was far brighter. She could see nearly four times further than she used to in nearly complete darkness. Her ears were better too. She could hear conversations being spoken across a busy street in the middle of traffic. Sitting on her bike she could hear whispered conversations coming from a van beside her that had its windows up and the radio on. High pitched noises like the sound of a tea kettle, and a lot of different music, hurt her ears so much. The alarm clock was but a small example of it. Sometimes it seemed almost like she had to drop to her knees. She started having even greater cravings. The taste of beef and chicken was almost disgusting to her. One night she had a big steak and nearly spent the entire night vomiting in the toilet. A salad made her convulse once. Still she drank salt water almost exclusively, except for an occasional Pepsi or other soft drink was about all her stomach could take. Milk she could barely even let settle in her stomach. She did eat a lot of beans though, and sea food was great. Clams were becoming a quick favorite. Sirloin steak was okay, but it just seemed that in any large quantity she would get sick. Potatos, shrimp, and what was becoming a staple of her cheap diet was bran flakes, no milk, with salt for seasoning. Throwing on some clothes she ran her fingers through her hair. The effect always made it stick on its ends like a cat in the dryer. She chuckled to herself and shook her head letting the hair fall neatly. Way better than blow drying. She put two plastic clips in it to help hold her hair over her ears properly for the day and stuck on a pair of sunglasses. She grabbed a smock and walked out of the door, locking it behind her. So far she was glad that Chronos had not found her, or the ACTF, anyone for that matter.

Given time, yes he could. Dreadnought was a rare treat not to be wasted. In time though if Anubis gains ahold of another matrix, it could spell disaster for not only GWOTG, but many dimensions.

How powerful would a Neo-Zektole Warrior Guyver be?
W'Kar replied to guyverfanatic's topic in Warrior Guyver Fan-Fiction
Chronos didn't really decide to give their units to anyone really. It just kind of happened. -
You guys are probably thinking of Solufein. He is able to do something like Quantum speed but he can take a limited amount of matter around him into that time frame which he can interact with normally, but usually all things around him are intangible and cannot be affected by him.

Well I have used ATI since the Rage 128 series and never ever had a problem with their products. Right now I'm running an older 9200SE in my system and it works fine. Card is crap for running modern games but great for games in that 3-5 year old bracket. Which considering I still play games like Morrowind and Neverwinter Nights it's fine. I'll probably switch to a Nvidia card. Been awhile since my last one which was a total piece of junk.
-
Though it's not quite a game, gaming hardware counts for this board. I've had some serious freaking issues with the X1600 Pro from ATI. Being a long time ATI user I was quite disappointed to find my warranty being denied based on Manufacture Date rather than date of purchase. I had the card running flawlessly for 6 months before it crashed on me. Seemingly it has begun to overheat to an extreme degree. Of course I check my CPU die temp and it's well within range and my fan is operating. Just in case I add an extra cpu fan and nothing. I tried opening the case and using a floor fan to really cool things off, nothing. Tried updating drivers, tried updating just about everything but still the same overheat problem, though it's not actually overheating. I would seriously suggest anyone looking for a new or replacement card to stay the heck away from this one. It ran games fine while it lasted, very well actually. I was getting a pretty solid 30-40 FPS on Elder Scrolls Oblivion. But once it was gone, that was it. And from what I read the PCI-E version is just as bad.

Bingo!

Kain from the Legacy of Kain said it best... "History abhors a paradox."

They were. Depending on the model they had different capabilities. Most had a set of d-battery sized rockets and a small launcher on their forearm, a laser weapon that was about half the power of a guyver laser, the ability to fly via Iron Man style. Essentially most of the design was a inspiration mix between Iron Man and the Guyver.

Go check it out guys, the story is titled '...and into the light...' Enjoy!

Greg did not know that his unit was any different from a guyver unit and figured that if the host was stronger, than the guyver was later stronger. The man is a far shot from a technical genius after all. Frankly there are times he's a relative idiot. -
This much I can say. Perspective is extremely important to my stories. The Creators are the good guys to themselves, the Kregen are good guys to themselves. The ACTF are good guys to themselves, and W'Kar and Dreadnought and everyone else sees themselves as the good guys. However, everyones agenda is vastly different. For example, if six innocent people die in crossfire W'Kar won't even blink short of 'Dang'. He will not mourn the loss or even stop his attack if someone is dumb enough to step between him and his target. Dreadnought is very likely to stop his attack possibly allowing the enemy to escape, or if he does kill them feel really bad about it. W'Kar would see Dreadnought as being a crybaby about something he can't do anything about, Dreadnought would see W'Kar as a psychopath who doesn't care who gets in his way. But they still can be looked at as good guys in their own ways. You also have to remember, though the Kregen are not gods they certainly have a very unique perspective on this situation. They can see multiple universes and look at them as a whole. Like looking at a basket of fruit, seeing which ones are bruised and damaged or good and healthy. And right now, the apple of the WG universe is spreading rot through the rest of the basket, but it itself is pretty stable. There are tons of perspectives and ways to look at this situation. Fact is none of them are wrong, but none of them are 100% right either. My suggestion to the readers always is to try and look through the characters eyes at the situation.
-
Yep. The guyvers of that universe are very odd. Bonded with halflings you see. It is also for the reader as well. I just wasn't about to go 1...2...3...5...1838...4, or anything like that.
-
Mostly because of the Kregen trying to relate information to W'Kar in a dumbed down way. Kregen communication is vastly beyond what he is capable of understanding. Anubis, for example, simply knows which dimension. More will be expressed on that point in later chapters of GWOTG. But on a side note, yes, I do write fics about ant like universes. And giant feet. And a shaved gorilla. But those were very confusing times for me and I prefer to spare what little is left of mortal sanity within me from delving into worlds so non-euclidian.
-
For the sake of preventing absolute insanity in our writing crew and readers we choose to only deal with universes that have major differences.
-
But we don't have permissions needed to view it

Kregen aren't gods by any sense of a word. The Guyver is closer to a god than they are. The Kregen are multidimensional beings exactly as Zeo is saying. They are highly aware, but not omniscent. One things start going awry they can't do much at all from what little they could do in the first place. And now that the 'Multiversal Hurricane' as it has been penned is seriously degrading their ability to even see what is going on, much less do anything about it. What they want exactly is for it to end, and Jason has to be stopped before they can do anything. How he will be stopped is open to speculation. Killing him is a direct solution, but is it the best solution? Who knows.
-
Yep, hence the warped look to the armor.
