  1. Taco Bell sells something like that, though I like to make my own. The Taco Bell stuff has shredded chicken in it, which is OK, but I prefer real chunks of chicken breast. That, and I also like the spicy red sauce from tacos. So I just make the stuff myself. Kinda time consuming (thaw chicken, cook chicken), but it's worth it and I can control what goes in it.
  2. My belief is that there should be limits. There's stuff in Guyver that I wouldn't recommend for anyone under the age of like 13 or so. I myself don't have a problem with nudity when presented in a tasteful, artistic way. But when done solely for titillation or for the hell of it, that's a limit for me as far as what belongs on a fan site, let alone in a publicly accessible area. Also, unless said person is at least in puberty and familiar with the changes of the human body at that age of sexual maturity, and they themselves are mature enough to handle it, the probably shouldn't have easy access. This also means that the images have to have artistic merit, and can't be outright porn or outright hentai, though the English language's loose definition of the word doesn't help the merit of the word "hentai" either. I'd also put restrictions on sex acts and such in the artwork. Basically, if it's lingerie/bikinis, it might belong in a 13 and older section, nudity would belong in an adult oriented section. Problem is how to police it? Age gates and such are honor systems and they're certainly not infallible. Hopefully there's a solution to this if this site wants to head towards allowing graphic, but hopefully not very offensive, fan art.
  3. I have some pretty good ideas for the next chapter, I just have to type them, which fortunately will come soon.
  4. I certainly didn't think that the image was offensive in anyway, but I can see with her breasts out that some would consider it objectionable for youths, though breast scenes have been allowed in PG-13 rated movies for years. But it's no worse than other images of Shizu from the manga. But it's not like she or most of the other women run around naked for the hell of it. I guess maybe we can see this as sort like the violence in Guyver, which is sorta bloody violent, would we let anyone under the age of 13 read the manga or watch the OVA or TV series? I probably wouldn't. Maybe a similar standard needs to be looked at here with some of the fan art.
  5. I'm drinking some Mountain Dew Baja Blast. It tastes pretty good, but it's got a ton of sugar in it. I guess that Pepsi was trying to make something like Red Bull or Amp that didn't taste like a mix of camel crap, mule piss and owl pellets strained though a car radiator.
  6. The problem is that Guyver is a shonen manga, and it's deliberately aimed at teenagers. Namely, teenage boys. Granted, Guyver itself isn't insanely adult oriented nor does it feature a lot of what could be considered fan service (Shizu, aka the chick in my new profile pic, being nude in a liquid filled tube a couple of times, Aptom threatening to kill Mizuki, etc), but what is there isn't used gratuitously, aside from maybe Val, but we all know what her character origins are and what happened there... But there's a lot of fan works that border on what might be acceptable or not, including one that floats around the web with a (presumably) nude Shizu with butterfly wings floating/riding on Agito with Agito in his Guyver armor. I don't know if Shizu is nude or not (Guyver III's head is where her unmentionables are), but for sure her breasts are bare. But that's no worse then the scenes from the manga with her in the glass tube (her breasts have visible nipples, but her genitals/reproductive parts aren't clearly defined). But granted, it does seem that for the most part Yuki does want to keep the main site as PG/PG-13 rated as possible, and limit access to the adult stuff. I do vote for something like a birthday indicator or a capatia, or maybe something that cross references a member's birthday in their profile. Besides, maybe it's best to remember that beauty isn't skin deep, and the cutest/sexiest pic I've seen of Shizu was of her fully clothed, namely page 6, Nov 2012 chapter.
  7. Hi everyone. I got up about an hour ago, and to my surprise, Audi were competitive at Spa in spite of being down significantly in terms of top speed. They got all their cars home in the top 6, one podiumed, the other could've if not for an extended pit stop due to a wiring fault, and the LM spec car drove a careful race and did one less pit stop than it's competitors. There'll be no sportscar action until the Le Mans test day in early June. Tonight, I'll probably chill online and maybe play some Postal 2 and have some chicken nachos later on, and work on some fan fic. I'll be back later
  8. Weather forecast for next week looks good: http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/USOH0549
  9. Sorry everyone, but I know that I've kinda neglected this story lately. I've been doing a lot the past week or so, though I will hopefully be able to resume work on it in the next day or two. I'll be probably resting up tonight. Soon, I'll probably be getting off of here and reading in bed for a while. I'll also be having some dinner real quick and I'll be trying to rest up. At least next week's weather forecast looks good: http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/USOH0549 I'll be back later
  10. And now, how would characters in Guyver handle a zombie apocalypse? They'd have to be maybe easier to deal with than zoanoids, right?
  11. Adults or older teens/people above a certain age area of this forum would be great. You'd have to enter your age and such, but it's a safe guard to keep people below a certain age from accessing certain materials on this site. Granted, it's not fool-proof, but most of the stuff that attempt to censor such stuff almost never is, even the V-chip. All kids have to do is figure out the password. Maybe making is a slight hassle (birthday plus some capatcha thing) might deter some people who maybe shouldn't be accessing the stuff might be a better option.
  12. Hi everyone. I got done washing dishes and working on some stuff at home. I'll be looking up some stuff and then I'll work on fan fic later tonight after playing some gaming stuff. Other than that, I haven't done much yet today. I'm also sort of not feeling so good right now. So I hope that today goes well for me. I'll be back later
  13. Bacon-flavored sausage was pretty good.
  14. Another females in Guyver question: how would they feel if someone dyed their hair to match one of the factory LMP1 cars racing this weekend in Belgium? I'd have to say that replicating the Audi R18 e-tron quattro color scheme would be a pain.
  15. Just got back from running errands. Got a lot of discounted candy at Ollie's as well as 4 bags of pizza flavored cheese curls--Ollie's is the only place I found them so far. I also got a chicken Big King from Burger King and it was pretty good. And my brother was a bit paranoid about the Pontiac, but it was OK after my father looked at it. So I'm back home, going to finish looking up some stuff and get some rest before I work on some other stuff later tonight
  16. @River: I'm glad to help, knowing what you're going though the past few days. Glad I said something that brought a smile to you and made you laugh
  17. Nope, not really. I'm not especially good with people I don't know, though you wouldn't think it on this board I was just born into a car family. Of course, with the T-bird, unless you looked at the speedometer, you'd have no idea how fast you were going because it was a luxury car with electronic suspension, though the car did have a sportscar like edge to it, it was more of a GT car.
  18. I'm also kinda afraid of speed. Though I'm a motorsports fan, speed has always sort of scared me when I was aware of how fast I was going. That being said, I may've been in one of my father's Ford T-birds when it was going over 150mph once. Why do I say that? The Pontiac Firebird Trans Am we out-ran was brand new at the time--and governor limited to 151mph. If the Trans Am was going full speed, we were going at leas 152 or so, if not more. And that was a car that was a 4/5 seater with four people in it vs a brand new sports coupe that had a Chevy V8 out of a Corvette in it.
  19. I think that I'll be trying a chicken Big King from Burger King today after I finish off getting errands and such.
  20. Well, I'm not a VIP yet. I have to go and get the money out of the bank and put some on my debit card, but that's something I'll do today after I get something to eat after errands.
  21. People will buy them because they're cheap and economical, but I don't like the Smart because it's not exactly practical. It's only a two seater and there's no room really for luggage or such. While I have some time. I'll be posting about the ACO/FIA WEC race at Spa this weekend. The first photos came from the paddock area this morning, and there's plenty of photos of the #3 Audi R18 with it's Le Mans spec bodywork and both Toyota TS040s in their LM bodywork. The gallery contains shots of other prototype and GT cars as well: http://www.endurance-info.com/fr/photo/spa-paddock/ Also released this morning is photos of the Rebellion R-One, which replaces the teams tried and true, but obsolescent (due to rule changes), Lola-based cars: http://www.endurance-info.com/fr/photo/rebellion-r-one-reveal/ Here's another gallery, with the last three photos showing the main LMP1 cars during a test in France earlier this year, the Audi R18 e-tron quattro, Porsche 919 Hybrid, and the Toyota TS040 Hybrid: http://www.dailysportscar.com/?p=25954

  23. One I've wondered about in the Guyver universe--wouldn't it be a hassle for Shizu to wash her hair in a sink instead of a shower, or deal with on a windy day? I guess maybe Natsuki saw her long hair from early in the manga as an inconvenience in several ways, and why Shizu almost never wears her hair fully down.
  24. I managed to wake up and I'm trying to get stuff looked up before errand running today. My first ride in the Pontiac in a while. It's better than the Jeep, which reminds of the Twinkie mobiles known as school buses when I was going to school.
